My wife had been trying for years to get me to come with her to St. Anne's' and after finally giving in I can honestly say it did not disappoint, to say I left after my stay feeling 100% invigorated and relaxed would be an understatement. If I can say anything I'd say stay as long as you can because the experience only gets better the longer you are there, I don't know if I can even pick which part I loved the most from my stay be it the spas rustic beauty or their fine dining, their many amenities or their super courteous and helpful staff, no matter who you are, there is something at St. Anne's' that you will fall in love with and it will keep you coming back for more. I am really looking forward to my next stay with them.

I am currently on the train heading home after a three day yoga retreat at St Anne’s. I may not be a new person, but I am definitely on a better path than before this experience. I walked in to St Anne’s an exhausted, stressed out shell of my former self and for the first time in years felt nourished by people who neither wanted nor needed a darn thing from me other than for me to do what was healthy for me. I mean yes, there’s a cost to that but so too for all things in one way or another. From the accommodations to the (very, very plentiful and beautiful and just absolutely delicious) food, to the yoga and meditation, to the treatments, to the grounds and space, to the breathtaking exterior and views, to the cozy warmth of the interior, to the easy signage, to the warmth and ease of the team to help with any and all things, to the pools to the overall design of the itinerary. It is all meticulous. Connor, Sandy, Sheldon, Heather, Sharon, Lizzy, Liz, Dawn, Sydnie, Olivia, David, Haley, Taylor, Rachel, Heather, Sarah, and all the other beautiful staffers I have run out of room to mention: thank you from the bottom of this stressed out heart for reminding me of what’s important and giving me a bit of a kick start to get there! Worth every penny and then some. I’d also note that I’ve never seen this devotion to customer service in all my years - you know when the owner puts his cell phone number on full display to call him directly so he can make anything off, right, you’re in the right place. Overall this solstice truly did bring me the light. I cannot recommend highly enough (and I bet my beloved family and friends would agree heartily!)

A friend and I spent 2 nights here. It's a great place, beautiful setting. The spa services and spa therapists are all top notch, and the treatments (body Wrap, facial, feet focus, the pools, etc .) , were wonderful. It's an all inclusive with 4 meals a day, which is personally much more than I need or want. Staying in a cottage want an advantage for us, but I can see how it would work better for a larger group. The price for 2 nights here in a shared room with food and services is more than a week's holiday package to places in the Caribbean.... it may be worth it if what one wants is spa services, lots of food and a country atmosphere. I won't return unless there is a modification on meals so that the price tag makes more sense.

Day spa experience was honestly terrible for the price point. - Lunch service was awful and food quality mediocre when it finally arrived. - Tea time we were completely forgotten about by our server. Came by after 40 minutes to realize we had received nothing. - Massage was completely underwhelming for $144, and my husband and I had very different experiences even though same massage type. Received a courtesy call but it was met with a “thanks for the feedback” canned response. The property is beautiful, but we won’t be back.

Honestly way over priced for what you get! I suggest if you’re looking for a massage and thermal experience, go to Nordik! It’s about half the cost .. The facials were terrible. When we booked they didn’t mention anything about not doing extractions until the day of. $144 plus tax to have them rub cream on your face . Every other spa we’ve been to, does proper facials . My best friend and I went for my birthday getaway. This was the first time we had ever been to st Anne’s. When we arrived we expected there would be somewhere for us to eat . We were told that lunch was full so they couldn’t seat us, but we could get a shuttle down the road to the bakery. When we went to the bakery and called for a shuttle back, they never showed up. We waited 40 minutes and then decided to walk. (Approx 25 minutes) missing our reservation for “tea time”. When we got back and the front desk was apologetic but still wasn’t okay as we confirmed multiple times that they were called. The massages were “okay”. Definitely over priced. Food and serving staff were good! However , when we booked we were told 980 plus taxes for an over night and day spa package . When we got our bill after it was 1580. When calling to confirm why the bill was so high, they told us we shouldn’t have been told 980 and the price was wrong. Honestly , I give it a 2 as it is a beautiful spot and the food was decent . However, if we would have been aware of the cost, we would have went elsewhere . Not worth the $. Unfortunately we won’t be back

What a great and relaxing place! Situated in the nature, this is an excellent place to relax. The staff are friendly and professional. Amenities are great. There is a set of spa pools, eucalyptus steam room, sauna, Yukon pool (for the brave). You can book a massage. Food is good. It is an all inclusive package and you feel well taken care of.

I only gave a 4 star for rooms because we had 2 different rooms. 1 was just spectacular and the other was nice but didn’t feel clean and smelled mildewy. The staff were absolutely incredible. Sharon at front desk went above and beyond for us. We just loved her. We were lucky enough to have Eliza as our waitress both nights. The best waitress anyone could ask for. We loved interacting with her. She was personable and fun and we will miss her. Overall it was one of the best weekends of my life. Everything was perfect. The food, the hot tubs, the treatments, the atmosphere. Everything including the weather. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks Ste Anne’s. We will be back!!

