Horrible
experience.
Felipe
was
the
man
who
attended
me.
From
the
day
I
made
my
purchase,
I
had
issues.
According
to
Felipe
he
had
resized
my
husbands
ring.When
my
husband
tried
it
on
it
did
not
fit.
I
called
the
shop
back
and
asked
if
it
was
resized.
He
told
me
that
he
only
made
it
half
a
size
bigger,
Thinking
he
gave
it
to
me
already
resized.Two
weeks
after
I
purchased
my
ring,my
ring
base
and
stone
fell
off.
I
could
not
believe
that
it
could
come
off
so
quickly.
Today
I
return
to
the
shop
And
informed
JAVIER
about
what
had
happened
to
the
ring.He
was
very
rude.
He
first
asked
me
if
I
wanted
to
place
a
different
color
base
which
was
not
gold
on
the
ring.I
told
him
I
didn’t
want
to
have
different
colors
on
my
ring.
He
then
began
to
get
upset
and
told
me
that
I
have
to
wait
until
Thursday
so
he
can
repair
it.
I
told
him
it
took
me
almost
1
hour
to
get
to
the
shop.
I
then
told
him
that
it
was
fine
I
will
wait
until
Thursday
and
leave
the
ring
there
as
he
requested.
He
then
turned
around
and
started
mumbling
whispering
and
doing
gestures
as
he
was
writing
the
receipt
for
me.
On
top
of
that
he
wanted
to
charge
me
$65
to
get
it
replaced.
I
don’t
think
something
I
purchased
would
only
last
two
weeks
and
I
will
have
to
pay
to
repair
it.
When
he
returned
I
told
him
I’m
sorry
if
you
are
upset
I
have
to
return
to
repair
my
ring.
He
then
said
with
an
attitude,
I
don’t
like
people
rushing
me
and
people
who
want
things
done
right
away.
I
stood
quiet,
ask
him
to
return
my
ring
please,
I
left
the
shop
unsatisfied
with
the
service
he
provided.
Please
shop
somewhere
else.
Horrible
customer
service.
Cheap
quality.
