😠 8 pounds ish for one seekh kebab wrap on its own…daylight robbery as the kebabs were very tiny almost a quarter the size of the naan and rubbery…the kids meal included a few chicken nuggets and was honestly shocked by how less the chips were…plus they had all black bits on them…not a happy customer…... Absolutely disgusting. Got order wrong, no apology or even a blink of an eye when told. Gave me my order (which was then cold) which then went straight in the bin. Chicken tikka tasted like boiled pork that was on the edge of of being off before it was "cooked ". Only ate half of one piece of meat and not stopped throwing up since!

I appreciate that it's halal, but the food quality resembles of those that the aeroplanes offer as 'food'. And they were expensive as well - so it's a fair comparison

Astronomically expensive for very mediocre food. Plus my chana masala was something like 50% oil. Guys, if the war in Ukraine is pushing up the price of vegetable oil, why are you giving me so much? Surly, indifferent staff too, who seem to ignore customers they don't know. Slow service.

I ordered food from here today. The naan were cold I send the food back. They gave us new naan not much warmer. They put to much chilli sauce on the kebabs. It shud be option for uself to put how much sauce u want on ur food. my girls couldn't eat it. My chiken burger was disgusting drowning in mayo with the tiny piece of chicken in the middle of the bun. Honestly it is the worse food I have eaten from. Never again.

Mrs ordered a meal and they forgot the chips and drink. When she went back they told her to wait 10 mins. Claiming they were too busy. Lucky she didn't tell me coz I would have had a go at em. My meal wasnt even worth the price. Avoid

The food is good. Nothing spectacular. But I feel the attitude of the old man taking the money and serving could have been better towards the customers. It wasn't overly rude, but no smile, no emotion. Gave a clear signal that he couldn't care less regarding customer service. Clearly he is a worker. But if he worked for me in my takeaway, I would keep him away from the customers. Fish pakoras were hot and fresh. The biryani was good. Served with curry sauce.

The food in here is absolutely delicious and some of the best takeaway curry you can have. Unfortunately the staff are so miserable and moody I almost feel like I am offending them with my custom every time I have been.

Absolute joke!! the dish i had was a wrap and curry which is over priced(for its taste) ..customer service was very bad and food was not good at all Poor service and zero taste factor and over priced Good bye forever to all Share khan franchise dishes as i love to cherish my taste buds and treat them well Only reason i went there was as it was not crowded and now i know why...

Quick service with pleasant staff. However, I'm certain that desi food in siberia is better than this amalgam of red chillies and undercooked rice. Paid top dollar for food that'd I'd say no to even at home.

Used to be one of our favourites in the Trafford Centre until they got stingy with their portions and shot their prices up. Customer service also seems to have gotten worse - a shame as they used to be great.

BBQ chicken main was burnt and tasteless. However the the Chicken Pakora was lovely starter., Otherwise would have been 1*. Also so a customer complain about the wrap

Very lovely place, plenty of staff. Welcoming, all the food is on display in the kitchen so you can see it. Their lamb & chicken biryani is delicious. All halal which is amazing.

We went on Thursday 28th as a couple. Had 2 curry’s. 4 pieces of meet in each and the rest was rice for the privilege of £10.50 per curry. It was dreadful. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

When ever we used to visit Trafford Centre.. Going to Shere Khan was a must.. but i guess we would have yo cross this one out.. firstly because of them serving us Raw food.. and secondly when we went there to complain and show him the raw kabab.. the Manager/ Cashier was not apologetic at all and with a very rude tone just said ill give you a refund .. Not going back to this one again..Very disappointed in the service and attitude..

I ordered a fish fillet burger and chicken burger and requested both with cheese. Only the fish burger had cheese. I couldn’t be bothered going back as there was a queue and the food hall was very busy. The extra cheese costed 20p. The food is average and nothing special. Wouldn’t go back.

I don't understand why people gave bad ratings at this hearty place which serves comfort food, one of the tastiest biriyani in Manchester with generous amounts of lamb, maybe the one who gave bad review has bland taste

Ordered 2x Curry 2x Drinks,1 x chips Spent over £26 I was told I could only have 2x chilli sauce’s and would have to pay a extra 20p each for the tiny mint sauce. Middle Aged gentleman on the till Zero manners, absolutely miserable & Rude. Like he didn’t even want to be at work. I would strongly recommend all members of staff go on customer relations & customer service course. Extremely Disappointed. cc Trafford Centre Management

Disgusting!!! Whilst stood in the queue the staff were coughing and wiping their noses with their hands and arms, no gloves then immediately handling customers food. This place needs shutting down. Promptly 180 out the queue to eat somewhere with basic hygiene etiquette.

Worst customer service. With zero gratitude towards customers. Staff did not give the entire order on delivery. However, when kindly questioned about our order. The old man in the front behaved rudely. He was demeaning & sounded very racist. He literally said ‘just give away the food to her’. We understand you are a busy service but if you don’t treat customers in the right way you talk about yourself! We have returned all the food without any refund but with a bigger heart to help him feed his attitude.

The staff aren’t the friendliest. They always look moody/unhappy. But the madras is delicious and they give you good size portions. Definitely one of my favourite curry houses.

Horrie horrible food. Had to throw all away. Such a waste off money. Had my husband my vomiting because of just 1 bite he had of chicken on naan and lamb biryani we bought from them. Never ever trying their food again. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Please don't waste your money and time on this food shop

Just enjoyed a Donner kebab in the Trafford Centre food court. It was hot, tasty, reasonably priced and the staff that served me were nice and did it with a smile. Who could ask for more?

Paid £14 for samosa & lamb karahi with rice. Was a quater into the meal when I was violently sick with throat reacting badly to some old meat and pathetic amount of sauce. You can get food poisioning cheaper on the high street. avoide over rated rubbish

This joint in Trafford mall is pathetic. The person at the till is totally disinterested in offering you any help on their menu and just doesn’t wishes to recommend anything. The food is pathetic too. Went for a chicken donner wrap and it was disappointing. The chicken pieces were hard and stale, they didn’t taste well. No sauce were added in the wrap for flavours just plain chicken and lettuce. When asked for salad the manager tells sorry we only severe lettuce which was annoying and disappointing. Never would recommend this place to anybody for any Asian dish.

Some smelly naan worst experience I never eat this kind of naan I throwed directly to bin pls spend for good food I will never visit again😡 waste of money. 10.50 pound

The biryani was delicious although it needed separate biryani sauce to make it less dry which you need to request. The samosa was OK wasn’t extraordinary but I’m a big fan of Punjabi samosas so could be biased. Great spot if your on the go.
