    I've lived here for 8 months or so. It's secure (CCTV, guard) and clean (new building, no roaches). The trade-off's are high rent (35k for 2-bedroom), low ceiling and small size. It probably caters better to trendy types than traditionally minded people. Not ideal for families due to the size and limited parking space. Only 1 car is allowed per apartment.

    Didn't see it from inside but outdoors was untidy with several sewerage leakings and foul smell in the area.
