Exceptional service from this Nando's manager (Morgan)! She noticed that I was struggling with ordering on the app. She approached me and offered assistance. I said I would try some more, but eventually gave up. (A problem with my card.) I went up to the desk to order - it was just before closing and they were very busy. Noticing me in the que, she asked if she could help. I said it would be great, but my card was not working. She invited me to a separate desk and quickly took my order. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was perfect. Well done manager and thank you for coming to my aid. Keep up the good work.

Visited 20/03/2022, as Trafford centre shops open at Midday but Nando’s opens from 11.30am on a Sunday went for a bite before going round the shops. Great service from the start with a 3 queue system for either 2 people or less / 3 to 4 people / 5 people+ and we were only 2nd in the 3 to 4 queue so seated quickly and guided to table, agreed on buying the family platter and 3 bottomless refill drinks, once ordered (only two till points so big queue to wait, with manager types stood watching and not supporting their staff) the lovely lady at till took the order quickly and efficiently and food was delivered to the table not too long after. A good place to get some tasty food with wide range of accompaniments / sauces to adjust for your personal taste i.e one of the chickens can be one flavour, lemon n herb and the other as mango 👌🏽 (again alternate to your preference). If your worries about cost of travel and distance to Trafford centre then if you aren’t already aware the Metrolink tram system goes to the centre. Worth going back to and well done service team for the great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got the hummus starter - came with a cute little bottle of peri peri drizzle (not that spicy at all) and 2 mini nan breads. Really light and enjoyed. Sharing platter, opted for Medium as I just want to enjoy the chicken flavour. Nandos has the best grilled chicken hands down, always been succulent, juicy, and incredibly flavoursome. The chips are also perfectly crispy and so fluffy inside - just perfect. Mash was good too but needed a little more seasoning and butter for sure. Unfortunately the garlic bread was horrendous, really tough and was burnt a little. Did not enjoy at all - maybe because it was so busy (as always) but ideally should always have chefs who work well under pressure. Got the choc a lot cake which is one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve ever had!!! The cheesecake too - its soooo good. Surprised how good the desserts were. Along with 2 bottomless drinks. Came to £46.90 I’ll always come here when i visit trafford centre.

23 years of living life... my very good friend took me here for the first time ever.. and I was impressed with the food quality 👌🏾😋 as well as the customer service. Was absolutely quality.. people have told me that it's overrated however they haven't experienced nandos like this one. One of the best. And definitely recommend. Will be visiting again soon.

People were so nice and helpful, got a table straight away and food was tasty. Only one thing I would change is, that I would not get the pineapple in the wrap as it made it a tiny bit watery but really enjoy the new bbq sauce 😋 would recommend the new sauce.

Dining in meal. Service and atmosphere a ten out of ten. Food arrived very quick, didn’t have to wait too long. The food was beautiful, even got an extra piece of chicken, can’t complain. Will come again, keep up the good work guys. Well done :)

I order butterfly burgers and chicken, food tastes good and well cooked. Burger bread is not for weak teeth people. Portion size is poor. Not good value of money. I guess people are just waiting long in queue for atmosphere to sit on those fancy pods.

What a dissapointing visit. Food was drab and boring. I had lukewarm chips, and the slaw was dry and tasteless. The table next to ours was used by the staff as a dumping ground to clear other tables. Therfore it was never clear. The toilets were a mess with dirty nappies on the floor. Wet floors and no loo roll. I will not be returning in a hurry if ever!!!

Summary: Had such an amazing time here. The service was lovely, the atmosphere was good and the food was yummy. Given that this is a place loved by alot of people, there was a long wait line to get in but they managed it properly and made sure to seat waiting patrons immediately an availability suitable to the number of people became present. Definitely recommended for anyone in Manchester especially if you're at the Trafford Centre to shop or a family time out. Did I mention that the staff were so polite and welcoming. This is my go to place when we visit the Trafford Centre in Manchester. Always long queues approx 45mins but tye food is normally amazing. The staff here are some of the best l have encountered at any branch of Nando's. If there is ever an issue with the food they rectify it promptly. I have used this branch over the past decade. I love the array of sauces and the aroma of the chicken is divine. Toilets could be better but not that bad. Some people lecce rubbish and nappies on the floor which is gross. I would recommend this establishment to others as although it isn't cheap it is lovely if you like grilled chicken. I absolutely 💯 ♥️ love the wild herb sauce.

It's awesome. Service is very great and it's really appreciated that the server ask customers if they knew how to order. Very friendly. Food is really good! Got a nice range of spiciness for people and the chicken is really tender with a nice char. The chips are really crispy too. It's nice! And there really is flavour in their food.

Perfect service. Nice, quiet friendly atmosphere and delicious food. We got the Family Platter which cost £44.95 - this included 2 whole chickens and 5 large sides. It was perfect for the 4 of us and still had some left over to take home.

First Nando’s I’ve ever been to and have been going for over a decade. Standard Nando’s but huge seating area. Due to the location quite busy. My favourite place to get food in Trafford Centre My tip is to ask for peri-flamer spice level (medium/hot mixed with BBQ tamarind)

I attended Nando’s in Trafford Centre on 21/06/22 with my Mrs arrived around 17:30 we were greeted straight away and given a table and advised on how to order 2 methods, first is via QR Code and signing up to Nando ordering system (I admit I did have a look and it wasn’t that bad to complete an order) second is to take the menu to one of the tills and order face to face (showing my age but this is my preferred method even though I am techy person). The place from outside didn’t look busy but once we were inside, I would say it was ¾ full we had a look at the menu took us about 5-7 minutes to decide what to eat. We ordered: Fino Pitta (Lemon & Herb) with 2 sides: Regular Peri Chips Regular Rice Sunset Burger (Lemon & Herb) with 2 sides Regular Peri Chips Regular Garlic Bread 1 x Bottled Water 1 x Diet Coke (Bottomless) Total = £31.65 I was contemplating a starter such as Houmous with PERi-PERi Drizzle, personally I should of got it or I should of order something bigger as my meal (Sunset burger was smaller than anticipated) another small criticism my Mrs stated was on her Fino Pitta most of the sauce was on one side of the Pitta so by the time she ate chicken there was remaining Pitta with loads of sauce which she left, food took around 10-15 minutes to arrive and we already got the sauces and cutlery (as it is self service) no complaints on the service the food was nice and fresh all is well. Customer service is good and the staff and very helpful. I did notice some certain seating area lack privacy where are other do have more privacy so I guess you can ask where you would prefer to be seated on your personal preference (as long as it is not major busy). Just to let other Muslim patrons know they do sell alcohol also I didn’t know this as I haven’t been here for very a long time (I mean years!) some would say I have been living under a rock... The only other food establishment (currently as I will try others in due course) I have eaten from in Trafford centre is Archie's and Nando’s is 10x better in food and customer service compared to them.

Ordered the sharing platter for me and my partner. Lovely experience and food served in a timely manner. Service was spot on and the chicken was cooked nicely. We went for hot flavour which was fine for our spice palate. The selection of sauces is great, but my favourite is the plant based mayo (I was surprised with how creamy it was)! Really enjoyed my time in Nando's Trafford Centre. Would go again.
