Really nice to have a 24/7 gym in the neighborhood, I go to the gym every day! Spacious. Nice equipment! Only the changing rooms and toilets are closed from 22:00. There is only 1 toilet open, and that is most of the time very dirty... not nice, not even nice to refill your water bottle. Also the gym itself can use some soap and a vaccuum cleaner!! Floor is dirty and equipment is mostly very dusty with having the same sweatstains day after day. Please hire a good cleaning service... this is not what I am used to from Basic Fit gyms...

I made my gym membership in the machine at entrance, it was very easy, but later I find out that I typed my e-mail wrong! and since than I can't log in to make a reservation.it has been literally 2 months with e-mails to the "costormer service" and till now they did not fixed.and Rub the robot is even worst!!! Please I love that gym, but the costume service is terrible.(the guys that work there they are great) my complaining here is the people at office, how can they not fix my problem just putting my email correctly?

I made a membership at Basic Fit, where I came to a conclusion after 2 visits to cancel it (of course within the 14 days of cooling off period that the law allows) due to the terrible atmosphere. Basic Fit replied that I can't cancel my membership because I made it on their machine in the gym and not online!! How does this make sense! If I register online I can cancel my membership, while if I do it at your door at the machine I can't?! Basic Fit only looks to lock its customers or any person that steps in their gyms by any means!

Club has been upgraded with new equipment, furniture and flooring. It now has a fresh and updated look. Great job basic-fit And the club looks so much better and cleaner

Most basicFits are 24/7 nowadays and they are everywhere. It’s the best fitness clubs chain comparing to what you pay and what you get. I recommend it. I’ve been going to basic fit since 2013.

Terrible customer service, I had an issue with my email, and for 3 months in a row, no body is able to help me, I am sending tons of emails in vain. Never use their machine at the gyms, just never

The scale is not working for at least three months, and I almost asked everybody to do a thing ..... still have no idea about my progress

Weights are all over the place, not very properly maintained and cleaned. Good selection of equipment tho

I use this gym at dongen Almere. All the equipments are systematically arranged. And it has good collection of them. Changing rooms are clean with lockers to use. Can't tell about trainers because I always exercise and do training on my own. Never ask for support but I assume they are good too.

the gym s good however the customer service is terrible . i do not know some of them got hired because it s really bad . customer service is made to answer customer questions not to hang off the phone and say it s not my problem while u can easly fix the issue or at least say sorry i cant instead of hanging off the phone !!

A lot of gym equipment is broken or out of order. Which is sad 😔

Good afternoon! I had been your avid client for 10 years. i used to do my sports training in Basic fit Trekweg & Don jon. As part of my observations in Basic Fit in Don Jon most equipments smells so stinks & Toilets are always dirty. Please do something about it. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Machines always broken and tons of cardio equipment that no one uses and barely any squat racks or benches etc.
