The service provided by staff, especially by Anthony, we came with 11 members inc kids to celebrate the birthday of our 3yr old niece. He was extremely accomodating and made the whole experience special. We were happy with everything start to finish. We will definitely be coming back again. Thanks again to Anthony for making our day.

Popped in with the family just before lunch. Our server was awesome, friendly, patient, and very helpful when it came to choices and what options would best fit our family. Food was fresh and delicious on the all you can eat buffet. Kids ate very well and loved their choices. Staff were friendly and polite, even asking what kind of pizza we wanted them to bring out for the buffet. It got really busy right around 12.15pm and they were asking people to come back 30-45 mins later, so we got in at a good time. All in all it was a very good experience, good food, excellent customer service and good AC on a hot day 😉 Our kids asked us why we haven't done the buffet before!! Lol 😂

Considering wasnt our first choice for the eve actually had a fun time here,like being kids again. Easy to order on the app. Shame not more vegan options in the dessert range but otherwise all good.

I loved the place . First if all , you get free parking in trafford center which is a nice thing to not worry about a parking place . The ambiance is nice with yummy pizza on top. Love the salad bar with different variety . It was nice but nothing out of the box thing as you can make it at home as well. But i guess it is a nice package to have different sort of salads with your meal. There is variety of pizzas and deals in the menu like single meal deal , family meal deals , group deals or just starters as well if someone wants to go light with their diet plans !!😊 You can order starters with some salads as well if you want to have a light bite !! In starters there were chicken bites , wings and garlic bread as well . There was some stuff as well. For their main menu you can get all sort of variety like vegetarian pizzas , chicken tandoori , beef pizza with options for spicy or hot . You have options for bacon as well . There are some add on's as well if some one wants to add some in there pizza !! You get options for crust as well which i liked the most . Instead of ordering garlic bread or garlic bites individually you can order it with your pizza as shown in the picture below . Then if you take a full meal deal other than just pizza you get options for deserts as well with the deal including starters !! I had icecream in desert with sprinkles and you can add gummy bears or chocloate syrup as you like to have . It was cool to have such options !! Overall i enjoyed eating my pizza with salad and desert. Nice to spend time with friends or family with yummy food . Last but not least toilets were clean too. As sometimes you do not get cleaned toilets or some are out of tissue paper as well but this was clean .👍👏

People who work here, not really happy to serve customers. New ordering app not working properly, and asking to allow personalised cookies to your information. When you ordering by app, you can have any consultation from waitresses. Waitresses forgetting about you at all, our dessert never came, we just walked away.

First time in a pizzahut restaurant. Food choices somewhat limited but tasty. The unlimited salad bar was good but they could do with bigger bowls. Drink section good, lots of choices. U can get a box for leftovers too. The lady who served us was lovely n welcoming, shame about the others tho

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I had the buffet lunch. The pasta was delicious and the pizzas nice and fresh with a variety of choice. I can confirm I left there with a satisfied tummy!

The pizza was good, but the chicken wings were terrible. Staff were clearly very busy but did really well coping with the sudden influx of customers!

Staff were prompt, helpful and kind. Got a table swiftly and our food was great, what you'd expect from Pizza Hut. Considering the place is always busy, the staff are always there to help and get you seated. No issues and will go again.

Went for my sons second birthday, pizza is his favourite food, spent over 30 quid for 2 small pizzas, tasted like cardboard and couldn't even tell there was cheese on there! Was greeted by an overweight rude young woman who was ordering us around , told us where we 'had' to sit and that we had to leave our pram at the entrance??! I was disgusted by the service and just how rude she was I was about to turn around and walk straight back out. Whilst trying to relax and enjoy our meal , right next to out table was a couple of 19 year old employees standing around idly chit chatting away, there were fruit flies, house flies around our food it was honestly the WORST place I have ever dined, I ordered a takeaway when I got home!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE

The server was happy to engage in conversation while she took my order. In all my years of going out to eat at various restaurants including Pizza Hut I have never ever had such a pleasant server. I felt like I was a valued individual not just another customer. When I left the restaurant my whole day was brighter because of your employee. Thanks so much Ramatoul.

The Pizza Hut in Trafford Centre is actually one of my Favourites to come to, simply because of the Atmosphere and surroundings. Its situated on the Ground Floor of the Shopping Centre in a large, communal dining area so the Views are quite something. (There is also a Huge, cinema-like Television screen). The Service here was good and the Staff were very polite and helpful. Our glasses were bought to the Table a little later than we wanted but that was okay as we helped ourselves to some glasses from the Bar. I would recommend the Lunch-time Buffet, Jalapeno Poppers, Cheesy Bites Pizza and the Vegan Cheesecake.

