    Ed is not your basic personal trainer, to say he goes above and beyond to ensure that your whole being is at its optimal health; is an understatement. I’m incredibly grateful for the support that my husband and I have received from him. My husband tore his Achilles tendon and Ed helped him safely learn to exercise again and has now put him in the best shape of his life. Motivated by his process I began to join Ed for sessions as well. The few sessions I have done with him have already made such a vast difference in my physical being and mental well being. He meets you where you are in your well-being journey and encourages you to grow and be your best self. Thank you so much for everything!

    I’ve the privilege of working with an extraordinary Ed Fuchs, and I couldn't be happier with the incredible results I achieved. Their expertise, passion, and unwavering dedication made every session a life-changing experience. Ed took the time to understand my goals, tailored a personalized program, and created a positive and motivating environment. Ed’s guidance, attention to detail, and continuous support outside of sessions were invaluable. Thanks to Ed, I have transformed my physique, gained confidence, and experienced a significant boost in overall well-being.     Ed is a great personal trainer, especially for beginners who are trying to get into a routine. If your goal is weight loss or building muscle mass, this guy is your go-to. I lost 10 lbs under his program AND gained muscle. His programs are catered to your needs as he takes YOUR input seriously. If you're unsure though, he'll build you a program with his own recommendations that can be backed up with 16 years of training experience. It was an honor getting to know him and his family. I foresee a healthy future for myself because of the foundations he instilled in me.

    I suffer from chronic backache and insomnia. My husband asked me to take a couple of exercise sessions with Ed to see if that helps. I’ve been working with Ed since September now, and my overall wellbeing has improved so much. My backache is gone, I feel stronger and sleep a bit better. It hasn’t been a very long time since I’ve joined but my quality of life has changed a lot. He has tons of knowledge to help you with building/maintaining healthy exercise routine as well as nutrition. I would totally recommend working with Ed for a well-rounded mind and body connection.

    My health, strength and mind mussel connection have improved dramatically since training with Ed the past 6 months. Ed is great! He wants the absolute best for you. I was looking to get back into the gym after a prolonged lower back injury. I had done some online PT and gotten minimal results, it wasn’t until I was referred to Ed by a friend who worked with him, that my results really took off. I owe a lot of my current mobility and strength to training with Ed. He is a professional with a vast knowledge and understanding of how the body and its mechanics work. He is committed and passionate about his clients heath and and their goals. I’ve learned so much more about weight trading, focused breathing and body movement/control. He listens, adjusts to my nuances and pushes me work hard! Worth every cent. If you are serious about your results, Ed will help you get there!

    Ed Fuchs is an outstanding and experienced coach and trainer! I cannot recommend him highly enough. As a 74 year old retired physician, I greatly appreciate Ed’s professionalism, knowledge, and coaching expertise. It’s based on sound understanding of anatomy and exercise physiology. He also has a deep understanding of nutrition and how to make changes that last. Since 2018 he has been helping me achieve significant weight loss and gains in strength and endurance. Ed’s program is well thought out and comprehensive. He provides detailed instructions and then careful observations. Ed is a personable and dedicated coach who goes the extra mile in supporting me in attaining my goals. With Ed’s help I have lost weight ans improved my strength and endurance. During the pandemic restrictions Ed has made available online workouts which have been great. I strongly recommend his program!

    If you are serious about meeting your fitness/strength goals Ed is the one to ask. He is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and tailors a workout plan according to your current level and where you want to get. I feel stronger by the day, and can’t thank him enough for working with me toward achieving my fitness goals.

    Ed is a first rate trainer. Before he trains with you, he sends a very in depth questionnaire as to what your fitness goals are so that he can align his training with your goals. His workouts are meant to push you to your potential and they evolve as you progress. He is good at observing what you are doing correctly and incorrectly and gives you great pointers. He is definitely passionate about fitness so if you want to see results, he's your go-to guy. I've been working out with Ed for almost 3 months and I am already seeing more definition than when I was training on my own. Highly recommended.

