If I remembered correctly, this eatery went viral so I had to check it out myself. To my surprise, the food we ordered tasted good. The pasta was well seasoned, tangy and spicy while the chicken was tender and juicy. I do think the food and beverages are appropriately priced if not slightly higher than the average eatery around here. However, this cafe fails in service as they cannot cater to a sudden increase of customers during the election day. Upon arriving, we were told by the counter staff that we should take a seat first because it would be a table service. We were never approached by the waiters even when we raised up our hands multiple of times. In the end, I took the menu myself, and ordered at the counter. An advice to the cafe owners: if you don't have the number of staffs required to serve a busy day, you should turn down some customers rather than provide them a sub par service. It's not good to overworked your staffs as I could see them running here and there. Prioritise quality over quantity.

Love the food here, tasty, with the right balance of taste, presentation, and texture. Good service, with a nice ambience. A bit pricey for Alor Setar but worth the price. We tried single-origin chocolate drinks this time, and it is an experience!!!

The environment was nice especially the deco. Parking was hard to find. We loved the chocolate drinks. The coffee was average. Pasta and the soup were acceptable. However the pita bread with minced beef didn’t taste good. The price was a little expensive for an average quality food and coffee. We are very disappointed with the poor service; food came late, we got the wrong order, poor communication between the waiters and waiter was not familiar with the menu.

Great architecture and interior designer concept. Kudos to designer/contractor and i believe the owner is doing construction or developer. Superb!! Spacious and can spend whole day doing work over here. Good Aglio, but their croissant not fresh during my visit, very hard after reheat.

A rather unique cafe than most in Alor Setar although a bit on the pricey side. However it's worth a visit to celebrate a special occasion or to just grab a dinner or coffee session. The food portion is plenty for a single person. The ambience and decorations are minimalist but definitely very instagrammable. The food tasted good as well and are well made. The best thing is that this place isn't crowded, at least during my visit that is.

Impressed with the food. The taste very good and the western food style are totally out from classic menu which quite bored. They bring Alor Star to another level for Western food reataurant. Kudos guy

The ambiance and service was great 👍 Creme of Broccoli - kinda salty but the presentation and portion are good. Sourdough Margarita Pizza - ok laaaaa. Kena tunggu agak lama 25-30 minutes siap masak even thou dlm cafe cuma ada 2 groups of customers. Chicken Salad - the ingredients were fresh. The taste is good for a salad. It is accessible for wheelchair customers as there is an elevator provided. There are various choices of payment methods so you can choose either to use cash or cashless.

There's a nice selection of food to try, although I feel like it should be more. The pastries were limited in choice, and there were about three types of cake in store. The ambience is something new. Very industrial and natural light aplenty. As for the food, it was nice. The chicken were a little bit dry though. Service time was a little bit longer than expected.

Industrial theme cafe and stunning place. This is our second time visit he cafe because the last time we just had their coffee. The food is amazing especially the pizza so good 🫶 the aroma and the taste tip top. The chicken grill lil bit salty but the mashed potato balance the taste. I recommend to try their meat something pizza coz I couldn’t remember the name. Btw you can locate the cafe easily and instructions all clear to second floor. You enter the cafe and find yourself sitting at any tables available and order using qr code at the table. You can order pastries at the counter.

Friendly service staff and overall nice ambience. They have quite a number of viennoiseries when we arrived. Bought some items to go. Iced latte was ok. A little bit too acidic for me. The chocolate cake stood out. It was moist and wasn’t too sweet. Pretty moreish actually.

Cafe is on the second floor of the Imperior. The time I came the elevator was out of use rosak. Might not suitable for OKU and old folks. Minus point, QR menu. For me it is fine, thinking about those not so tech savvy. Loved the ambience tho, the deco very the aesthetic for the gram. The price is a bit pricey la. Tried the pesto pasta is okay but not extraordinary. I love the iced chocolate! Very thick rich chocolatey (minus point is the portion — small glass). Tried the carrot cake as well. For me it is too crumbley… not to my liking but the taste is good and well balanced with the cream cheese sweetness. Overall 4 stars ⭐️

Waiter service is very bad. Is there no any worker can give a good service experience. The boss of this shop don't how to manage worker. Very bad. Useless worker. I couldn’t get a glass of water with the waiter for 20 minutes. Three people are working on simple things and they can’t do it well. The existing bread is only baked and delivered to the customer for half an hour. It’s too sad. Service waiter performance is terrible. Stupid waiter.

Love the vibe and atmosphere as well as the interior design of the cafe. Pastries taste mediocre. Price range a bit on expensive side. However, a good place to hang out or to have a cafe date.

Dine in for late lunch with 6 adults. We ordered each one of us a set of meals comprising of pesto carbonara, pello alla creamo, buttermilk chicken rice, and meatball bolognese (note that the names may be different as I can’t recall them well). Their tastes were average except for pello alla creamo which was exceptionally good. The buttermilk chicken rice was a bit salty. Having it with butter rice was not complementary as it didn’t match well. Anyway, it was delivered a bit late which we hoped the cafe can improve in the future 😅 Ambience-wise, the place deserves a good thumbs up. Love the decor and simple music. Cosy maybe if you choose the right seats. Ours were directly under the aircond vent so twas a bit of extra cold.

We used google maps to come here. When arrived, we couldn't see the cafe and need to round the block to see that it is situated at the corner. We came here for a drink. I drank matcha latte & my husband drank mocha. The drinks taste okay (nothing extra). Not too crowded, so the ambience was to go for.

Had carrot cake and cinnamon roll. Carrot cake was a bit over dense for me. Ice chocolate was good. Heard their lamb is amazing, yet to try. Ambience and atmosphere tho, amazing!

Went there cos' saw this influencer reviewed this cafe before So manage to dine in. Ordered Chicken Cacciatore and Latte. Ordered via mobile phone, scanned the barcode then chose menu then paid online. That's very efficient but the chicken menu came to my table a bit longer. The latte came first. Anyhow the food was freshly cooked as it was hot when it arrived. The chicken menu was tasty but a bit oily (if refers to the picture attached). Bought cinnamon rolls for take aways. So been there done that.. before flying off home to Turkiye. The staffs... Cute little boys 🤭 very polite and sweet😁.

Decor of the place was one of its kind, compared to most cafes in Alor Setar. The youngsters would find it IG worthy. Food portion is great, but taste wise - it was average. Many of the food in the menu was not being served. We did not ask why. The letter S was missing from one of the glasses. If the server is particular, they would choose another glass 😬
