Feel quite pricey for the food with such standard. Doesn't worth it. Nasi lemak with very small two pieces fried chicken cost rm20. Can have better meal other place.

Kids menu is so pathetic. You bring in kids so you can order Menu Rahmah (Nasi Lemak) but at time of ordering the rude service person inform that you can't order Menu Rahmah till 3 pm. How come?? There is no indication or information about it in the store or anywhere. So you have order normal Nasi Lemak with chicken for which they charge RM 23!!! Also after order, they need you to get up, go to cash counter and pay first!!! As if family with kids will run away without paying post eating? So strange and so rude!!!

A good place to hang out with your friends or colleagues. The place is beside of Metrasquare Hotel or Ames Hotel. ❤️

Pan mee took so long to cook but turned out uncooked. Service is bad, told the waiter food is not here, he replied "ya belum" then walked away. 🤣 and didn't know old town is so expensive now. Rm23.90 for nasi lemak ayam rendang

Why advertise Rahmah food when you only serve before 10am or after 3pm??? Its only for gimmicky, right? One reason to go there was Rahmah food for kids as otherwise all food is expensive or super expensive. Reached this outlet at 2:50 pm and inquired about Rahman food at 2:54 pm We were told that Rahmah food order to be taken only after 3pm and that too pretty rudely by lady who seems to be head of service staff. Her body language and gesture suggested that you are unwelcome in this place if you want to order Rahmah food. Lately, we been ordering Rahmah food for our kids as that is the best option cost wise and their liking wise. We also order 2 main expensive course for 2 adults and few side dishes But with such rude service staff who actually make you feel unwelcome, not only did we leave the place in a jiffy but made a decision to not visit this particular outlet in future. And we have been one of the regulars at this place for past 6 months As for Rahmah food, none of their posters or big size banners mention that it will be served only before 10am or after 3pm!! One need not wonder, why? Answer is simple- it's just a marketing gimmick, and you are not welcome unless you order one of their regular RM20+ dish on each person and spend another RM 8-10 on each drink.

I had a bad experience, i had my dinner here last night, few hours after that i got stomach pain and diarrhea maybe food preparation was not hygiene. Next day afternoon i received sms notified my credit card was charged USD1739.0, I immediately call bank centre and block my credit card. Most probably scan menu and pay using credit card in the restaurant was the reason. So be careful guys.

Food quality is maintained as per all old town. Food is yummy as usual. Staffs are friendly,service is good. Many tables and spacious.

no telco signal inside.. fully dependant on the cafe wifi.. also, no sinks outside if u want to wash up.. sinks only in toilet and when its occupied, u have to wait unnecessarily.. they wouldn't even let u go to the kitchen to wash hands and asks to wait until somebody finished their business in the toilet.. no biggie, but simple things goes a long way.. the food is as expected of any oldtown outlet.. just the new menu for supposed "vegan menu" replacing good old meat..why? if u want to add a vegan menu, by all means..but why replace the meat/chicken? offer both! my kids wants a chicken nugget, not a chicken flavored tofu nugget..and if its tofu, what makes it equally priced with the original? really? with that, its not really a child friendly place..no reachable sinks, no real chicken nugget.. pls reconsider..otherwise it really is a good place for family dining..

Always good service & food. Also, it was Fast, efficient, tasty with accessible parking to boot !

The food was mediocre and delivery slow. I suppose they have a shortage of staff. Nevertheless the price was high and not of the quality that the price deserves.

Foods... Really out of spec. Service, staff need improvement on their service and attitude. not enough staff, and slow service in morning breakfast time.

Maybe its me or maybe it wasn't the right time. I just feel that there's something lacking here compared to the other Old Town cafes. Was it the surrounding? Was it the staffs? Be there to justify.

Great place to meet up with friends. Have a lot of parking space. A bit crowded during weekdays lunchbreak. Delicious coffee.

Love it. I'm confident to say that I'm a regular customer there. Would go there every month. The food quality was so much better than from the branch in Cheng, Melaka. Whoever goes there often too, i would suggest them to have the wantan noodles with bbq chicken.. and order garlic bread cuz when you are done eating noodles.. dip the garlic in the wantan noodle soup. Its a VERY GOOD combination. The cleanliness is okay. I gave five stars cuz of the food quality. I recommend the rich chocolate drink too. Not sure about the toilet cuz i've never been gone to one.

I think overall is good here except for the taste of their food. Its quite different from the other OldTown like the soup quite blant but the service was super great. Staff are very nice and friendly :)

although they ran out of rice dishes by 8.30pm, the staff were very hardworking even though looked tired. kids meal macaroni was good, my picky son ate it clean

Deplorable service!! I went here because I happened to be staying at the Hotel MetraSquatre, arrived late in the day and I was hungry. Not only was I kept waiting for 20 minutes for a simple order of egg toasted sandwich and iced white coffee (take away), it was being prepared in an UNHYGIENIC way! From where I was sitting and waiting, I can see the ?Bangladeshi worker wearing face mask but pulled down, NOT WEARING GLOVES while making my sandwich! I mean, SERIOUSLY?! I went up there and demanded that he re-make my sandwich while wearing gloves and mask. Had they refuse, I would've demanded my money back and gotten out. To the MANAGER of this particular outlet: kindly ensure your workers (foreign or otherwise) are PROPERLY TRAINED to prepare food, hygienically.
