As
a
fan
of
F45
workouts
who
has
frequented
other
branches
with
great
satisfaction,
the
Alhambra
location,
unfortunately,
leaves
a
lot
to
be
desired
on
the
administrative
front.
Initially
I
got
called
to
sign
up
and
to
put
in
my
payment
details
and
I
gave
my
CC
#
over
the
phone.
Then
I
get
another
text
10
minutes
after
asking
if
I
wanted
to
sign
up
to
which
I
respond
what
do
you
mean
i
just
signed
up
and
gave
my
info
and
was
on
the
phone
with
you
for
the
past
15
minutes.
Turns
out
they
put
my
credit
cardo
information
on
another
persons
account
and
charged
my
card.
It
was
a
simple
mistake
but
I
had
to
give
my
card
information
again
and
also
wait
for
the
wrong
transaction
to
be
reverted.
The
lack
of
accommodation
for
putting
account
on
hold
I
contacted
the
gym
to
put
my
partners
and
my
account
on
hold
because
of
our
wedding
coming
up.
I
send
and
email
with
no
response
I
had
to
call
instead.
With
planning
and
guest
coming
from
out
of
town
we
needed
a
2
week
membership
hold.
F45
Alhambra
couldn't
put
it
on
hold
because
they
need
2
weeks
of
prior
notice
to
put
an
account
on
hold.
So
between
my
partner
and
my
membership
$80
went
to
waste.
I'm
not
impressed
because
other
f45
gyms
usually
accommodate
with
putting
account
on
hold
right
away.
(I've
gone
to
F45
Pasadena/
F45
Richmond
Hill/
F45
Vaughan
and
when
I've
traveled
they
had
no
issue
with
putting
the
account
on
hold
with
less
than
2
week
notice)
I
get
that
you
every
gym
has
different
polices
but
Instead
of
accommodating
the
hold
due
to
our
circumstances
(a
gym
credit
that
can
be
applied
later,
partial
credit,
or
pausing
membership
with
a
warning,
ect.)
There
was
nothing
done
and
It
just
seems
like
they
don't
care
about
their
members
and
is
more
concerned
about
taking
your
money
instead.
If
they
were
able
to
accommodate
we
wouldn't
have
to
cancel
the
membership.
Then
when
opted
to
cancel
the
membership
they
require
a
4
week
notice
to
cancel
the
membership.
After
the
wedding
my
husband
got
sick
and
has
been
sick
for
2
weeks
so
we
haven't
been
able
to
attend
classes
so
an
addition
to
the
$80
that
went
to
waste.
I
know
the
membership
Hold
is
excused
for
reasons
like
health/
sickness
but
then
we
would
have
to
pay
for
a
doctors
visit
which
cost
$100+
to
provide
a
doctors
note
just
to
not
be
charged.
That
would
only
cover
my
husband
but
my
account
would
still
be
charged.
But
at
this
point
we
just
wanted
the
membership
to
end.
The
cherry
on
top
was
because
of
the
wedding
we
haven't
been
able
to
attend
classes
which
was
discussed
on
the
phone.
A
week
later
and
then
I
get
a
text
"hey
we
haven't
seen
you
in
class,
do
you
want
us
to
book
you
in?"
the
texts
that
seemed
oblivious
to
individual
circumstances.
In
summary,
while
F45
Alhambra
Gym
offers
stellar
workouts,
potential
patrons
should
brace
themselves
for
administrative
hiccups
that
may
dampen
the
overall
fitness
journey.
