The worst customer service ever!! They care about joining with them and for receiving the payment only. Then, If you need assistance with a mistake from their end, you have to beg them every day!! I will leave a bad review about your service everywhere.

This must have been a mistake. I think it was an 'automatic review' with my phone in my pockets. I enjoyed your services for my IELTS exam, though was a little disappointed with the delay with the speaking part of the exam. Otherwise, everything went well. It's such a nice venue with a great atmosphere and a nice place, unfortunately it's course doesn't cover advanced young youth. The fees are reasonable for most English learners. In total, it was a good experience.

Surely 5-Star rating for customer service and elegance. Discipline every where, known accountability for performance and dedication to help the customer. Both online and on-site services are way to receive and simple in layout. Location is in Kafar a Abdou, Alexandria. If you are coming with your car, you truly have a challenge to find a parking slot. Recommended.

The place is very nice and it is located in a very classy area with beautiful British Schools around it. Staff are nice and helpful and they provide you with any thing your need. I go thier for IELTS and they were organised and easy to handle. The waiting area is nice and cozy 😌 They provide your with water, pend and bencils.

It's mentioned that the working hours begin at 9:00 but it really begins at 10:00

For sure it's a great Institute for Learning Language and soft skills. However the system has a lot of bureaucracy and security controls are little bit irritating and not all prices are justified. On the other hand, the location is nice and it's a quiet area

We submit My son University letter for attestation since one month in Alexandria office, and during this one month we kept on calling and visiting the British council many times, employees are trained to speak, but no actual solution is given, our visa to UK is about to expire, and the British council is not able to attest the University letter!!!! we called the university many times to send the attestation to the British council, the university replied and sent the letter to the British council, then the verification team in the British council kept on saying that this is not the document they want, after one complete month. Our time was not respected at all and no service is given, British council was only very fast in taking the attestation fees one month back, and after that we are just crying to get our service done
