The museum is amazing! It so happened that we went to get acquainted with Kirzhach spontaneously, without preparing and without testing the waters. The result is that the local history museum is under renovation, the main gallery is on the move somewhere. We almost decided that the day had not gone well, but this museum corrected everything. Many thanks to the guide Tatyana Ivanovna) I had no idea that you could learn so many interesting things about copper and brass! The museum has a lot of interesting little things made of these metals, with easily, and also not so, guessable purposes. We spent more than an hour there. And also, as it turned out, on the same territory there is a Museum of Platbands, about which we also enjoyed hearing a story. Bravo! Keep it up! I highly recommend this museum)

A must visit. Time spent in the museum cannot be called wasted. A gorgeous exhibition, an interesting story from a guide who is in love with his profession and his museum. Honor and praise to the director of the museum, an intelligent leader and organizer.

To visit this museum, the stars must align: first check the work schedule, then check the changes in the work schedule, then check the vacation of apparently the only employee, but it’s better to call, because even on weekdays the employee may not be at the museum and you can go there you won't get there. And in order to get not just into the museum, but on an excursion, you need to study a separate schedule and recruit a large enough group, otherwise the employee will not deign to conduct this excursion. There are few exhibits and almost no captions. Price for two 600 rub. In the Argun house there are platbands, more platbands and a bunch of planes of all colors and sizes. The platbands can be viewed for free in the museum of platbands. It’s better to go to the local history museum, where for a reasonable price the caretaker will happily give a tour at any working time for at least two people, tell and show a lot of interesting things.

Decent museum, but could use a little more space. At the exit we were given a map of the sights of Kirzhach, it is very convenient to plan routes with it.

I highly recommend it to everyone!!! The guide creates a special atmosphere in this museum, and her work can be compared to a performance! As a result, no one remained indifferent when leaving the museum. They treated the ubiquitous children kindly and tolerantly (parents should not abuse this attitude). But the smaller the number of people in the group, the better, since the rooms are not large.
