A historical holy edifice built in 1600's that has been standing proudly at Taal. However, it is under construction due to the eruption of Taal last January 2020. So they have to temporarily build a small church beside to still conduct masses. Add this on yoir bucket list if you're planning to visit at Taal, Batangas!

Kind of small church. Both my visit, choir was great. Duing Christmas season, the mass songs are adjusted to the tone of christmas song. At the back of the altar, you can touch the miraculous image. Further, there's a healing fountain.

A hidden shrine with miraculous Our Lady of Caysasay: Inang Birheng Reyna ng mga gala. You may offer prayers, candles and wash with their miraculous well. Bring a bottle if you wish to bring home some water from the well. Thanksgiving flower offerings are proofs of granted prayers. For Catholic devotees, a must visit when you're in Batangas.

Yearly tradition of our family to visit the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Caysasay every black Saturday. The church is very old it was established in the year 1603. Currently the church is being restored because it was damage duringan earthquake. There is a temporary chapel were masses are held. The well were Mama Mary/Our Lady of Caysasay was found is temporary close also. The water from the well, we believe, has healing capabilities. The Parish Priest and his staff are very accommodating. You can light a candle and if your prayers are answered when you come back offer a flower to the image of Our Lady of Caysasay.
