Really kind and smiley people who are running the place. We only had a beer but the food looked great as well! Seating is fantastic and very comfortable

Great location and fair prices. Very comfy bed and proper bathroom with a good working heating but not properly clean inside - there were stranger hair in the room. The service was pretty bad though, a man who show us the rooms was very friendly but the woman in the restaurant could have skipped the unnecessary eyerolling when we asked about the particular ingredients in the dishes as us is it important what we put in our bodies. There was basically nothing left for the breakfast at 9:20am and when we asked if they have something more vegetarian for the bread we were totally ignored, with the eyerolling again. There were two dead dry cheese pieces left. Ridiculous at its finest. We were not expecting a full rich vegan breakfast in the middle of Switzerland but the attitude, seriously?

Astonishing food, astonishing views! Go there after a boat trip from Lucerne. It's worth the spectacular ride with one of the steepest cable cars of Switzerland...

We visited here in September 2019 and it was a wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel and the hotel owners were brilliant hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Very cozy hotel conviently located by the gondola and a good starting point for hikes and snowshoeing. Gaby and staff were super nice and friendly which made the stay very enjoyable. The room was comfy and spotless, and the restaurant has a great menu and quality of food is super. Not to mention the magnificent views from the room, the restaurant and the terrace. Cannot recommend more! Merci Gaby and team !

Wonderful owners and staff! Great food and awesome views. The gondola runs a very strict time schedule. Just fyi if you are leaving before 8 am be sure to checkout the night before somehow. Due to my ignorance I booked travel to Italy leaving at 0815 at the train station and couldn't checkout at 0700 when we needed to take the gondola down. We left money in an envelope with a note.🤦 Please don't do this. One of the owners is a very nice lady named Gaby and we feel terrible.

Your staff is so friendly and helpful. They even let me use WC on ground floor. The food was absolutely delicious and what a gorgeous view! Will definitely come back, now that I live in Flüelen. I appreciated the blankets on the benches/chairs in case it got cool. Thank you for making our day so special 💕
