The service is good and the chairs are massaging chairs and super comfortable with a hygienic spa tub attached. I was surprised that the prices for the Mani and pedi were very reasonable considering the it's part of Marriott hotel. Good variety of OPI nail colours and Essie Gel colours. Overall satisfied and will go again. Have mini Mani pedi for kids too 💅🏼👌🏼✨

You can never go wrong with Nirvana Day Spa. We have been going there for almost 10 years now and we have never been disappointed. The ambience is exactly that of a traditional massage place in Thailand or Philippines and it has the additional warmth of hospitality. The whole spa is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The masseurs are really well trained, very polite and extremely professional.

Just got done with my massage service here. Sadly, the spa doesn't have the aura of one catering to a 5 star hotel. Services were alright but the interiors were dilapidated to say the least. The shower area had no privacy, the staff were having tea there. Shower stalls were pretty much outdated and unsanitary. single use slippers and toiletries were no where to be seen. Overall, not a good experience. Would always rather go to the Spa at Bahria.

They don't have any facilities and they are working from a makeshift room and non hygienic. Definitely not recommended.

One of the worst massage experiences ever. The room was filthy to say the least. The attached pictures are not of a janitory storeroom but the couple massage room at Nirvana Spa. There was a gutter inside the room. No disposable footwear or underwear. No hangers for clothes or a separate closet for clothing or storing valuables. No bathrobes or anything to cover with but medium sized towels. Absolutely no privacy. The door to the room leads out to the main corridor of the hotel. You can hear people passing by the room and the staff talking outside as well. Absolutely no ambience, no calming music. Pretty dissapointing for a hotel that claims to be one of the Premier hotels of Islamabad.

Terrible massage experience. The masseuse was rude, had a terrible attitude and only gave 40 mins while charging me for an hour.
