What a wonderful time we had in Havana and Cuba! This is also because of Yanina and Tito, the owner of this place. The Hostal Malaga Habana was our first accomodation in Cuba. When we arrived at the airport, Tito picked us up with his beautiful Oldtimer. We absolutely enjoyed our first ride in a cuban Oldtimer. :) Our room was nice and totally clean. Another highlight was the breakfast on the rooftop terrace, where we had a great view over Havana. Before we explored Havana, Yanina gave us a map and marked the spots she recomended to see. Thanks to that we had a wonderful time in Havana and didn‘t get lost. ;) But Yaninas support didn‘t end here. She also helped us to organize our whole trip through Cuba. She made reservations for us in other accomodations and organized our transportation with collectivos. When we needed help, we could always count on Yanina. Thank you very much Yanina and Tito, we are so grateful!

Best place to stay if you're in Habana (I stayed there for 6 nights (5 nights after just arriving to Habana and 1 night before flying home) at the beginning of February 2019). Yanina and Tito are very friendly and easy-going people - best hosts you can wish for. Yanina can also recommend the best places to visit as a tourist or where to eat in Habana. Personnel can attend to your every need (round the clock transfer from and to airport, laundry, etc.). Breakfasts are served on a roof terrace where you can also take a look to the neighbourhood (Tobacco Museum, Masonic Museum, etc.). Rooms are spacious and very clean. This hostel also has a good quality wifi that is not common in Cuba (ask Yanina for a password).

We stayed 2 nights here at the beginning of October. Our hosts Yanina and Tito were very kind from the begginning. We just met Tito once but Yanina was always there and made all the extra miles to make our stay the best. She was very helpful, on the first morning she sat down with us to discuss our plans and suggested some tips. We really enjoyed our stay in Havana.

Great place to stay in Havana and also to start and end trip to Cuba. Spotless clean spacious rooms with air condition and all facilities. Very nice breakfast is served on open roof terrace with city view. Yanina is excellent host and she helped us even before our trip started, arranging airport pick service and giving various advice for the whole trip. Once there, she gave us tips for sightseeing Havana and also for our tour around Cuba. Our next trip to Cuba will also definitely start and stop here.

My friend and I had a great stay at Hostal Malaga Habana both at the beginning and end of our trip to Cuba. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, all the staff were very friendly. Yanina was an excellent host giving fantastic travel tips on where to visit locally in Havana. She also provided a great airport pick up and drop service. Yanina was incredibly helpful in helping us organise our travel across Cuba by arranging all of our collective taxi's and was always very accessible if we had any problems or queries. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay!

My mother and I stayed 4 nights in this great casa. I would like to thank Yanina, Tito and the two other persons I met during my holidays for their wonderful welcome. They are excellent and very open-minded hosts. From the moment I booked my travel, Yanina was very helpful and replied quickly to my many questions. She also organized a taxi to pick up my mother at the airport and also another transportation from La Habana to Varadero. The casa and the room are very comfortable and clean. Every morning, the tasty breakfast was served on the Rooftop (coffee, fresh juice, fresh fruits, bread, omelette, honey, ham). As we had an early excursion, they also prepared us an early and delicious breakfast. Thanks again Yanina for your patience to help me to improve my Spanish! Marion Y.

After staying in a few casas in Cuba Hotal Malaga Habana was by far the cleanest.Its a hidden gem in Central Habana just up the road from the Romeo y Julieta factory which is great if you are planning on buying some good cigars and rum! The breakfast is served on rooftop terrace which has a stunning view of city.There is also a very good restaurant just walking distance from the casa. Yanina and Tito were such great hosts! They made us feel super welcome and gave the best tips/advice for things to do as well as places to eat in Habana.They even offered a helping hand when my husband fell ill and for that we were extremely grateful. Hostal Malaga Habana is definitely worth a visit! An excellent casa in Habana!

Our 2-week trip in Cuba started and also ended up at this place as we were so satisfied with: -The most clean room among what we have seen in Cuba and we have been to 5*hotel too :) -Tasty breakfast served at beatiful terrace -Pick up from and to the airport Yanina and Tito (owners) are very nice people,we felt very welcome and they helped us a lot with organizing our daily trips in Havana and they were even helping us via chat during our travel in Cuba. We could not miss a chance to stay with them our last night in Cuba. :)

Very Nice Hostal! Located perfectly in the middle of Havanna. Havanna Vieja is just a 10 min walk away. The House and the rooms are very new. The family of Yanina is very nice and helpful. The terrace where you will have breakfast is amazing. The rooms have everything you need: A/c, fridge with drinks, a TV and a new bathroom. We would really recommend this Hostal for a beautiful stay in La Havanna.