Could not recommend this place enough. From check in to check out, we received the best service, food, and spa treatments. Lots of food options which gave our 3 night stay plenty of variety. The venue itself is magical and calming with the comfiest beds. Aside from the spa itself, the amenities like the hot tub, steam rooms, and board games in the living room made so our stay was never dull. We will certainly be back!

Such a beautiful and serene spot to unplug and unwind. I did a day trip, and I loved the "all inclusive" set up, so you don't have to worry about a single thing during your stay. For full relaxation, I highly recommend you follow their hot-cold protocol...it does wonders!

I seriously can't rave more about this place!! We stayed overnight in a room in the main house and i loved how accessible everything was!! The view was spectacular, everything was so clean, and the food was INCREDIBLE!! We stayed in our robes most of the time, had 2 spa treatments and enjoyed the pools outside. Staff was so friendly, you literally feel like you're at a luxury all-inclusive resort! I've told all my friends about it and i can't wait to return!! Highly recommend, worth every penny!!

This was my first spa experience and it exceeded my expectations. I have heard nothing but good things about Ste. Anne's and it did not disappoint. Fantastic location on a historical farm in Ontario, Canada. Picturesque views with rolling drumlins add to the serenity of the location. Excellent staff that are very helpful and friendly. Skilled therapists that will make you melt beneath their very gifted hands. I had an Indian head massage, hand treatment and canna massage, all of which were fantastic. Top notch cuisine with good variety along with gluten free, dairy free and vegan options, which are all excellent. Rooms are well appointed and offer a very relaxing ambiance. I would definitely return. They have set the bar quite high!

Location is beautiful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My massage with Allan was amazing. Lunch and Tea were both great. Facility was really nice. Would definitely go again and recommend to friends.

I visited Ste. Anne's I think for the 8th or 9th time this weekend, and it's always exactly what I wanted and needed. Every single staff member goes above and beyond with genuine friendliness, the treatments are top notch, the atmosphere has every single little detail thought through, the rooms are made to be so cozy and comfortable and the food experience tops it all off I will continue to go back, especially when I need some time to clear my head

Went to Ste. Anne's for the first time, since they upgraded their pool area. It is a massive improvement. It allows space for much more guests to have a comfortable experience. The new pools with their varying temperatures gives everybody an option that will suit their needs. The food is delicious and the service was great as they worked hard to accommodate the best possible schedule for our meals and treatments.

Wife and I went for our anniversary and we loved every second of it! The food was great, the facilities were awesome, and we left feeling more relaxed than we have in a long time! Definitely got to try an overnight package in the future, but this will definitely be an anniversary tradition for us going forward!

Best place where to spend a romantic and relaxing day (and night) Not too busy, you are surrounded by trees and nature. Perfect for spending some time to meditate and heal from the chaos of the city. Great service from Michael to Ryan. My massage therapist was very attentive and helpful with my treatment. Food was incredible, location weep kept and all staff was kind and friendly. Two things: I wish it was not all gluten free cuz not all pastries or bread were as nice as they were in the past. And I wish they can return that sun room with all those massage chairs.

We stayed in the cottage attached to the doll house, close to the main building. The room was great, fireplace, double rainfall shower, huge bed. The food is next level, so were the massages and pools. The sometimes creepy vibes of the old style of art and architecture adds a certain fun, what with all the ghost stories and all.

Love the original stone house to stay overnight. Afternoon tea is yummy and lovely. The walks thru the forest are wonderful. Food is great, spa treatments and classes are awesome. Whole place is just so calming, relaxing, healthy. Staff and therapists are excellent at their jobs. You won't want to leave.

Pros: the property and facilities were delightful. The food delicious, most of the staff were courteous & warm. I loved my massage with Ian. Everyone working the dining area were lovely (Shout out to the young folk!) - Bring wine and a sense of humour. Take a self-led tour of all the gardens. Those delicious beets you see may end up on your plate at dinner. Eat your beets! (but remember you ate beets ;). We also took full advantage of swimming pool that was still open yay! A highlight. Cons: 2 of 3 of our wellness classes were either cancelled, or time was changed without notifying guests - and no other options :(. Kinda shrugged off at the front desk by the manager :( I suggest you double book your wellness classes because those don't seem to be a priority to management. The one class booked that didn't get cancelled - Reverse the Curve with Sarah - was fab. Our room - The Parlour room was advertised as having a working gas fireplace. It doesn't. Unless you're there in the wintertime when they turn it on apparently. Me and my girlfriend saved all year for this. Mostly worth it. Hope to be back.

The spa is beautiful and the grounds are kept immaculately. 4 stars because some of the staff were not the nicest - it sometimes felt like we were bothering them. We came by the reception later in the evening (just before midnight) and the person as the desk was quite rude about not being able to book classes for us since she was just there for “night audit”. The innkeeper also lingered at our table for breakfast without introducing herself. Otherwise, our massages were great, the baths were wonderful and the eucalyptus steam room was a hit. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable.

