Never going to try this branch again very rude staff

The service by the lady front of shop here is so so bad. Rudeness beyond belief.

Super rude staff ‘just order it online’ even though I’m in the store. So I ordered online on my in front of her. I don’t think if ever experience such bad customer service and when I asked her about this she just put her headphones in walked off. Wow

Generally the pizza is good. Generally they take the full 45 mins to an hour to deliver that is normally quoted. So I wasn't sure if it was fair to leave a bad review based on one bad experience, but that experience is so bad, and you do tell the make of a business in the breach after all, that I decided it's fair. One and half hours after ordering online I called the restaurant...four times as it kept ringing off the hook. Called Sale branch and they said they got lots of complaints like this with people waiting long times and then calling Sale as a last resort. The woman THERE was very helpful and tried to call Altrincham branch to no avail. Eventually go through, and they said really you should call when ordering online to check the wait times, and that there was probably another hour wait. I asked why they wouldn't call to tell people the wait was getting so long, and they said there just too many people to call, so they didn't. So of course cancelled my order. 2220, no food. This is just not how you run a business, or treat customers.

Awful employees, the woman who works there is appalling to speak to, after I placed an order and went to collect she started to shout and scream at myself and other customers as she couldn't find anyone's orders and then proceeded to blame the customers

They cancelled my order because they received a big order. Ok. They can be happy but not me.

Just now ordered the veg Piza , honestly I am searching vegetables on it , two small pieces of mashroom, Pepper is missing extremely disappointing.

Disgraceful service. The last 5 deliveries have had missing items and they couldn’t care less when you call to inform, don’t offer any solutions just start shouting down the phone at you as if your not allowed to disturb them. Refuse to ever use Domino’s Central again.

Horrible staff, the manager is awful. Pizzas are just not that great or worth the price for the horrible service you get.

Food is good, however got some of my order wrong and took over an hour before it was even prepared!!! Nearly 2 hours wait which ruined the evening and had to completely change our plans, not good for a birthday. This is twice now this has happened at this branch, no problems at any other domino's.... Branch manager switch springs to mind. Avoid this branch for delivery or collection services

The staff is horrible. The manager is unfriendly she kept rolling her eyes at us she was most unhelpful and unsanitary too. Really disgusted by this experience one expects better standards from Dominoes!

Have had delivered pizza for years and years. Always super quick delivery and consistently good quality. You know what you’re getting with Domino’s!

Outstanding customer service and reasonable prices. This is the BEST out-and-about dinner service. It also has accurate information for any allergies and vegan/gluten-free food. Delicious pizzas are served there and they also have a very fast delivery system in place. Best diner in 2021.

Worst pizza experience ever had definitely won’t be ordering again, run by idiots. Order came late, pizza crushed and cold wrong items sent. Rang them 30 times or more no answer will be paying them a visit Tommorow and uploading on you tube. Also reporting to head office. Place needs to be shut down. DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

Can't complain about any of the dominos in Altrincham. Good service and good food. will most likely use them again. Delivery could be a little faster. I had to wait just under an hour despite only being down the road in Broadheath but this was likely due to the lunch time rush anyway. Other than that its perfect.

Absolute shambles. Ordered online, marked as delivered, no pizza arrived…tried to call to see what was happening, no-one answered the phone. Will never order from dominos again. Criminal that they have taken my money without providing me with service, seemingly with zero consequence!

Walk in , waited only 15 minutes from placing the order, tasty , hot pizza .

A pizza takeway opposite Altrincham's bus/tram/train station. There is a bench for while you wait. Order in store or by phone/online and collect. I think they deliver but better deals on order&collect. Always different offers - so check online. Pizzas and sides always well cooked, hot and tasty. On the rare occasion wrong ingredients used, replaced with no quibbles.

Ordered 4 pizzas as I had guests at my shop, the manager said that it will be 25-30 mins it’s for pick up as I was very close. Went back after 40 mins only to be told that they hadn’t even made them, and it will be another 20 mins. My guests had to leave in 30 minutes so essentially wasted £60 of order. The biggest frustration was the attitude of the Manager as I said this is unacceptable, he just said well so……

Not received the food and don’t answer the phone!
