This place is such an awesome hidden gem! This local, family business has been open since 1994 and they serve amazing homestyle Hawaiian food. Their most popular dish is the macadamia nut pancake but they have plenty of other favorites as well. Their staff is super friendly and their prices super affordable. What I Ordered: Macadamia Nut Pancakes, Hawaiian Breakfast with Kalua Pig and Loco Moco, Spam Musubi, Chili Cheese Fries, Hawaiian Shaved Ice Macadamia Nut Pancakes: Starting with the star of the show, their famous pancakes! The pancakes themselves are HUGE and come with a generous sized side of secret cream sauce. The amount I used in the picture is just a tiny portion of what they give! It also comes with macadamia nuts you can sprinkle on top. Kind of like build your own pancakes! I loved how fluffy the pancakes were. The cream sauce was light, creamy, not too sweet, and very delicious! Hawaiian Breakfast w/ Kalua Pork & Loco Moco: The Hawaiian Breakfast is served all day and comes with 1-2 meat entrees, 3 eggs, and rice. This dish is no joke and is definitely a lot of food! The dish comes with 9 different options for meat but I had to go with my favorites, Kalua Pig & Loco Moco. This dish is the perfect bite as you get a bit of rice, pork, loco Moco, egg, and finish it off with some gravy. So much savory goodness! Spam Musubi: You cannot go wrong with this classic. This is the perfect bite sized finger food. So easy to eat on the go, on a picnic, or as a snack. Definitely a must get item every time I come here! Chili Cheese Fries: Yes they have chili cheese fries! They literally serve everything here! I love it. I really liked the thin fries they use. They cover them with a nice heap of chili and cheese! Cravings satisfied! Shaved Ice: You NEED to try their Hawaiian shaved ice as well when you go! It’s super affordable and the perfect dessert to end your meal! My personal favorites are the Pina Colada or Mango flavors! IG: @kristys.kravings

This restaurant is so yummy and the owners and workers so so humble and kind. A little boy drew them a picture and they put it on the wall 😭 it was our first time coming out and they gave us a complimentary snack as a thank you for supporting them. The atmosphere was very family oriented and I can't wait to make this a main food spot!

My experience here was very great. Showed up and the atmosphere is very mellow and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. When the food arrived I was taken aback by how good it was and the portions were way more than what I paid for which was great! Overall this place is a hidden gem and will definitely be coming back.

Got takeout on a Wednesday. We ordered the island plate with BBQ pork and katsu chicken. The BBQ pork was cooked well but on the sweeter side of our preference. The chicken katsu and the stir fried veges were amazing. We also had the macadamia pancakes which many people have sworn by but weren't our favourite (could be a function of not having had them fresh though). Would definitely dine in and retry the macadamia pancakes next time.

Stopped by here last weekend because I saw that they sold shaved ice! I ordered it to go, came in a nice big container. Great portion! The shaved ice totally hit the spot. That day was a crazy hot day in Feb. I got ordered “the works” which came with condensed milk, red bean, vanilla ice cream on top of the shaved ice with one flavor. It was sooo good! Japanese style. I also ordered a shaved ice for my son. He got lime & mango flavors. Will definitely be coming back to try their food.

2 entree breakfast plate / loco moco (Hawaiian meatloaf soaked in brown gravy), kalua pork, 2 fried eggs, rice - 5 🌟! Whoever decided to make meatloaf, smother it in brown gravy, then add eggs and rice and call it a breakfast dish needs to stand up and take a bow. What a f-ing excellent breakfast combo. I've enjoyed Hawaiian BBQ for many years but have never tried loco moco before. I finally had my chance at Aloha Food Factory. The place was busy the entire time I was there and is clearly beloved by the neighborhood. I completely get it. The food is amazing. I'm a big guy, so I also had the kalua pork. Honestly, kalua pork is one of my top 3 pulled pork meats ever in any cuisine. It is just so tasty when done well, and this one was awesome. The eggs, rice, and gravy made for a very satisfying and savory meal. I used to work in Alhambra. I'm kinda bummed I never went here. There were more items on the menu I was eager to try so I'll have to find time to return soon.

Macadamia pancakes are amazing here, you don’t even use syrup. They allow dine in during Covid but only in to go containers. Got the loco moco and friends got the teriyaki chicken plate. Macadamia pancakes were the jam! Have been wanting to try this place for years and glad I stopped by.

This place offers a very good taste from Hawaii, have some very signature plates that represent the food from the islands. Also they have shave iced and one of the most fabulous pancakes I've ever eaten, even in several restaurants in Maui, HI. I lived there and this restaurant help me with my Hawaiian's cravings.