Ste., Anne’s Spa is a popular, southern Ontario spa in Grafton. My partner and I decided to stay two nights for a relaxing retreat. Anne’s had a wonderful garden on the property in full bloom. The food was clean and provided in small portions although, could ask for more if still hungry. I would suggest bringing in food if you are staying over night for late night snacking. The amenities were good although, would not go on a busy weekend. Too much. One negative feedback that I have for the spa is that it is not wheelchair accessible whatsoever. This should be reviewed and looked at over the AODA Also the vibes in the spa were a bit off. Many of the clientele seemed very judgmental and uncomfortable during the retreat. Some of these clients did not say thank you after service was provided. The pool was one of the best amenities in the spa. Very relaxing. Although, there was no service at the pool for water to drink. Very understaffed. Should be more staff monitoring the property to maintain silence and relaxation. The front desk did not go over my bill with me before I paid. After reviewing it via email, my partner noted that they made an error on my bill. I then approached front desk and it was no problem to get a refund. Definitely an amazing spa although for the price that you are paying, there may be a more luxurious spot for your holiday.

Spent my birthday, 2 incredible days at the spa. Can’t say enough about how well the staff treated us. Sharon & Kelly @ front desk went above and beyond. Indian head massage treatment with Sarah was heavenly. Food was AMAZING!! Eliza our server made us feel like royalty. Had to change rooms 2nd night as our first choice was booked. Not as nice as our first night, some issues with humidifier left things feeling damp and a bit musty smelling. Overall I would highly recommend. We can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic day spa experience! Facilities were great, the food was even better! All three staff were kind and helpful. Massage was amazing, will definitely do an overnight stay next time! The property was beautiful, really didn't feel like I was in Ontario, and was transported to the English countryside

Had a 5 star stay at Ste. Anne's. We stayed in the Birdsong cabin - Robin room, and it was very comfortable. Note, this is an older building and has a floor unit a/c + stove for heat in the room. There is coffee and tea in the shared kitchen. The room had a small fridge and safe. We found it best to pack a bag for the day & walked to the main inn for our services, hydro therapies, and meals. They offer quick shuttle to the cabin, which we used after dinner. Only a few minutes wait for them to drive you. Our spa services were the best we've ever had. I had the Canna massage. She was an excellent technician who got deep into the muscles. We both had the Indian head massage, and we found ourselves drunk in relaxation after. Sister had the Moor mud treatment and RMT; she raved about those as well. Food & meal service was excellent and relaxed. We worked our way through the extensive offerings, trying multiple meat, vegetarian & vegan offerings; and of course, dessert. The pools are amazing and so relaxing with strong jets to relaxing lazy river. Spent hours cycling through them, including the Yukon plunge. The staff were very nice. At every turn there was someone to help you relax with their pleasant manner. Even though the price is high, we felt we got good value for what we experienced. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

My favorite part is their gluten free bakery/meals. Place is gorgeous with carved for luscious hillsides and pampering galour but service is catered to the 'uppity class'. If they provided an introductory session including tour with lunch and perhaps a 1 hr. dip and relax for attendees at a more minimal cost I might change my mind and take a package!

Visited with a group for one night. Spa services were great and Maria did a great job! Food options were extensive and provided many alternatives for those with dietary restrictions. Being pescatarian, I was provided many healthy and delicious food options! Rooms were okay. We stayed at the cottage and also had the private chef one night. Food was good. Rooms could use some updating. We found two cockroaches in toilet, granted it is a cottage in the outdoors so no shock. Customer service was great and pools were very enjoyable. Changing rooms were also very clean and made it easy to get dressed. I was also able to book off a board room for a meeting and staff was able to accommodate quickly. Overall, great place to visit even for just a day trip!

We had an absolutely delightful stay here. The service is outstanding - the staff’s attention to detail and willingness to accommodate is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The beautiful historic building is full of cozy nooks and comfy sofas, and a lovely bright dining room with a view of the lake. The food is fantastic, and they have done an amazing job of accommodating dietary needs and restrictions. Our room in Haldimand cottage was very nicely equipped, although we hardly spent any time there, between hanging out in the thermal baths, our spa treatments, and the dining room! Their system of creating an itinerary with scheduled treatments and meals takes away any decision fatigue, and creates a supremely relaxing environment all around.

Beautiful spa with very friendly staff and gorgeous accommodations. Very relaxing, i fully enjoyed the tubs and facial I booked. I loved the skincare products so much i bought some and will continue to order them online. Only thing i would change is perhaps some lighter options for lunch. There's a good amount of food offered at each meal and maybe light soup/salad would be a nice option for a lunch meal. Also i found the dining room rather cold but it is a historic building so that might not be something they can control. Dinner was incredible, had the gnocchi and loved it. Shout to Sheldon who was a joy to talk to even in the early mornings when I'm not at my best lol. The price isn't cheap but it does include 4 meals, overnight stay, some classes throughout the day and use of the facilities, when you factor all that in it's not too bad at all. Hoping to go back in the summer.
