I would like to thank Arwa mohammed from IDP so much, she was super helpful. In Feb-2022 i decided to take the step of OSPAP ( MPharm ) UK, she asked for some documents, however, i got the acceptance from the university of Sunderland In less than a week, afterwards she was following me in each step and clarifying every single point, she was moving even faster to get an accommodation before i reach there, but unfortunately due to certain issues in that time regarding my personal life i was unable to join the course. I started to calling Arwa about the possibilities of getting back my deposit which was a quite big amount, she was also here and contacted the university and literally in one week the amount was back in my account. I would definitely recommend IDP Alexandria for anyone who’s willing to take IELTS. I was hesitant to take the computer delivered IELTS but it was the best decision, the entire process was very organized and stress free. The staff was professional as well.

I finally achieved my required score after three trials. The first and second ones were paper-based, and the last one was computer-based, which I most recommend. Generally, IELTS IDP Alexandria centre is more organized than the other places in Cairo, and the staff are friendly, especially Mr. Muhammad Abdellah who is so benevolent, helpful, and supportive. I am so grateful for him. I am pleased with the experience, and I have already recommended IELTS Alex to my friends who intend to take this test.

It was an exceptional experience as staff were very organised and kind. HOWEVER HOWEVER HOWEVER, it's very crucial to put a big clock on the wall instead of a small one since in the first exam I was sitting in the back seats and I couldn't monitor the time so that I lost the last 10 minutes as I had to transfer answers in the answer sheet. I got 5 in listening section and it was a horrible situation!

They were all professional and efficient , the center was clean and organized. The all over experience was great . The computer based exam was a great experience with more facilities than the paper based, very satisfied of the whole experience, thx to IDP, general suggestions for computer based exams: I believe it’s not necessary that the invigilator has to announce how long is remaining in terms of time, not anymore, in addition to the keyboard clicking by all candidates attending the exam during the writing exam, if something can be done about it, it would be great..

Had a really great experience there taking my CD IELTS. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The place itself is well-prepared; comfy chairs and a few people in the room so it was nice, quiet and easy to concentrate. And most importantly, I got my results in 3 days only!

The IDP is a great center for taking the IELTS exams. They are very helpful with the schedules and everything regarding the examination. Also, the exam room is equipped with all the things that anybody would need to facilitate the test. The people there are very professional and very diligent with their work and simply I recommend them for your first, second and tenth IELTS exam.

The organization was incredibly punctual. The staff are really helpful, friendly and know what they are doing, and The venues are in great condition. Overall it was a quite challenging and pleasant experience at the same time.

The entire testing process was swift and flawless. The Administrator was very friendly and helpful, which made the testing environment as pleasant and stress-free. The test room was well equipped and very clean and the instructions we received were clear and useful. I took the CDI and the test ran smoothly with no issues from start to end. The Speaking Examiner was also very calm and decent, I did not feel stressed talking to him at all. I highly recommend IDP for IELTS tests because the overall experience was very satisfying. I got the score I wanted but if I were to retake the test, I wouldn’t hesitate to retake it there.
