Well the food I got the number 3 from the menu was pretty good that roast beef & Swiss.

Did a nice job on the remodel. Compared to just about any McD's these days your place is alot more inviting and comfortable. And the food was great as always. Keep up the good work. The Arby's on Eureka in Southgate needs an update

Came in to pick up my mobile order, walked off without an item....... Diana the blonde haired woman ran it out to my car herself. Very nice to me while I was in the store too. Give the lady a raise!!

Tried this new Hamburger... not impressed... I'll stick to my classic double roast beef sandwich 🥪

Very upset 😡 I purchased a large fry I got a bag full of old fries nothing fresh and I'll post the picture this is horrible it is nothing to drop fresh fries 🍟 plus they only gave me a little bit of fries.

Fast service and exceptionally friendly staff. The new updated and renovated building is a great touch too.

Got take out thru drive thru their fish was excellent fries Luke warm staff were pleasant

Drive-through was the fastest of any Arbys I have ever been to!

So I haven’t dined in this location in awhile, but it doesn’t stop me from using the drive through and get my favorite gyro with extra meat , oh and I always get lammmmmbbbbbb because it’s not a gyro if it’s not lammmmmbbbbbb. The girls and the manager try their best to give everyone the best service possible. Thank you to the manager for putting a smile on my face when I wasn’t feeling so positive that night. I greatly appreciated it. Lammmbbbbb 😱😊😱😊

Umm ms ruth u have the nasties attitude ever idk if u having a bad day or what but I felt some uncomfortable spending my hard earned money in this establishment I’m having a bad day myself but I didn’t take it out on you so I would like the same respect I won’t be returning

Just drove through. We did enjoy the sandwiches. Stopped in the parking lot to have a quick snack before the movie.

We waited for 20 minutes for crinkle cut fries, but they couldn't be bothered to keep the rest of our food warm while we waited

Very clean and not too full , was taken care of with no problem, got my order fast and with a smile. Will be going back to this one, plus right by the freeway easy on and off

So normally I don't ever have to check my meals with you and I visit a lot I enjoy the food but today 5-14-23 you let me down hard ordered the meals larg got smalls and then had to remind the worker for my drinks seemed spaced out so I guess from now on I'll sit at the window and make sure I get what I paid for before I leave ..ps didn't get sauce and was told its all in the bag ..very disappointed in today's service ..like I said every other time it's been a-1 .

My client and I have been coming here for a few years. There is an Arby's closer to our home but we go the couple extra miles to this location. Food is always fresh and the staff always friendly. Doesn't matter if it's been a couple weeks or a couple months, Ruth always remembers us. Thumbs up to Northline Arby's!!!!

I stopped into the Arby’s tonight. The new one that they just rebuilt on Eureka in Southgate, ordered $40 worth of food. The order was screwed up. I did not get two curly fries that I ordered. There was no reason that this order should’ve been messed up with four people at the window two people receiving the Food to make the order and then the person that passed me the food. It’s ridiculous. The food was horrible. The market fresh sandwiches are nothing like they used to be, The roast beef has definitely decreased in taste and texture, I would think that there would be a more of a assembly line process as many people that were standing around a $40 order should of NOT got messed up. What a shame I will never be back there again.

The milk shake was orange at the bottom they did not clean the machine DON’T COME!
