You know what to expect at these places. But every now and again you get that one member of staff who goes out there way to make your day better. And that's what I got here. But I must say. Good food, usual great range of drinks. And still at reasonable prices which is needed at this current time.

Newer Spoons at the Trafford Centre, cheaper than anywhere in the centre so it gets my vote! All the usual Spoons offerings, decent food and beer at a decent price. Service was good so no complaints!

This was a fantastic pub to visit, having a glorious design persisting on the walls, ceiling and counter! The lights and the silver design at the counter are beautiful too, where a marvellous dark layout is utilized. I sat at a comfortable seat next to artwork frames, enjoying a refreshing drink after quick service and the area was clean!

Food was hot inexpensive and arrived quickly as you would expect, the only downside was the cleanliness of the tables. There was not a clean table! We choose one that was free from pots and asked the waitress to clean it we want to get our drinks when we got back the table was still sticky and had tomato sauce dried on it asked again when the meals came but she didn't return, so we spread napkins on the table.

Always freezing so bring a coat. Nice decor but to many flys to sit and dry land on your head while you eat dinner

The service was poor waited and waited for them to come to the table so we could order. As I wanted to request to swap an item on the menu which can not be done on the app. After 15 mins I went to the bar to try and order and was told by the male manager in the checked shirt that you can only use the app at our table. I then said I wanted to swap the ham on the egg Benedict for hash browns and was frowned up on and said they can not do that. I said that's what we always get at the Eccles branch. He then said every kitchen is different. A young lady then said she will ask the chef if it possible to do so. She came back and said yes this time only they can! Should of just gone Some where else very off putting. The poached eggs were pretty much hard boiled. I think it's fair to say we definitely won't be going there again. Manager abnoxious & and did not care about the customer at all. Thanks but no thanks.

Not a cheap day out. But with JDW, you already know what you will be getting. I had 12 pieces of chips with my meal. Having a real fire brought character to the pub.

I prefer to drive or walk over to this branch than eat/drink in the Mardi Gras within the Trafford Centre. This branch never feels overcrowded even near Christmas or on sunny summer weekends.

Sat outside with my dog but apparently this is against company policy. Blonde haired woman with glasses comes out with a scowl on her face and very rudely says no dogs allowed even seated outside. Very bad attitude from her which was uncalled for. Very odd to not let dogs sit outside.

Walked in here , no one to say hello or greet you so sat anywhere. Tried to order via app but didn't work. Food server had no good customer service skills. Dropped the food and then scarpered after I politely asked to get more sauces / condiments. Food was really good but the whole experience in all was doom and gloom. Please polish up as it wasn't very welcoming.

Visited here with 4 adults for breakfast prior to them flying abroad. 4 of the party really enjoyed the items on the breakfast menu, & the unlimited tea/coffee offer once you paid for the first one. However, criticisms were that the food & drinks - all coffees - were warm, rather than hot, & that the portions were very small, & over cooked. Other than that, the place & its loos was very clean, free ample parking & nice, quiet atmosphere.

The pub itself has a nice atmosphere, but the food was really shocking. I know it’s cheap but even so. I had the Tennessee burger and both burgers were over done and dry as a bone. Luckily the Jack Daniels sauce added some flavour. My partner went for the 3 light bites and had the “halloumi” style fries, chicken wings and the garlic bread. The wings were all dry and the garlic bread was basically a fajita wrap that was dried out that much it was like a cracker.

Been here a few times since lockdown measures allowed outdoor spaces to open. Service has always been excellent, ordered via app. Food and drink came out quickly. Seated within 5 minutes of waiting.

Usual great spoons value. Quiet Sunday early evening so service was quick. New smoky vegan chilli was a hit for my wife, old reliable ham and eggs for me. There is outside seating if you fancy it and it's only one flight of stairs to the loo's !

This was the first time we have ever been here and unfortunately wouldn't recommend. We always expect Weatherspoons to be hit and miss and this one was a miss. Food on the floor, dirty drinks glasses, used condiments back in with unused. The food was terrible too. I got gourmet sirloin medium-well done and I almost broke my teeth on it, lots of fat on it too. My partner got the mixed grill and his steak knife wouldn't even cut through the steak. He also had a few black chips. However, my son had the halloumi burger and really enjoyed it! The staff were really nice too. I asked could our table be cleared and the lady was straight on it and back with a cloth to give it a wipe over.

Absolutely annoyed I am! Came with my family for food. Went to the bar there was a lad serving a family and taking a while. I was stood away waiting. Then the girl that was serving to the left of me doing orders continued to chat to a kitchen person and finished orders. At least 4 times she ignored me and even smiled at me. Next to men came to the bar and she talked to them and served them. That was so rude!!! Then the lad told her I was waiting and to serve me. How rude can a person be! Nice enough when bothering to serve me but absolutely no manners at all. She knew she was ignoring me! Also food pretty rubbish don’t bother !!

Stayed in the Travrlodge, had a couple of "Freedom" breakfasts, gluten-free. Tasty and good value. Had an evening meal there,gluten-free again . The food was good and very reasonably priced.. Bar was clean, toilets excellent and friendly staff. If I'm in the neighbour again, I'll definitely visit it again.

