The beds are so uncomfortable, One of the doors that divide a double room, do not have a lock, so the door stays open all the time. The water pressure on the showers is low. There are lots of mosquitoes in the rooms. The only person that was extremely nice to us, was the housekeeper, she went above and beyond, trying to accommodate our needs.
