I stopped by this McDonald to get some dinner before heading back to my hotel room. I came on a Friday night and they weren't actually busy to my surprise. I didn't see anybody working the cashier so I tried to place my order through the Kiosk but it kept denying my code to use my McDonald deal through their app. So I had to go to the cashier area until someone finally notice me. I was able to use my code through there and wait for my meal. I just got the chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. It took like 10 minutes to come out and they of course forgot the ketchup so I had to ask. The nuggets and coke was great but the fries was somewhat okay. It just needed a little more salt to give it favor.

Very bad customer service! The swing manager named Saul is rude. I cannot believe he is a manger because he is not nice. He does not ask me for here or to go. I told him that I wanted my order for here, but he gave me my order in a bag. I had to wait over 25 minutes for my order. I only ordered small items but he wasted my time. He has attitude and is not nice like other managers. Saul also control employees with his power and yelled at them. The employee was scared

I order chicken nuggets and they gave me a small piece. What the heck? Very bad customer service, they need to throw away small pieces of chicken and not serve them

In the drive thru, the Asian male worker in the drive thru was rude to a customer. He dropped change on the ground and refused to pick it up. He yelled at customers and the manager Fernanda was also not nice. They both provided bad customer service in the drive thru window

The drive through is always fast and they get it right. Mari always has a smile and is just kind and considerate and very pleasant. The staff here cares. Way to go !!!

I'm really getting tired of waiting 25-30 minutes after placing a mobile order. As I wait in the restaurant for .y order to pick up...I just see too many workers doing non-efficient work. When the on-site is busy and orders are coming in.. ALL staff should be focused on filling orders and getting the waiting customers turned. NOT tasks that can be done later while onsite is slower.

On August 31, I placed my order on drive-through at 8:15pm asking for fresh French fries. When I received my food, my fries were staled and cold. I then told cashier i had ordered fresh fries. The cashier left to the back, and the night manager literally put my fries into another bag not replacing With fresh fries and straight lied to my face. When I got home I called the Mc Donald’s & the manager was very rude and sarcastic on the phone continuing to lie that he had given me fresh fries. When I had clearly seen him on drive-through, putting it into another bag the same fries. He argued with me and told me if I don’t like it, I can go to another McDonald’s. The night shift McDonald’s is always forgetting either one or two items and their attitude is so rude but especially coming from the manager his character and his attitude is very disrespectful. I don’t know why they still continue to have him as a manager. This is the last time I will go to this McDonald’s. For reference, this managers name is Saul

The sandwich is not presentable the tartar sauce spread on the box seems the worker is not paying attention that the sandwich should look good and pleased the customer…

I very rarely go to McDonald's anymore because 8 out of 10 times to get the order wrong I have to be very very specific and repeat it several times. They get it wrong at the menu kiosk with a repeat it back to me three times I finally get it right I get up to the window I tell him what I want to again and sometimes it's still wrong They don't pay attention and that's the biggest problem with McDonald's employees I don't know whether it's training or they're just hiring incompetent people. The food is nothing special They don't grill their hamburgers They fry them on a flat grill not frame broiled like Carl's Jr. Everything is precooked so you're not getting something fresh if you request a specific way then they have to cook a fresh and I usually do that just so I get fresh food It's one of those places that if you're starving and you're in a hurry you can grab it but that's about all I can say about if it's good.

We were in Alhambra to check on the house painter. The McDonald's busy. We ordered on the kiosk and sat down. They have a nice play area for kids here. Plenty of seating inside. Also tables outside. We picked up our order and we're on our way quickly. Food was good . Nice and clean . I would recommend this place when in the area.

Very poor customer service!!!!! I walked in 30 min before store closure. The worker there including a manager all seem very impatient. I pre-ordered thru mobile app for pick up at the counter. There was no straw for my drink, no napkins. I asked the worker for it, she said, there should be one inside.. I showed her my bag (there was none). She said “oh….” and handed me a straw.. there was no apology or anything. Just WOW!

This place is really neat and clean and there’s a play area for kids. Parents can watch over them while dining. And I love my crispy chicken burger and coffee 👍

Pretty clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking, playplace was closed due to COVID-19, definitely one of the better McDonald's around the area

Updated review from today. I'm not sure who was on staff today. Just know I order some large fries [x2]🍟 and some cheeseburgers.. my fries looked like a small/medium Inside a Large Fry box. My burger looked like it got smashed down. Only gonna put the picture my burger..

If I can, I don’t want to give a star to the nose ring girl who has a bad attitude. If you don’t want to go to work, you don’t have to go instead of giving the customer a poor face. I ordered 6 burgers and gave 3 ketchup. I want more ketchup. Tell me We paid extra for the first encounter. Will never go to their house again Disgusting experience

The breakfast pancakes are very soggy and dry. The cook added too much water and very little oil. It’s very soft and not delicious. Every time I order pancakes, it’s always soggy and wet. Very bad quality!

The burgers here are so cold and I received bad customer service from the employee named Sal. He was rude and looked like he did not want to help customers at all. He did not greet me and was not patient when I was thinking about what I wanted to eat. He kept rushing me saying are you done. When I gave him my money, he grabbed it out of my hand aggressively. Sal did not provide quality customer service. The older lady with glasses named Elena or something was different, she was so nice to every customer that walked in and was not rude as Sal. He should not be working in the front if he doesn’t want to associate with customers nicely

If ur planning on using your app codes for the deals, I’d pull it up prior to first window cause oddly the reception is always bad right there. But staff are friendly and quick.

Crowded but moved pretty fast. Mari was at the pickup window today. Always a pleasure to see her. All my grandkids enjoy seeing her. Sees always accurate with the order. Best McDonald's employee I've ever had at a y McDonalds. She's a delight.

If I could give them zero stars I would. So today I took my grandson to get a bucket was told they sold out but while standing waiting for our food we see a manager or supervisor walking out with seven buckets getting in his car leaving. So I asked I thought you were sold out and was told they were but yet your manger or supervisor walked out with 7 of the buckets while kids are standing there seeing that. That was so wrong and uncalled for. And to top it off I asked for no onions on my food because I'm allergic guess what was on my food.

This McD's is popping on a Monday morning! Seniors socializing, or reading the newspaper, individuals on laptops & cells enjoying the AC or wifi... the kids playroom is even open! It's a clean, modern environment. The service is fast and friendly! I came in needing a bathroom asap (always buy something to support) and stayed for the environment!
