On
arrival
at
the
bar
and
saying
I
had
a
table
booked
and
then
told
there
would
be
at
least
a
1
hour
wait
we
promptly
left.
If
staff
looked
after
the
people
who
had
booked
tables
instead
of
squeezing
in
people
who
hadn't
booked
it
would
solve
the
problem.
Instead
we
enjoyed
a
take-away
from
the
chippy
over
the
road
as
not
to
spoil
our
night
completely.

Your
quiz
night
doesn't
start
until
9pm
and
a
majority
who
attend
come
about
8.45pm.
Our
visit
was
at
6.52pm
for
a
booked
table
at
7pm.
so
that's
a
poor
excuse.
That's
not
the
first
time
its
happened
we
where
left
waiting
at
a
table
about
5
weeks
ago
for
1hour
and
10
minutes
after
getting
drinks
and
in
between
reordered
drinks
on
the
app
and
had
to
ask
after
20
minutes
where
the
drinks
were.
I
suggest
you
restructure
your
business
to
what
you
can
handle
and
not
squeeze
in
what
you
can't
this
way
you'll
have
satisfied
customers.