Usually nice food, good prices and good staff. Depends on the moments and which Pizza Hut you going. If Trafford center then long waiting times during busy hours and weekends, other areas also busy during peak hours and weekends. For delivery drivers avoid all of them for long waiting and sometimes rude staff towards delivery drivers.

We have ordered large pizza and we were happily eating. Unfortunately one of my colleagues has cheese allergy so he brought his own sandwich, the staff and the manager asked us to leave the restaurant immediately 😄. Very rude and this is what happens when we follow the rules blindly without understanding the reason behind is. I promise i will never come here again. Cheers

Came yesterday with my 2 friends. Was only a 20 minute wait on a busy Saturday before Christmas. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Food was nicely presented and lived upto our expectations. Dessert was slightly a smaller (and thinner) portion than I remember but was still just as nice. Salad bar was full as well.

Firstly staff are extremely unhelpful and it’s concerning how they are still open with their staff. The man who seated us and I quote told us “ I’m gonna make this as painless as possible you order on the QR code need any help ask” , once we ordered we got our unlimited salad … well we attempted to , the peppers which were out were mouldy . My mum alerted staff to this and was told not to worry she’ll change them “when we get a minute” . The pizza was greasier than a teenagers face and the “chicken wings” were definitely made out of baby chick because of they were tiny . My brother got a “cherry Fanta” …. I can confirm it was orange Fanta with bits in it 🤢. So basically I would rather starve than eat that ever again

Not been to this pizza hut in a while so me and a friend decided to go today and we won't be back for at least a while. If ever. The atmosphere was chaotic to say the least. Kids running around everywhere, not enough servers on and, the tables where we were sat were very cramped. We could basically hear the entire conversation on the table next to us throughout our stay. The server we got had such a bad attitude and clearly didn't want to be there. We got confused and asked if we could order to which he directed us to the QR code on the table. Once we'd ordered after some confusion on the ordering site he came over with glasses for our refillable drinks. We asked him where we could get the sauces from, he told us and walked off saying something under his breath we believe directed at us, returning with the sauces not long after which we would of happily got ourselves if we had of known where they were. His attitude was terrible throughout the service and it was clear from what we observed he didn't want to be there. He also touched his long beard twice, completely unhygienic another server we observed also, touched her hair. Luckily we observed where the knife and forks were so got them ourselves after he brought our food out. The food was nice but, you can get good food with better service elsewhere so wouldn't recommend at all.

I had the pleasure of being served by Jill during my recent visit to Pizza Hut inside the Trafford Centre, and I must say, her service was truly exceptional. What stood out the most was Jill's attentiveness to our comfort. She took the time to inquire if we were comfortable with our seating, demonstrating a level of consideration that goes above and beyond the typical dining experience. Jill's commitment to ensuring her customers feel at ease added a personal touch to our visit. It's clear that she takes pride in providing not just good service, but a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. Kudos to Jill for going the extra mile and making our time at Pizza Hut a delightful one. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut location, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Jill.

The food was good, but unfortunately there was definitely not enough pizza for the amount of customers! The poor girl was trying her best putting pizzas out but as fast as they were out they were eaten. It was very hazardous in the lay out of the food, with the girl having to walk with the got pizza pans round the salad bar and drinks station weaving through people (nothing against her at all, just a suggestion on the lay out' the pizza table could definatly to with being bigger on busy weekends to allow enough food for everyone. There was a good variety of pizza but unfortunately I didn't see any garlic bread out which we love! Also I saw a member of staff drop food, look at it and walk away, then 4 staff saw it/ stood on it and left it. It was a big pizza crust and I was worried someone would trip so after noone else seemed to want to avoid the risk, I picked it up and disposed of it myself. Just very chaotic!

Visited Pizza Hut at The Trafford Centre yesterday & was served by Lacie. Lacie was caring & professional listening to my dietary needs. Service was prompt and pizza was nice & hot. Lacie came & checked I was happy with food. Simple place to stop with great customer service.

