It's a nice clean place to shop but I feel like the selection is small. Most of the veggies are in bags, which I don't like. They also have mostly lettuce but I didn't see any fresh green beans, beets, rhubarb, etc etc. Most things are canned or in plastic bags. The price was also high compared to other shopping places. In the end, it's not a bad place to shop, but I hope they have more of a selection in the future.

One of my favorite places to shop at for food and seasonal specials. The deli and fresh floral shop are always clean, have great choices, and do an excellent job with packaging to keep stuff looking good. As are most of us, we are BIG fans of BOGO and it's definitely a plus that the shelves are well stocked and the items can actually be purchased! OMG

I love Giant, its got everything I need at good prices. Plus they offer a points program that you can use on gas or groceries. Great selection of produce and meat! They open at 6am which is a huge plus for early bird shopping. They shelves are usually well stocked even through the BS shortages.

Waited in line for customer service to fix a simple error. Asked rep if they could assist, they said not a problem. Eventually manager walks out and turns me away because they are now closed. I’m usually very laid back but this was just so frustrating. Won’t be returning.

My main grocery store. Good prices for rewards members. Discount on gas and easy to get up to $1.00 off per gallon!

A typical Giant. Maybe a little nicer than some others. They do have gas pumps so the rewards points can be tapped here. It's usually busy enough to warrant shopping during non-peak hours.

This is the most ghetto Giant I’ve ever been in, ever. It’s rundown and dilapidated, the employees are super rude and provide zero customer service, selection sucks, produce is always bad, no hand baskets, just a terrible store overall. They should tear it down and start from scratch with all new staff.

Just stopped for gas. It was $0.40 cheaper then the one where I live ($3.99). Even cheaper if you have a bonus card & rack up savings points, because of shopping there. ($3.59 but paid $3.39 because of savings points)

I bought a rotisserie chicken at Giant and it had no legs AND it was falling apart. I returned it for a full refund. Dinner was very late.

Giant has really turned into a great grocery store here. Their produce is fresh meats and seafood are great. Prices are a little high so I don’t tend to do my weekly shopping there.

The customer service was good as to why I rated a four but the store itself would have been rated lower in my opinion as it did not look as clean as it should be and they were out of a lot of products especially items that were Wic State approved items 11/30

Food Supermarkets Emmaus Avenue is an excellent store. The customer service is pleasant, and the store is spotless. The prices are reasonable, and there are numerous good deals available. The gas stations are fantastic. The weekly store coupons aren't much help, but they're better than nothing.

Very busy store. Their produce and bakery are very good. They have one of the better varieties of gluten free food, though it seems keto taking some of it's real estate away. ( Most keto is gf, but even more expensive.) Deli sells boars head if you have the patience. You can order on a screen and come back. They have a large beer and wine selection with a separate checkout. Giant's store brands are better than most. The pet food aisle is hit or miss, (like all stores these days for some reason), but I can usually find what I need the most. The public restroom is not great. Water is not hot, t.p. was out twice and no hook or anything to hang a coat and bag. Cashiers are almost always nice. Once I was made to go to a self checkout with a huge basket because they shut cashier service down at 9 and it was close to that time. If you have a lot of shopping, do it earlier. You can get a Covid booster before 6pm no problem, no waiting for an appointment. Over all, one of the better stores for selection and quality. Probably why it's so busy.

Purchased 120 cupcakes from Bakery at Emmaus Ave Store for distribution at an area Nursing home. Not only were the cupcakes delicious, but I told them I was a volunteer and the bakery gave me a 25 dollar gift card to help purchase them. You guys made these residents so happy, they were licking the whipped cream off and raved for days. Thank you so much , seeing the smiles makes it worthwhile. Dianne Miller

Let me start with the employees...they are great. Helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. The store is clean and layed out as most grocery stores are. The big issues for me are the carts, product placement and prices. While most stores have either replaced all their carts or have nice carts with quality wheels, this giant has rickety old carts that vibrate and make a lot of noise. The product placement is horrible. The most used items like regular tuna in water/oil, regular oreos, etc are on the bottom shelf while watermelon oreos are front and center. Not sure if they make watermelon oreos, but you get the idea. For people with back issues or elderly people this is super hard to reach. And the prices are high. A gallon of water here is $1.50, while another store (that also has gas points) has water for .99 and there are more price comparisons I could mention but I'll stop here.

Clean, shelves stocked, and helpful employees. My wife and I used the self check out and for some reason the machine just didn't like us that day and we had to keep calling the self check out cashier to our machine to scan his badge. He never once gave us attitude and came right over when the machine kept stopping us.

Just an average sized GIANT with all the normal stuff like a bakery, pharmacy and small gas station nearby. Plenty of parking though.

Ran in just for a few things. I have been using Giant direct, but since i was out figured we would just run in. No lines at the registers. Our cashier was very pleasant and talkative. Good conversationalist!! It's always nice to have someone like that, that will interact with you.
