A wounderful place wel mantained and very skillfully organised

It's a parade ground, the venue of the national parade which held on every 23rd of March. It's a beautiful venue with the beautiful scenery and vast parking area.

The only place of full power show. Went there in the last parade and had memories.

The parade ground is located on east side of Islamabad expressway. Annual parade of armed forces is being arranged here for last many years. Air navy and regular army (ground forces) take part in parade. Final parade day is 23rd march. Rehearsal however start many days before the main parade day. Political Convention, Public Gathering also held here..

Shakarparian (is also known as Shakarparian Hills) is a hill, and a national park located near the Zero Point Interchange in Islamabad, Pakistan. Pakistan Monument and Pakistan Monument Museum are also located in Shakarparian. The old Gakhars tribe leaders settled here before Indo-Pak partition 1947; later the clan was relocated to create a park for newly marked federal capital of the country in 1960-61. The Parade ground is well known for hosting national and other large scale events because of the large area it covers and well mantained teritory it has.National events like 14 August,23 March,6 September and other days are celebrated with full zeal and zest.

It's a great venue for National Level events, right at the intersection of Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Excellent facility specially build for the purpose of doing Parade on 23fd of March. But I am not sure what they have done to the trees that were here before. They are definitely down and there is no replacement.. so, it’s sad to say that they only cut down trees to make room for place which is used once in a year only.

Prade ground is our National Military Prade ground no go area for general Public

A place of dignity and a place for showing the proud of Pakistan, the Parade Ground. I remember the day when I visited on 27th of March on calling of PM Imran Khan, such a beautiful and wonderful day it was.

We went for the rehearsal of Pakistan Day Parade. We got VIP Enclosure tickets and saw the complete event from a very comfortable distance and direction. Every time we see the parade, it fills our hearts with joy and love for our country. Long live Pakistan.
