Important point. 1. There's no ATM and no Fuelling Stations. (You have to use these services from Taramari chowk or Rawal Chowk) 2. Hostel Rent starts from 8K. 3. But you will get mini flat (1 washroom, 1 kitchen, and 1 bedroom) for 10K. People are so nice here and the atmosphere is good too. 😘😘😘😘

I had not seen so many hostels at one place. A very good idea for accommodating faculty and students of nearby universities. But the standard of apartments is not very good. Badly in need of whitewash etc.

This place is located almost opposite to Comsat university, as the name is self explanatory the area contains a variety of hostel facilities foe male and female students and job oriented persons. Hundred of hostels with a variety of facilities and competitive rates are there. Restaurants and general stores to laundry shops are in abundance here, same goes for hair saloons for male and females, along witfitness gym for both genders. Ideal place for bachelor's to live in Islamabad at reasonable rates.

A town based on various hostels were every need of a student is at door step. Provides a better living for boarding students of any class of family (i.e, low, middle, high, elite).

Good living place for students of nearby universities like COMSATS, Abasiyan etc . But nowadays First 4 streets are under construction and you have to face a lot of mud during rain on these streets

I haven’t personally stayed at Hostel City, but based on my friend’s experience, here’s what I gathered: Hostel City offers numerous options, but choosing the right one seems crucial. My friend found the food quality to be below expectations, and the surrounding area didn’t offer much in terms of ambiance or attractions. Additionally, limited food options left much to be desired. Parking appears to be a challenge, making it difficult for guests with vehicles. Keep these factors in mind when considering a stay at Hostel City.

Spent there almost 1 year. Good place to live for students. Available with all basic necessities and low cost restaurants. I would recommend Pearls Boys Hostel, street 7A for boys.

Whoever took the initiative was a very intelligent person. Residences here are available at a very reasonable price, including food and laundry. Almost all the basic amenities are locally available. Not far from the city center. A few universities are also located nearby.

Kota factory 2.0. Nicely managed by the management. Government should assist the administration in cleanliness and upgrading the infrastructure. This place is housed by Abasyn, Comsats, Shifa tameer i millat, King hamad and Quaid i Azam University Islambad students.

It's obvious from its name that this is an area specific for the students or the people who are working away from home or studying near by, I visited the place and found there many small hotels may be the cheaper ones, and some other small shops of stationary, photo copy shops, Ice Bars etc, I suggest this place to the visitors who plan to visit Lake View Park or any near by area here and plan to spend night cause it would be way cheaper than the hotels and they can everything to eat.

Like the name tells, it's a city of hostels. It's a bit crowded in the peak times, but it is still a good place for hostels. The only downside is that it is a bit far from main Islamabad.

For Boys: Nafees Boys hostel is best but you cannot find any seat there! On second priority you may consider pearl boys hostel. For Girls: Executive hostel branch 1 is best

Tour of Hostel city was great 👍. It was very secure for both male and female students. Management was also excellent. Every facility is available inside it i.e. general shops, Barber shops, restaurants, cheap hotels,fast food etc. But rent of hostels was little bit expensive then Rawalpindi hostels.

A wonderful place especially for the students. Flooded with cafes and restaurants. Best place to enjoy a strong cup of tea.

Spend an amazing and memerable time in this place. It has many boys for both boys and girls. Well established setup and as the name , Hostel City, saya it all it is a place where 90% of the people living are university going students and many universities like Comsat, Iqra, Abasyn, Hamdard and Shifa Tameer e Millat are on a walking distance.

Hostel city used to be a good place with reasonable prices. Unfortunately the business union has monopolized everything day by day they're increasing the prices of hostel foods and other things daily. If you are coming to Islamabad for the first time then it is good but if you have other options try not to come to the hostel city. Further, the environment is also unsafe snatching mobile on gun point and motorcycles are common here.

Location is good specially for students looking for a place to stay. You might see difference in prices because of services and rooms per hostel but it is worth a try to actually try one.

Hostel City is the best location specially for students to live in Islamabad, one can find very clean and furnished rooms at very reasonable price with food and all amenities as well. Basically its student hub, neatly 6000 students are living here, hostel facility gor boys and girls are available. Best location for following university students. Comsats Iqra Isra Hamdard Abasyen Rawal medical college HBS Fedral Urdu Fedral medical college Pak turk Graften Here job holders are also facilitated. If you are a traveler and need a good economical place to live for few days , hostel city is the best place to live. As this place is fully gated and manged by Hostel City Union. It is a good place for students accomodation, save and secure environment but now appears to be quite crowded. Nowadays facing electricity issues as society don't have ample amount Transformers which can support the required electricity load.
