Shockingly bad customer service here. I live one hour away, was on a train to Köln (that I left 2 hours earlier to make to my appointment on time), when the legendary DB decided to cancel one leg of a journey, resulting in me running 20 minutes behind. I immediately contacted the salon to inform them to which the technician responded that she can't take me (I would arrive at 4:20 and the salon closes at 4:30) and she's going on vacation so she will leave a note for her colleague and boss to call me and fit me in another day (and use the 50% deposit I already paid). The fact I was at that point on a 2.5 hour journey for a simple eyebrow shaping, that takes 15 mins top and was only late bc of a train cancelation, did not bother her in the least. However, I decided to give the salon a second chance and after waiting with no success for them to call me back, I attempted to reach them 6 times the next business day to see if they can fit it me in (since I was going to leave the next day). No one picked up, no one ever called back and its been 6 days now. Horrible management and a total disregard for other humans.

Amazing place! It's cute and in a nice area (old town), smells delicious, the owner is lovely and knows what she's doing. Never been so happy with a brow appointment in my life. Money well spent!

Favorite brow place, highly professional and very kind owner Johanna! Been there many times and will be many more in the future. Cute little studio in old town CGN, fair prices and also good supply of korean beauty products (incl. recommendations for your skin type). Microblading is excellent! Definitely recommend!

Nothing but 5 stars! Johanna really took her time to advise me on the different options. In the end we went Powderbrows and the result is fabulous! Would not go anywhere else as the service was professional and at the same time I felt very at ease. Johanna is easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to deliver the best service!
