Not respect of patient, overbooked appointment made patients wait two hours from their appointment time. What's the point of making appointment! Doctor social like a PR personal, she should better change her occupation, she can gain more reputation from it! Suggestion: if you are really sick need to see a doctor, please don't come here , otherwise your sickness will be more severe until you can finally see the DOCTOR !

This clinic cannot be better. I asked about the green card physical examination. The front desk told me that it would cost 480 and next month it would cost 510. This is a typical Chinese way of promoting consumption. I asked my friend and the most expensive one was only 200. many! ! !

I didnt have a problem with the doctor her self, but I did have a huge problem with the staff. They are NOT there to help you. They will do whatever it takes to not see you. Which is ridiculous to have such negative attitudes, especially working in a health occupation. With or without appointment you'll wait the same, more than 2 hours. Staff wouldn't give me an appointment, when I really needed to see a doctor for a personal concern. I could've probably died before they gave me the appointment. I had to go into the office to finally be seen. They definately need a new staff that cares for patients and cares to try to help them be seen. They open at 9am but doctor doesnt come until 10am, which makes no sense, might as well open at 10am then. Avoid coming to this horrible clinic, switch your primary doctor ASAP.

Very Bad services, also they are dishonest on the price! They told me it is 100 to do the report but they wanna charge 200when I came inside the office! Avoid this place!

Dr. Chen is very professional, kind, and good at her job. Wait time is a bit long but totally worth it. You can completely trust your health is in good hands with her.

Why does the front desk girl hate the patients??!!! She treats patients with such DISRESPECT. They would do ANYTHING not to see you. She would NOT tell the doctor what we want to tell the doctor. Not just me, everyone in the waiting room was angry at the front desk person -- and she doesn't care! She should be fired!!!

Doctor is good but the WORST Front desk person I have ever encountered in my life! Literally!!! Why would the doctor hire such a rude person with such bad attitude to treat her patients!!??? WHY??!!!

Really great service! Super kind and helpful doctor, prior reviews may be negative but the quality has service has most definitely improved.

I have been treating doctors at Dr. Chen's clinic for 4 years. The service attitude of the nurses here is very good, especially Dr. Chen's medical skills are very superb. She is a general practitioner, has rich medical experience, and is very kind to people. She also provides medical services every week. Free blood drawing and physical examination services are provided to older patients. Basically, strict treatment plans are given according to the patient's symptoms. My family and I are very grateful to the doctors and nurses at the clinic.

Last year I felt unwell. After describing my symptoms to Dr. Chen, Dr. Chen gave me a blood test. After seeing the results, she confirmed her judgment. Afterwards, she took an MRI of my head at Dr. Chen’s suggestion. The resonance examination revealed pituitary fibroma.