I’ve been wanting to try them for the longest time! Their hours are a bit shorter than others so when i was in the area, I took my chance of going in. The macadamia pancakes are the best! Sadly I didn’t take a photo of the cream but I’d come back for the pancakes 100%. loco moco was pretty good too! Their portions are decent. Their food comes out pretty quick. Yes, you’d have to wear a mask when you enter! Lots of cars going in and out so you won’t have to worry about parking.

I got a recommendation for this outer worldly pancakes here, so - honestly - they're homemade pancakes tasted like cake with their custom homemade custard dashed with macadamian nuts on top. I like the food better than the pancakes, in all honesty, the Loco mock plate was just bustering with flavor and their spam sushi rolls hit the spot also,

Great value, fast, friendly service, good food. Everything is packaged to go. The menu isn’t huge but what they do have available is done correct. The traditional Items you would find at a Hawaiian food place!! What I got there: Loco Moco, a beef patty seasoned just right (this is not some little skimpy patty haha) topped off with their thick gravy all served over rice. (Wished there was a spicy sauce but they were out of that. love spice🔥🥵) My eggs over easy. Need the yolk to mix in tha gravy with the rice😝😲🤣 Also got the BBQ pork which was sweet and tender. Very good. Cleaned the plate not a single grain of rice left. This combo plate is very filling and you can choose any two entrees available on the menu! Decide which two you would like to try and dive in! Next is the reason why I’ve been wanting to try Aloha Food Factory for quite some time. The macadamia pancakes. Everything comes separately packaged. The sauce is like a pudding or a custard, different from what I was expecting. It was thick and right amount of sweetness to it. It made the pancakes more enjoyable. Hot fluffy pancakes, which were amazing by the way, paired with the cold “sauce” and crunchy macadamia nuts truly one of a kind! The indoor dining area can fit up to 25 people max but there are tables outside. They had oldies/rnb music playing softly inside and plenty of people coming in for takeout. Found a small table to myself and went to town. It’s all self service after ordering. Get your utensils, get ready! Must come try this place. Loved it. Will be back to try that Hawaiian shaved ice 🍧 😉 soon ❤️ Check them out ASAP.

We a got the breakfast plate with katsu chicken and the BBQ pork (cha shu), and a large order of the macadamia nut pancakes (right now they are called monster pancakes for Halloween). Everything was done very well and was devoured quickly. Easy to recommend anything here.

Okay, Google, get it right! This place is DEFINITELY open for business, and the food is GREAT! I made the mistake of thinking they had regular portions, so I upped the size to large on the extremely tasty macadamia pancakes... ooopppsss! My photos says it all and the price is on point with the taste. If you're going for savory, tasty food, this is a value.

Taste 5/5 Customer service 4/5 Price 4/5 Cleanliness 4/5 Menu 4/5 Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I got the loco moco, kalua pork, and macadamia nut pancakes. Portion sizes were huge and it was well worth the price. Loco moco was a little salty but it works so well with the kalua pork. The pork itself was delicious and juicy. Then for the dessert itself was exquisite. Last ly, the pancakes were fluffy, custard was sweet, and the macadamia nuts added a great crunch.

So happy to eat breakfast/brunch here when I’m in the area. They have the best pancakes in town and their breakfast dishes are delicious too! Highly recommend!!

Wow! Great food and the portions are big! Makes me wish I was back in Hawaii. The loco Moco was good and the macadamia nut pancakes were amazing. When you walk in, you grab a menu, pick your table, then order at the register. They will bring out the food to you. You grab your own utensils and condiments. Would definitely come back here again.

We haven’t been here since we moved out of LA County back in 2020. They have seating outside now. We dined inside. They also added more seating inside. The question that my wife and I had is where are Betty and Ernie? We are use to having one of them taking our order. You now have to place your order at the cashier. They take your food out to you. The food tasted the same. I ordered the breakfast plate with the sausage and over easy eggs. We also ordered macadamia nuts french toast. I think they use thicker bread now. There's an area where you can get utensils, ketchup, soy sauce, plates, napkins, and to-go containers. They also have bins where you can put your dirty plates and recycle cans. If we're in the area again, we'll stop by. Mahalo Betty and Ernie.

Aloha all! Gotta say the loco moco here was hella good and that gravy was lit and delicious. Don't be fooled by it's presentation. In addition their Macademia pancakes were good and they offered fresh coconut water. Swing by if you're near and check them out.

Loco moco was soooo good! Macadamia nut pancakes were great! Service was on point! I personally think the coffee was a little strong, but I drink it black.. so I'm sure adding Creamer it's perfect for most. But price cameout to $26 for a shared breakfast with my husband and I, and we still couldn't finish it! Lol sooo goood
