The professionalism of the staff is incredible. Never have I seen any other pawn store this big with so many workers. They are super friendly and know there stuff. I brought in a precious keepsake that means the world. After first being helped by Lily on the phone and informed on how they work, I took the hour drive and I am so glad I did. Javier was great and patient. My item is kept in a safe after a picture was taken and they offered the option to have it sealed then place in an envelope where I wrote my initials. I will be back really soon at 1% interest rate I cant go wrong. or I can pay the interest by phone. Thank you again.

I had a bad experience dealing with a shady pawnshop in DTLA, so my guard was up. I decided to take a chance with King's Jewelry. I expected the same type of dishonest "negotiating" as my previous experience. However, I was amazed to receive professional, courteous, and a straightforward business transaction. Valeria helped me get exactly the cash I requested and explained everything in detail. No shady tricks or low-balling. King's Jewelry know their business and don't waste your time! On a side note, I also had a brief conversation with one of the managers who was very plesent. This shows me, it's not just a job but they care about people. That's the sign of a successful business.