The best weatherspoons in the area. Great atmosphere, nicely presented and in the prefect location. All round 5 stars from me

So today I went in and sat down for 15 mins to decide what food to get ,after making a decision I went up to the bar to order, standing there for around 3-5 mins not even acknowledged by the man behind the counter not even a polite hello or sorry won't be a min .as I looked round I made I contact with one of the female staff and she slowly walks over with tje grumpiest looking face not even a slight smile,I then asked I'd like to order food and the reply I got was "there's a kitchen malfunction were not serving food " not an apology or a smile or nothing, I didn't get the women's name other wise I'd mention it . Now all the menus were still on the tables and no signage to state that they were not serving food ,staff members seen us walk in and didn't think to mention to incoming customers they weren't serving food. Also the table was grubby and dirty ,also a piece of trodden on food was on the carpet ,now I'd understand this if they were run of there feet but seemed some of the staff were just having a chat . I understand this is a weatherspoons and not the most glamorous place but today was ridiculous . I've been here on numerous occasions but I think this is the last straw . I'm not one to leave review but this had to be done .

Absolutely shocking. Went in for food, ordered at 10:45 at the bar. The server didn’t say what time they close or gave us a heads up. Food came at 11:15 n the person told us we had to hurry up. At 11:25 he asked us to leave when I was still eating. Disgusting service.

Food was quick, tasty and just what we needed. Only grumble on the food side of things, maybe a side garnish on the burgers. Also, as a waitress myself I want to see the staff smile a bit more not slumping whilst walking and wanting to be there. Cocktails were amazing.

Wow. I'm blew away! The food, the service, the atmosphere! Just wow!! I would highly recommend the 11" pizza. The best dessert is the cookie crumble. Its vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and pieces of cookies! The cool thing is, you're right next to city airport in Barton so you can see lots of planes. I am interested in planes right now so I love to visit 🤣🤣

Normally a Wetherspoons is a little rough round the edges, cheap and cheerful and expectations are fairly low, but this one was quite impressive! We did visit quite early on in the day, but it was spotlessly clean and tidy. The breakfast was hot and tasty and service was very friendly.

Staff friendly, reasonably priced. The food is lovely, never had a ad meal. The restaurant is clean and tidy and condiments readily available.

Don't know what's happened this pub used to be fine. Today sticky table, chips were mushy, coffee tasted like the machine needed a good clean and the beer tasted like there was mould in the pipes. The staff are nice just a shame about everything else.

Went for breakfast and chose the traditional breakfast. Just the right size, anymore and I could have been asleep again. Only downside but was OK for me is that the bacon and additional black pudding was very well done but I do like it like that, others may not.

Nice large pub - had an IPA on for 99p when I visited. Prompt service of food, well maintained bar, nice and clean, friendly staff, toilets are upstairs and well maintained. Not exactly a character filled building as it is new but decent enough. Walkable to Sale RFC although across rough ground.

You get what you pay for. Corner cafe standards for food and cleanliness is not the best, but not the worst I've seen either. Quite a noisy place, possibly due to the hum of the motorway and ski place next door? Quick service, good portions

Quick and simple service, wetherspoon app had a few issues knowing what was in stock so ordered at the counter. Food was cooked to a higher standard than our usual wetherspoon in westhoughton so it was much better experience all round. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Pleasant modern decor & a quiet location, with outdoor seating. One of the better J D Wetherspoon's I've visited in some time. Food & service was excellent. Definitely recommend if in the area.

I understand it's a busy pub. But it's hard to get a smile from the floor staff or help. The manager or assistant manager where lovely and helpful after I complained about the lengthy wait time. The establishment itself. The food is always good and above normal standards for a weatherspoons, it's doesn't come out fast or slow, So 5* to the kitchen staff👩‍🍳 The drinks are on point, The building and layout is nice I like it and the toilets are clean and fresh. For me it's just the staff that are frosty faced. I go every weekend and it's the same. Possibly it's Just me 🤷🏔️🏂❄️🍻🥩

If you've been to one spoons this is much the same as every other! Same crazy carpet, burgers and free refills. They have disposal menus and also sauce in sachets. The menu seemed a little limited but I think it's due to Covid. Food arrived fast after we had ordered!

Good place to hang out, depends on the moments, during busy hours long waiting for your drinks and food. You can order online on Weatherspooons app and wait at your table. Sitting in and out. Mostly staff is friendly, some times you get also rude staff depends how much they are under pressure.

All day breakfast is now brunch and as with the times it is missing a few things such as hash browns. Still good food and so cheap. Great service too

Quite nice inside. Large outdoor area next to a busy road with views of the motorway and rats scurrying about. Attracts the usual Wetherspoons crowd.

The food was delivered within 15 minutes of ordering but I was given no Tennessee sauce and the Waiter dropped my wife's food, he apologised and took it back to the kitchen . My sauce was replaced. 15 minutes later the waiter returned with my wife's food but, it was cold. He apologised again and took her food away again. He returned 10 minutes later, third time lucky but, me and my son had finished our food. Terrible service for mediocre food. We will change to another Weatherspoons next time.
