Nice appartment, friendly staff. They serve a nice breakfast in the office if you want. Many restaurants nearby and Lissabon centre can be reached in a 15 min ferry trip

Best apartment/Hotel I've ever stayed at. Spacious, neat and fun! Lived right on top of a pizza restaurant and that's just my dream. Lovely staff, really helpful and funny.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Lisbon. Situated in Almada, A 1.50 euro boat ride from the centre of Lisbon, you get all the benefits of visiting this great city while returning to peace and quiet at night. Large apartment, lounge and kitchen with nice bathroom. Would stay here again next time I visit. Some great restaurants nearby (much cheaper than Lisbon) and some fun things to explore nearby.

Good location and reasonable quality-price ratio. The apartments were well equipped and perfectly clean. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and available. The windows offered good sound isolation which was very good since the street is quite busy and noisy. However, the same was not true for the apartments' door. We could hear everything on the stairs and even the light could come inside under the door. One of the mornings, the cleaning staff started around 8.30 a.m moving things and using cleaning equipment. Due to the issue with the door, it was pretty inconvenient.

Always had a nice stay here. Very friendly and professional staff and owners. Comfortable and clean apartments with equipped kitchen. Tastefull breakfast selections. Perfect location: close to Lisbon (10mins by boat) and the beach (15 minutes by taxi). Nice authentic area: in a pedestrian street with a good selection of local restaurants and cafes. Certainly recommended!

This is my third time being here. The room that I was in is great and is close to the boat that brings you to the other side of Lisbon. The only downside is that the floor is hardwood so you will be hearing your neighbours walking above you. Same thing when people are in the hallway, walking up or downwards. But besides that, I definitely recommend staying over here. The people that work here are very friendly and help you if you have any problems or questions during your stay.

Very nice apartments with well equipped kitchen. The staff is very nicely ce and willing to help in anything you need. The apartments are located in a street with many restaurants ( very good I personally recommend one that is called a toca). Also, the apartments are located at 2 minutes walking from the bus, metro and boat station. If you take a a boat you are 10 minutes away from cais do Sodré.

Perfect stay, the place is very comfortable! The parking is available nearby, and if you stay at Cacilhas, you have a parking lot there. Please note that the street below the balcony is very crowded at night, but the window reduces the noise well, so it was quiet in the apartment.

15 mins ferry from centre of Lisbon! Very village feel, bigger than enough house size, includes: Modern bath room, sitting/dining area, 6x6’bed! Only TV very small, a bit of noise on street when Restaurant peak hours,there will be silence when you close the balcony window! Price just 50~60% of your hotel price in Lisbon city! A walking 2 hours sunset 🌅 along the seafront was too romantic for a senior like me or any ages!👍👍👍👍👍👍😘😘😘😘😛😘

good location, easily accessible by ferry, very friendly reception, large apartment, clean (bathroom could be a little cleaner), nice sunny terrace with a view, very good price/quality ratio, very fast wireless internet, supermarket very close by, taking into account the demand for a quiet apartment (the noise from the street could still be heard but was no longer disturbing), the only disadvantage: the stairs with suitcases (no elevator). We will definitely return!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice room with good space. Very comfortable. Staff was very welcoming. Loved the location as it was quiet, but very easy to take metro street cars and ferry to sightsee.
