The staff is friendly and very attentive. They are usually pretty quick with fulfilling the orders. Just FYI, this location does not have a drive thru.

Almost a perfect place to work from cafe but music inside was too loud for me and cars outside are also loud. Restroom is clean. Also a bit pricy but it’s Starbucks ($5 for a little box of milk + glazed donut). Good thing is: wifi is super fast and doesn’t have limit!

A little small and narrow shop which has a few tables only compared to the regular ones anywhere else, but has quite large parking lot. So place an order online and pick it up. Nice, friendly staff.

So disappointed 😞 I bought two venti caramel frapp for my son and I on the mobile app at 11:11 it said 11:24 estimated time I said ok fair enough since this store its always busy I get there and yes supper busy I waited and after almost 25 min I get the coffees I Normally buy my son a grande but this time I decided to get a venti he Normally drinks the coffee less that 20 min well up to this time it's almost 3 and the coffee it's almost half way full horrible taste no caramel flavor at all I'm very disappointed my poor son couldn't even drink his coffee or enjoy it it tasted too strong for him and as for me the same I'm sorry I'm not sure I've order from here anymore I wish I could have gone back unfortunately I had something to do .. not buying it anymore 😕

Baristas there are so kind and hard-working. Also they play really good music.

Now, this location is a very small location in comparison to others. First, it seems big but it is just long in dimensions. 4 places to sit, non confortable. My order was taken, but never asked my name. The food looked dry and aged, the servers or staff non talkative and bland. As I said, nowhere to truly sit, only 6 people can sit out of 4 locations. If you are just looking for a quick drink and don't care about service, this place is your go to ... The only places to sit were outside in the rain...drenched

The servers here always have that attitude that i don’t get. They messed up 2 of my order and I been there only 5 times. and one other time I left my own mug on the tablet for my order and 10min later it’s still on the same spot and the fat red hair lady said “oh I don’t know that’s for your drink “. What else do you think that’s for? Your stupidity? Also, There is no greeting or smile of any kind. They make me feel like they are so beyond this job yet they keep forgetting things. Also I don’t get why they are moving so slow?!

Giving at least 2 stars cause the register lady was doing her best. I had 30 min to kill before getting on the road. This one had better reviews than others so made the trip. Literally no line but a good amount of people. 4 people including one cashier. So I tried it out. 30 min later and I still wasn't next in line for ordering!!!! Couldn't believe it....the worst part? The cashier was at the register most of the time but think she's new. If you come here, don't come during morning rush unless you have an hour. One guy said he was waiting 20 min for his single coffee....

Unfortunately the remodel had them rip out most of the seating, like many of the other locations to reduce loitering. All the seats face the wall with a few tables outside, there were never that many people using it to study or meet for coffee dates as the location is a bit too crowded for that, but now that is gone completely. If you need to meet others I would suggest Atlantic at Valley, until they remodel that location as well.

Trying new Starbucks locations are a hit or miss and unfortunately, this location is a miss. As a prior barista, I would’ve looked at the print out of the drink I ordered and groaned seeing the list of modifications although, I’d still go through with making those modifications. Whoever made this drink did not look at these modifications that I pay extra for at all. When I first saw the drink, I saw no cookie crumbles but I understood that occasionally ingredients run out and there’s no time to update it online. No big deal, I get it. Then I get told they have also run out of my sandwich, once again, I get it. The moment I taste test this drink in my car, I know it’s not right at all. No toffee nut flavor, no coffee flavor, no extra java chip scoops and way too much mocha flavor. This was just a mocha cookie crumble frap with none of my modifications (not even light whip). I’m disappointed that it appears that my ticket wasn’t read at all aside from the top line especially seeing as I placed my order during a slow time.

I decided to go visit Starbucks at 9 pm Friday- the day after thanksgiving and when I showed up everything was closed. However the “holiday hours” posted on the front door stated that they close at 10 pm. Very annoying/ disappointing. Not sure if the manager or lead decided to close early because they had their own personal plans Orr??? Over all really irritating that they do not follow what they are advertising. The owner should definitely be made aware.

You need to ensure you remind them of your entire order or they will blame you for not reminding them. Smh patrons have to tell Starbucks employees how to do their job. Okkkkkk

My mom went in before work and whoever was working march 3 2023 at 5:40am female short hair was very rude. I had asked on the phone for a brown sugar shaken espresso they were out of the syrup and then I asked for the pistachio latte which they were also out of. I asked what they had available and ended up going with the irish cream cold brew and she took about a minute making it. Was the most disgusting and disappointing drink I’ve ever tasted. Extremely gross and watered down I knew as soon as I saw the drink you could just see how watered down it was. She was super rude as well and when asked for a straw she just pointed them out with an attitude instead of handing one over like my mom asked. Worst experience will never go back here went to another location and they were really and nice drink was great.

I ordered my usual drink a chai tea latte with 12 pumps of chai Received a drink with 12 pumps of classic syrup Took it back… barista noticed the problem They made me a new drink Gave me another with 12 pumps of classic! Wrong drink twice? OMG! Bagel and cream cheese no knife! Worst Starbucks ever!

This is my go to Starbucks, most of the times is busy, but staff is really friendly and efficient. I been coming here for years, and it’s great to get and coffee and work on my computer. This is a great place to come to relax and work. I definitely recommend this establishment, always clean , and quiet.

It's new for me, since I started a new job over in Alhambra, I want u to know this place is very clean & the employees are very courteous, they treat there customers with respect, I recommend u to stop by & get ur drink if ur near the area. I come get my coffee dark roast yum! To get Energized 😆 lol!! Have a good day yall.

We spent a lot of money in this Starbucks...but. we will not anymore ..most Everytime we ask for spinach feta wrap ..they say out. 5 year old businessman can figure it out if u want to make money you stock it extra . . So we now go to other nextdoor eateries.. better yet

Saturday September 24 2022 I couple of drinks and one was a venti they made it as a grande they gave me my refund but the one at the registered said I gave you your refund but have to charge you for the new process order but I told her why are you guys gonna charge me for the the Bartista made a mistake I don't have to pay for a mistake that you guys did

Ordered cake pop and frappuccino. Cake pop was on the counter while two orders went out, one of which was ordered after my daughter's order, two drinks. I went to the counter to ask for the order, it hadn't been started until then. The girl behind the counter grabbed a cup, handed it to someone else, it was done within a minute or two. And I asked for a new cake pop. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

No grilled cheese available at around 3 pm. Beautiful updated selection of cups though.

Honestly this is the worst starbucks they always get my order wrong, I always order a mocha cookie crumble frap with no whip cream and 3 shots and they always forget the espressos I can taste the difference because I go to other Starbucks and they have the same taste except this store it never taste as the other store I go to, and this time they gave me a caramel frap I don't like being this type if person complaining but it really takes a lot of mistakes to get this, I will never come to this starbucks only reason why I come here sometimes is because the other store that's closer to work opens an hr after my break. But never again

This particular location is also cute and quaint. Their employees are usually attentive and provide accurate service. For the most part they are clean and let people hang out as needed. Their baristas usually know when to give discounts and will also provide suggestions in case you happen to ask for one. This location is close to the freeways, gym, businesses, as well as to a couple of extended university campuses.

I sometimes come to this Starbucks when I'm near by. It does get a little busy and the employees are always in a rush. Today, Andres helped me with deciding what drink and size I wanted with patience. He wasn't rushing me or anything. Andres is very friendly and made this time a better experience for me and my husband.
