    DO NOT COME HERE!!!! We ordered all our food as meals. The lady proceeded to charge us for everything separately, got all size orders wrong we asked for no ice in one and there was loads of ice, the burgers weren’t the burgers we asked for.We went back to the till as she forgot a burger and told her it was wrong and she charged us AGAIN for it to be wrong AGAIN.Absolutely disgusting.She either needs to be fired or they need to sort her out with more training!?

    Terrible wait we was herded like cattle,40 minute wait then we got given wrong order really upset with the manager,chaman was very rude seemed to not care,no customer service what so ever really not happy do not eat here

    Efficient staff, very quick. It does get a bit crowded in the bit where you wait for your food. Only a small area, so might be tricky for anyone with buggy or wheelchair.

    Service and food generally ok. However reliance on the staff shouting out order numbers with no visual cues makes me wonder how any one who is deaf or hard of hearing is supposed to know when thair order is ready. Especially as this store is located in a busy food court.

    For the second week in a row, I have ordered two medium meals and the fries were 1/2 full. It is unacceptable to pay for a full portion of fries and only get half of it…twice. Also, for the second time, I have ordered a Coca-Cola Zero and a Diet and they gave me two identical drinks, without marking the Zero. When I went back asking for an explanation, the lady took my drinks, turned her back and pushed one side of the cap. Then she returned me the drink and told me that was the Zero. I told her that I saw her picking one of the two drinks randomly and pretending that was a zero and kindly asked to have that drink switched to a coke zero as the diet makes me feel unwell. She took both drinks to the drinks machine and came back with the same drinks. I did not insist any further but I thought she was really dishonest and her behaviour was absolutely unacceptable. I have contacted McDonald’s customer service for an explanation. I have been eating at this restaurant for several years and I am not sure what happened recently to make it become so disgraceful.

    Slow service, in experienced rude staff. No people skills at all. After waiting 30 mins for my food, requested milk and sugar. When I asked for more sugar one member of staff refused to give me more as they aren’t allowed which I know is a lie as I never have this issue there before. When she finally gave me it she just threw it at me and walked off. No apologies or anything for the wait or bad attitude. Avoid this one at all costs.

    As far as McDonald's go was just standard .....extremely busy and Fries were cold when I got them and I asked for wrap of day with grilled chicken but got crispy coated in staead 😳🙄

    I went there with my friends and we were paying with cash, the customs manager told us to pay where and when they called out our number and we had been waiting for about 45 mins and when they did call out our number they told us that we needed to pay somewhere else so we payed there and asked for our food when we got back and they said that we would have to wait again until it was ready so we had to wait for another 30 mins until we complained and finally got our order and found out that they had forgotten the straws and sauces

    Ordered double cheese burger meal bun was cold meat to salty took the burger back and the look I got was disgusting. Staff were shouting order numbers out one Staff threatened to put the food in bin if wasn't collected which they did. Disgusting behaviour

    I'm sure what everyone is expecting from a McDonald's and nothing is different in this one. The added feature comes as the restaurant is inside the Trafford centre and therefore it may be impossible to find seating on the busier days and weekends. Other than that the food is nice, staff try the hardest and are usually prompt with orders.

    Had horrible experience many times. Waiting is at least 20 minutes for one basic meal even when its not that busy. Staff members really rude and don't admit their mistake. I went there in my 30 minutes lunch break while working. Wasted 20 minutes waiting for the food even when they weren't that busy. When I asked the staff to cancel my order and refund me they said they won't do it. Thanks for ruining my day.

    Not too bad. It is what we all expect food wise from McDonald's. Premises were relatively clean and staff were friendly enough. Can't really fault it but nothing worthy of praise either.

    Ive definitely had better experiences at McDonald's. Granted this place was busy and at lunch so a peak time. However my wait for food was 15 mins when it arrived it was luke warm, when I got to the family to serve up some was missing. Went back to query which was dealt with professionally. But I had to wait 10 mins to get somebody's attention then when I got to my food back with the family mine was cold. Not from my family, although not nice cleaning somebody else's vomit it needs to be done instead of leaving it whilst asking staff if they have the stomach. Come on manager's lead by example and get stuck in.

    I'd say they get my order correct about 70% of the time. Always half filling fries cups as well, not been a time where I've asked them to fill it. Order screen also never works so it causes mayhem at weekends.

    This is my comfort zone. Whenever I want to unwind and reflect upon the happenings, I visit here, have a great burger, with a drink and catch up again where I had left. A place for families, with young children, and everyone who enjoys a real hamburger or cheese burger. There is vegetarian option also available. Enjoy. Thank you

    Slow service for food. It was busy, but service was ridiculously slow. Then when we got the food it was poor. The fries and mozzarella dippers were really cold and had sat around for a while. I know it's just fast food, but this was sub par.

    Great fast-food restaurant. Quite packed moet of the time but can order and receive food in a hurry. Great place to stop by an order something when in The Trafford Centre. Overall 4/5 stars.

    No order number screen which is the worst situation making the place crowd and people fighting. And please please make sure you gets everything, when its rush they miss so many items. Food is alright as McD standard.

    Food was near cold, had to ask for someone to get on the till so I could pay. not to bad of a wait but could have been quicker as the place was empty. But everything tasted good. Ice cream machine was actually working lol.

    1*...not for the staff they deserve more ** to put up with the new franchise operating rules, its the new system of self order and delivery type customer. The drive through was choc a block so I went into the store. The touch button ordering is inefficient, the staff are making up online orders that are sat there going cold, the place is full of delivery drivers. To be honest the McDonald's model is totally unrecognisable, the Broadheath branch is also. It used to be happy and buzzing. Its a cold automotive process now and not customer centred. The staff are worked off their feet providing orders to invisible customers, no wonder the car queue was so long!!! Food is ok but the whole experience is terrible. Bring back paid staff who have a smile, and take away all the middle aged men hanging around waiting to drop off fries. You need to be better McDonald's...much better.

    We’ve now decided not to go to a MacDonalds again. They’ve taken on too much with the delivery aspect, drive through and eat in and it seems that dine in customers are at the bottom of the service pile. It seems to be the same wherever we go but our last visit was the worst. 30 mins wait for cold food. We did get a refund as I couldn’t wait any longer for food. It wasn’t fair on the kids. It’s supposed to be a fast food restaurant and it really isn’t any more. The tables are always dirty and I have to ask for them to be wiped and that seems to be standard now. There’s just not enough staff and probably not enough room in the kitchens for what MacDonalds are trying to do. The staff work flat out so it’s not their fault but enough is enough for us.

    Always busy and confusing. Not much room as you wait for takeout, deliveries take up a lot of staff time and machines self service work not so well. Yesterday not get receipt or number had to ask. Everyone bustled together in each other ways. Fries hit or miss if warm or cold but generally good food.

    If you or your kids want to have a bit decent meal and desert, this franchise is not the right place. Small place with a 'mob' of customers. I was with three small kids, somehow ordered food. Milk shake, ice creams and sweet treats were unavailable. Machine did not give receipt so no record of payment or order number. Guy controlling the queue was 'pushing' to go there and there. He tried to bring food bag to me without ketch up, sauce or tissue papers saying this is too busy. Being busy is good for franchise and this is not good to start 'pushing the customers. The franchise probably is concentrating on making money and not investing on improvement of the place
