I regret dealing with them for arranging a trip. Normally they have been really helpful finding flights, but our last trip to Egypt has been a nightmare from the very first night. First, the hotel they booked for us in Giza has been horrid (Regency Pyramids - Avoid at all costs. You have been warned!) I think they're in cahoots. We checked ourselves out the same night. It's that bad. They had the temerity to haggle us over refunds! Anyway, the saga continues: absolute mismatch with almost all drivers (e.g. drivers would be told a wrong time/day and luckily most will call days in advance so we get to fix their errors). Worst of all, we were overpaying on all tickets, because they failed to tell us that my wife qualifies for Egyptian prices, being married to me. How we knew that she does? The ticket officers themselves at every location! I wish I could say they even pocketed the difference. No, they actually booked us (including me at some point!) foreigner prices. They're that incompetent. They never take responsibility of anything. It became more work dealing with them and fixing their mistakes, than actually arranging the trip myself. Definitely learned my lesson, the extra few hundred bucks I lost to them is worth the lesson, to not ever deal with them again. I hope my experience will spare you the pain.
