Ryan who served us was fantastic! From the moment we walked into the store, up until when we left with two new pairs of sunglasses, Ryan was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and above all patient. Thank you!

Visited this store today, talked to a customer advisor as I was looking for a specific size and frames but it seems like she was in hurry while replying my questions. Also she told me they don’t have all the sizes to try on. Strange service!

Fairly unsatisfied with the way things were dealt with, firstly we felt like we were being hounded and followed around the store, upon finding a pair of glasses I liked, the show ones were the only ones left in store, after asking if they would discount them after knowing a good amount of people would have tried them on the young man serving use might aswell had of judged us with the way he looked at us after asking the question. Annoyingly he only offered to clean them without any discount. Considering they where a good amount of money we walked away empty handed.

I can’t fault the staff at the main Trafford centre branch (not selfridges/John Lewis) they were so very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends, the discounts made it worth while too.