    I would like to give a BIG shout out to Ed Fuchs! He helped get me back on track with my health and fitness journey and he deserves to be recognized. I have gone up and down with my weight since coming out of my addiction. It has been tough. Ed brought me back to the basics and taught me so much more! I learned when and how to eat and to take my time. He also taught me the importance of weight training and how great it is for my body and health journey. In just 8 weeks I lost 22lbs! If you are seeking help and do not know where to begin, he is worth the call!! He will coach you and encourage you every step of the way! Give Ed a shot. You can’t go wrong!

    I started nutritional mastery with Ed Fuchs two months ago and I have to tell you when I stick to the habits, make better decisions daily and meet up with Ed for training sessions I feel better. It's not even just about losing weight I just wanted to be healthier, have more endurance, stop having headaches and stop feeling lethargic. Ed listened to me and to my goals and I love how not only he tailors the plan for you and incorporates all the lessons of precision nutrition. Ed Fuchs is patient, persistent and truly cares about teaching others proper nutrition for a longer and a better quality of life. Definitely recommend if you are interested in changing the direction of your life and creating lifelong habits

    Ed is a master of his trade. He has put in the time to understand the body and how it responds to exercise and nutrition to gain full understanding of the science behind it. I have been working with Ed for almost a year and he continuously works to give personalized focused to my health and exercise. Working on developing small habits to add up to big impact. I have dropped weight and my overall health continues to improve.

    Thank you Ed for setting me on the right course to improve my mental and physical health! You’ve provided me with practical tools that have drastically improved my nutrition and exercise. I have also started to teach what I learned to my little girls to set them up for success in adulthood. I can’t thank Ed enough for guiding me with his wealth of knowledge, insights and coaching. If you are looking for a person or program that will challenge your thinking and transform your approach to nutrition and weight loss then Coach Ed is an excellent choice. I love the method of just "One Percent” better each day, and the variety of exercises certainly will help you achieve your physical goals. I worked with Ed online and in-person and he provides a great coaching experience. If you need help reach out to him, I’m sure glad I did! It changed the direction of my health and transformed my relationship with my body for life! Lastly, and a random note, I'm a graphic artist, and I appreciate when websites and apps are designed well. The coaching user experience he provides is intuitive and accessible. So that gives added bonus points in my book. 😅

    Nutritional Mastery is not your average system and Ed Fuchs is not your typical "trainer." Ed has a gift for meeting people where they're at on their journey. He has created space for me to discover who I am throughout the process while ceaselessly championing my growth and improvement. And his holistic approach to coaching has truly helped transform my relationship with nutrition and health. I feel stronger, more knowledgeable in the kitchen and gym, deeply connected to the capability and potential of my own body, and - best of all - secure in the understanding that the lessons I've learned will stay with me for a lifetime. Ed's system along with the supplemental online program he grants his clients access to is scalable for any level of fitness. Moreover, as a coach, Ed is an endless wealth of knowledge and research-based insight - so don't be afraid to pick his brain for more than a few gems. However, if you're the type of person that doesn't need to understand the "why" behind everything, all you need to do is show up, do the work, trust the system, and you'll be just fine.     I needed to make some changes after the Covid pandemic spread set in and I am SO thankful to have contacted Ed for nutritional guidance and an exercise plan. Not only is Ed a fantastic coach and patient motivator who KNOWS what he's talking about - he truly cares about his clients and their long-term goals. He's there with you on the journey and is always prepared to offer creative and easy-to-adopt ways to move you even just a little bit closer to that goal every day. Ed will share his knowledge and expertise with you, and then be your biggest cheerleader as you start putting it to work together.

    I joined a 28 day challenge with Ed during the holidays (WHO DOES THAT?!), but I was hoping it would give me the motivation to start the new year out right when it ended. 2 weeks I traveled the whole time and the other two I was extremely sick! But I was still encouraged everyday where I WAS! Ed encouraged me to rest and move as I could. He directed me for the environment that I was in. He reached out constantly to check on me, see how I was doing meeting my goals, asked how we could adjust, and asked if I had any questions. Although my challenge didn’t look like (location wise) what I thought it would (being on the gym everyday killing it), Ed made it possible for me to be successful in my EVERYDAY, REAL WORLD LIFE! As far as I am concerned, that’s even more important. To know that I can and will reach my goals with the tools I have everyday, when life looks busy and different! I would 1000% recommend everyone to work with Ed! He truly has been a coach and friend! He cares! And he wants your goals for you just as much as you do!
