The first night I was greeted by an awesome gentleman, he was very nice and kind. Upon returning to the hotel my key was not working. They had to manually let me in and I was basically prisoner in my room because if I left I would not be able to get back in. I went out for breakfast and upon returning the staff had cleared my room and put my belongings in storage. They did not have a clear checkout time on the booking app which is what I used, and I was never told the checkout time when I arrived. Overall the stay started nice and gradually turned into a nightmare. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend this “hotel” to anyone. No wonder it’s empty….

Great Service, really friendly staff, we had everything we needed for a nice rest. We were up early and on our way with no problems. Of we are traveling through, and need a quick nap, we will be happy to stop again.

Easy access to main streets. Staff are friendly and helpful. The motel is one of the older ones but well maintained. It's hard to find another motel that nice for the $.

The room floor was dirty. The sheets had hair from another guest and spot of what looked like blood. It was late and we made do. Couldn’t wait to shower in the morning!!!! When making reservation was told there was continental breakfast. Went looking for the breakfast and was told “they we don’t advertise that. “

Front desk was friendly the security guard that roams the property at night was helpful, I did not sleep under the sheets slept on top did not let my clothes touch the floor in case of bugs. Key didnt work the first time. In the key card hotels dont let the key touch your phone or other electronic devices it canncels the card. Hey it's downtown Albuquerque so you get what you get. It is called the "war zone" by some locals. I got there after 9 p.m.

Bad part of town. Don't leave your car unlocked. Don't leave stuff in the room or car unattended. Don't have things worth stealing. Don't mind the homeless. Noisy nights right next to the freeway.

We and my Wife stayed here on a whim because our son was in the hospital , this Gentleman who we forgot his name was extremely nice, compassionate, the room was clean very vintage relaxing, the front dest gentleman told us he's daughter was Nuro surgeon and worked in trauma which we all got to talking like we all knew each other, forgot his name but his a older white gentleman with glasses. So if you get to meet him he is genuine

Solid 3 stars...good place, comfy bed. Wifi should be better. Rooms are shabby tho. Needs major updates. Great location.

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, extra fees, run down and dirty. Burn holes in bedding. Filthy and broken furniture. Dirty room. Staff was nice. Overpriced.

This one is a hidden treasure! The price was much lower than most in the area, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, plus the Owner and his family were very friendly . Would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others looking for an affordable, safe and clean place to stay while in Albuquerque.

The guy checking people in was fantastic! Inexpensive deposit requirement. Very strict with their rules and they enforce them.

These guys asked for a 50$ deposit cash. Then then I went to get it back they told me I was lying about paying this deposit. Twice. My uncle owns a roadway in toward the east side of Albuquerque. And only be ayy u see they were full was I here. They stole 50$ from a paying customer. N I think calling the police would be best.

Wow we couldn't have gotten better service from the desk clerk. We were extremely road weary when we checked-in and I didn't ask his name. It's an older facility but nice.

My name is Jonathan Bertanelli. I'm a repeat customer at this roadway inn on 801 Central Avenue Northeast in Albuquerque. I highly suggest and recommend if you're traveling to Albuquerque to stay at this motel. All the staff are courteous and very helpful. The accommodations provide all the amenities that you may require. The rooms have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. The furniture is in excellent condition and modern. The beds are very comfortable. In my opinion I rate this motel with five stars for all of the foregoing reasons. Thank you for taking the opportunity to read my post.

The lady was very racist. Said my family was Mexican so they couldn't stay there and kept threatening to call immigration. We are all born in America. Also the room was dirty and the window was broken the bathroom trash can was also filled with thrash awful place if you're colored.
