The place is really cool and the service is nice though playing on PS4 is a little bit over priced in my opinion. The drinks are well made, I highly recommend the caramel milkshake for an original taste. If you're going for the multiplayer gaming on PS4s, the rooms are well equipped and are in good condition, and you can easily ask for assistance through the digital wireless ringer available in every room. I saw other people renting the rooms for studying, some for hanging out in privacy with friends, so it's not just for the PS4 usage.

Horrible service. Manager almost kicked us out! 4 out of 5 ordered food and the fifth didn't want to order, taking into consideration that we pay an hourly rate for the room reservation. The fifth guy insisted on not ordering food so the manager asked him to leave.Both the waiter and the manager were extra rude and very unprofessional in the way they treated us. I don't recommend going there. You will get treated rudely if one out of 5 doesn't want to order food!

I give it 3 stars because; the place is so good, food is soo good. However staff members are not the best. We were a group of 4 and we had a room reservation so the 4 of us would pay an hourly rate. Three of us ordered food and drinks, the waiter kept asking in an annoying way to order something else. We paid by credit card; they charged the card an extra one pound without eveb asking me.i just noticed after checking the receipt later.

Worst place ever. I came last weekend with some fellows and we enjoyed and came back again this week. After few mins someone from the stuff came and told us there will be a minimum charge, I asked why. He answered min. charge is in weekends only and that didn't happen the last weekend. I left and don't recommend it to any.
