😠 Honestly wish I could give ZERO stars! Staff is extremely rude especially a MA by the name of Lisa. Scheduled an appt six months ago and they called the day before to say we need to reschedule. So we did only to get another call a week before this time saying we need to cancel and reschedule AGAIN!!... People often mention reschedule,

Honestly wish I could give ZERO stars! Staff is extremely rude especially a MA by the name of Lisa. Scheduled an appt six months ago and they called the day before to say we need to reschedule. So we did only to get another call a week before this time saying we need to cancel and reschedule AGAIN!! Now for 3 more months out. This makes no sense to me! Why have a schedule if you just reschedule everyone over and over again. Why even have a practice!?

Was in the hospital November 2020 for kidney stones. Left hospital with a referral to urology. They would contact me within 2 weeks. 5 months later I get a call from urology about my referral. Do I still want an appointment? Ummm no!

If I could give them zero stars I would. 3 cancelled appointments. One my wife and I drove from Belen and waited for about an hour before they realized. Go anywhere else if you want to be treated like a person.

Had a great experience with my vasectomy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor was very professional. Other reviews say the staff was unpleasant, but if you have issues with the staff its because you brought a bad attitude in with you.

Wish we could give zero stars! My husband had a a kidney stone that was blocking his ueretor and one above his bladder. Dr. Kaplan said she was going to try and place a stent if she couldn't then he would need a neurostomy. Of course stent could not be placed. She called me and said they would have to do the neurostomy the next day. I had to fight tooth and nail the next day to get it done. They did not do anything to break up the stone and would NOT send him home with any pain meds I called in to let them know he was in pain. They called back and said he can just take tylenol. Just like he was some kind of drug addict. I guess apparently she thought because my husband had such high pain tolerance that he shouldn't hurting. I got a hold of another urologist and they were outstanding! They said he should of never ever been sent home without nothing being done with the stones! wouldn't take my worst enemy to this place. I will be filing a grievance with Pres on this matter! They are ridicolous! and do not absolutely know what they are doing!

Dr snoy never even looked past what my previous doctor hought. So much for 2nd opinion. Its like they see one doctors notes from down the hall and dont want to go against what they said, so they just agree. I have been in pain 2 years and he does nothing to try and figure out why. Now i see why he lost his own practice. Guys a joke. I have not found 1 single good urologist through pres who actually cares..

Scheduled an appointment a month ago, called to follow up and they had no record of me. I'm in ABQ for training and cannot reschedule because all their current availability takes place during training.

The care I received from everyone from the nurse practitioner to the nurses and office staff has been prompt and compassionate. They have been terrific!

So my boyfriend has been in pain for a good while, prostate issues. We started with one Dr had to switch because the first Dr left. We started with another Dr, he says my boyfriend needs a procedure. Ok we're waiting for a call to schedule, no call, so we call them back. Turns out Dr didn't even put orders in for procedure. Played phone tag for a whole month before getting scheduled. Finally get scheduled, Dr calls in prep meds last minute, not even calling in all required meds. We drive in from Edgewood just so they can tell us they canceled the night before because they don't have the supplies. I mean what kind of hospital runs out of supplies. They tell us they'll reschedule in no more than another month out. The staff is rude. Inconsiderate and don't seem to like their jobs. That whole department is full of it. DON'T GO

One star because I can't do zero. I scheduled an appointment 5 months ago and today 5 days before my appointment I was notified that it was canceled because the doctor doesn't want to work on Fridays anymore. They were happy to reschedule me 6 months from now. My only other options are to go out of network and pay for the hole thing myself.

These people don't have a clue on how to help someone. I could not make an appointment because I could not tell them what was exactly wrong. If I knew what was wrong, I wouldn't need a doctor.
