Very peaceful, lavish green, lovely trail for a quick gateway from Cobourg. The only concern could be, hardly any other group to accompany you and no signs to get you back to where you started. That kind of made us a bit worried as we were just a small family of 3 and didn't have any safety equipments in case beavers pop out. Luckily there was no mishap. Just that It took us around the hr or so to complete it after we lost track of how to get back. Loved and enjoyed the chirps, and colorful varieties of blossoms too. So meditating. Overall, all 3 of us loved the trail due to its serene, relaxing, lovely lush greens, isolated from all the city hassles.

An awesome walk through a beautiful sanctuary and Mother Nature at her finest. There were strategically placed benches scattered throughout my journey to stop and take it all in. It's a pleasant few hours of peacecul exercise, that feels like you've got the place to yourself. Lots of photographic opportunities to be had, in, on and all around this beautiful landscape, with a pebbly beach on the shore of Lake Ontario. I loved it! 👍😎

A very nice place to visit. The beach is rocky and beautiful. The Marsh is not too big, but some surprises of different birds.

Great place to take kids to burn off energy. Best to go earlier in the spring before the red ants arrive.
