Rudest taco bell manager I've EVER encountered. Do not waste your time or money here!!

They dont put to much foodninside the burritos, they are always smallers than others taco bells I have visit .

First time walking into a digital screen order counter. Food was great! Customer service was aidequite. But it was a different experience.😳

As with any food rating, take it with a grain of salt. But the place was super clean and the people were typically efficient.

Never had a problem customer service wise but this location really skimps out on the meat, I got the chipotle chicken burrito and it was mostly salad, fiesta chips and like one piece of chicken, there was also barely any chipotle sauce.

Usually the customer service is great, but last night was pretty bad. We went through the drive thru and the cashier was not friendly. He seemed very moody and negative. The food was all soggy (tacos), broken taco shells and the nacho cheese in a small container was "barely" filled. This is the first time the experience here was bad. Usually the manager and other team members are really good and the food is delicious! Not sure what was going on last night.

Honestly coming from someone who never had Taco Bell ever, I can say that I will be back over and over again. Something about the chicken quesadillas and hot sauce!

Very clean and well organized Taco Bell location. Staff is on their job. 👍 would definitely recommend this location.

Food is great, exactly what you'd expect. The only thing is this is a small location with only so many workers so the cashier was also manning the register and window for drive thru. So it can be a bit hectic for them. I got some tacos and the potato bowl but didn't get a fork or spoon to eat it and got none of the hot sauce packets that I ordered. Not a big deal but a little disappointing.

Great spot to grab a quick bite via drive thru, the reason for the 4 star rating is because i was not given a receipt for my order and i always get concerned about people in fast food restaurants illegally using my debit or credit cards for purchases not made by me. Its happened before at another fast food restaurant and i dont want that to repeat again. I was in a rush to get my food so i forgot to ask for my receipt as i thought it was inside the bag. The service was great though and the food was done excellent as well. Just the receipt thing was concerning to me. If im ever in the area again, i would definitely stop by again but this time ask for my receipt if i don't see it in the bag.

Didn’t remember when was the last time I had Taco Bell, but it still taste good. Just don’t familiar with the ordering system.

I dont frequently visit Taco Bell as of late but decided its been long enough away from my go to fast food chain. Here lies the unfortunate chain of events that just occurred, Mar 24 2022 3pm @ Taco bell Valley Blvd , Alhambra Ca. 1# Going in my daughter (7) and myself see they have a new freeze flavor on a big sign right next to the drive up menu, we're siked out! I order two of the new flavor to be told 10 seconds later they only have the cherry portion, so I agree to that at least to give my daughter a treat. 2. My daughter is a picky eater and it took her a long time to find anything she liked at the place that I Loved. That was their bean burritos, which I order special to her liking. In ordering today I was asked to repeat the request. I believe I said it on three occasions. "No onions, no hot sauce please." 3. When I gave her my card payment I wasn't handed back a receipt during the transaction. Knowing that they usually do a great job i though nothing of it at that moment. 4. After waiting to receive my order a worker comes to the window, hands me my order and promptly closes the window. I open my order to find no sauce. I wait at the window and try to get the drive though workers attention, no luck. Im just waiting there as she is doing work inside , she can see me and i can see her but still she is busy. Finally she opens the window with a unfriendly look on her face and just stands there. I have to say, "Im waiting for someone to ask me if I want sause". She apologized and I left. 5. When I finally reached my destination I opened the bag and disappointingly realized they forgot to put in the bean burrito . OMG Taco Bell! Please work on your customer service, Transaction policy, and most of all , common sense to give what is payed for. P.S. To those of you who are thinking of visiting this location, please do. The food I got tasted delicious, and was presented in a timely manner. Just check your order prior to leaving. Also, dont be disappointed when their visual menu items dont reflect what they have in stock.

Sometimes they make the food perfect sometimes its ok. Still a great fast taco bell

Small but cozy, staff is nice and ordering online is hassle free. They have a small pick up area that is usually ready by the time you get there. Try the online exclusive customizable box for a good deal.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food, but I wouldn't recommend this one. They messed up my last two orders, and in the last one, they didn't add the beans, so I got a chalupa with lettuce, sour cream, cheese... and nothing else. Also, for some reason they can't actually cut through the cheese quesadilla? So I end up tearing it apart by hand and it's a mess. It's too bad, because the place is one of the newer models and it's very nice.

It was a small Taco Bell with 8 online seating configuration but nice and able to see it the window and we enjoyed our dinner. Here is a picture of the Hot Sauce

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch. We ordered on self-ordering machines. Multiples times we had to remind the worker our order included a regular Blue Raspberry Freeze.

All around tasty and reasonable nutrition, and value on the go, or even not on the go; coffee is surprisingly good. Not a bad choice for breakfast. Mexican pizza is a both a tasty and textural delight.

So, it only took four visits in trying to get a Mexican Pizza that it finally dawned on me that I/we are being played. I'm a regular at this location and on the 4th occasion that I decided to order a Mexican Pizza I realized that I was getting the same exact same excuse as to why they were out. "Sorry, we JUST sold the last one and are keeping some for tomorrow's customers". Really? But you have a customer that would like to order one right now. Since I'm already there and stuck in line I ordered something else in place of the MP. This time I finally, in my opinion, determined that this was just a bait and switch deal. Instead of taking the MP OFF the menu, TB probably judged that customers would just get something else and this would be great way to keep sales up. If there is anything that irritates me is to be treated like treated like this as a customer. So, I will be taking my business to a competitor, for sure.