Pizza Hut Trafford is one of my favourite in Manchester. I went today with family. Waiting time was good, pizza was good the whole atmosphere was nice. Overall service was good, staff in general are all friendly but our server Kali was exceptionally polite reapectful and helpful. Thank you 😊

Shoutout to Kali. She greeted me and my family and served us. She made sure we were okay from start to end. She made us feel very comfortable, we came around 1-2 and it was busy and she still took the time to make sure we were okay. no doubt the experience would be drastically different without her. Disgusting was seated and then I had ordered I went up to get some salad for me and my toddler the salad was covered in fruit fly’s etc and then the pizza was hard my parters mums pizza was not cooked threw properly and soggy still with dough just shocking and then when asked and we said it looks rush they told us our pizza are definitely not rushed i would also like to add they was more busy talking to each other and people in the kitchen having a laugh etc than actually delivering customer service just a bunch of kids will never eat from there again spent 100 pound on something disgusting

really nice food the only thing I enjoyed the staff was quite rude when the food was delivered they didn’t ask if we needed anything so I had to go up and go for a mission to find the stuff I needed but the food was good but just felt like the staff didn’t do much of there job

I visited with some friends and we had a great time. Good food (although there could be more Vegan side options) and reasonably priced. My Vegan pizza was lovely.

We like the freedom of the buffet and being able to tailor our meals toniur ouwn needs. Kids choice of meals are brilliant and always seen as an exciting treat to use the Ice Cream factory. We really enjoy coming to this restaurant as the staff are always pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to assist guests. The food was fresh and kept topped up. A great choice of pizzas and the ice cream factory had a great selection of toppings. And extra Thanks to Mollie for a brilliant service today...

Lovely pizza hut, food was out fast and very tasty. The waitress we had was lovely and made it a great experience. The cookie dough was excellent too!

I’ve been there few times but definitely this time was the last. No one working there is helpful, they treat you like you force them to do their job , even when I was leaving I asked for a take away bag, the lady said we don’t do bags , I went inside and ask a person behind the counter and they gave me one !!! Another lady put our glasses on the table with really bad manner. I never go back there again. I don’t recommend at all, you can spend your money somewhere else and they treat you better than them.

The weekend buffet is no longer good value for money at £19.95 per adult and £9.95 per child! The non-meat pizza options are not great either although the broccoli pasta is decent. Overall, I will not be returning as the two 4-year old kids who accompanied me hardly ate (perhaps consider making the buffet free for children below 5 years old).

It's OK I guess. First time in years eating at Pizza hut. Not overly impressed. I suppose its the kind of place that is what it is. Ordered the buffet option and it was a bit like a quantity over quality situation. Be good to see more variety of pizza options on the buffet, lots of just cheese/pepperoni and veggie pizzas, 1 other meat option with chicken. Maybe its different of an evening, I don't know. Service was a bit slow, waited a while to be seated and then had to ask a couple of times for things before getting them.

Ordering was simple and easy to follow, the salad bar was constantly topped up with fresh ingredients. Drinks were quick and easy to refill with plenty of choice too. Food was lovely and a plenty. Really friendly and helpful staff too.

The staff were lovely and welcoming and the food was decent too -not the nicest pizza I've had but not bad for the price. Removing a couple of stars as I felt like it could of been a little cleaner. Tables and menus were sticky and the salad bar was quiet messy with afew dirty bowls and flies buzzing around on the food

I've only ever been to Pizza Hut once before and didn't like it because it seemed too aimed at children/families. Now I have a child I thought I'd give it another go. We had the lunch buffet and ice cream factory. There was plenty of choice of different pizza, 2 choices of pasta and lots of different things are the salad bar. It was all hot/fresh and regularly restocked. However, we really didn't like the taste is the pasta and the pizza was all mostly deep pan and felt akin to supermarket pizza in quality. Ice Cream Factory was good, lots of toppings and ice cream was nice. The restaurant was very cramped, a little bit dirty and just looked a mess because the walls were covered in crayon! Service was good, everything we ordered came quickly. You can get a lot of food for a reasonable price, but it just wasn't for us. I don't think we'll be visiting Pizza Hut again.

Had the buffet here with a friend and her baby. Family friendly. A nice experience.

The wait for a table was long but explained well and they did get us in within good time, which was good, however the wait for our meals was just shy of 40 minutes from point of order. This for me was far too long, even when busy (this restaurant is more often than not this busy, so nothing out of the ordinary). However access to the salad bar kept the children topped up and so the 40 minute wait wasn’t such a burden.

Have been here before and will probably go again, however very average, other than the manager who was friendly two staff who interacted with our table not really interested. I appreciate very busy, but once we said we wanted the buffet could not be bothered. We ordered a starter which never arrived and an apple juice for our daughter which was out of stock, which is fine, but had to ask for it to be taken off the bill, which was given after we had ordered. So not interested in serving us dessert or coffee or more drinks.

The restaurant was clean, prompted to use hand sanitizer on arrival, felt it was well organised. The food tho was disappointing in that the pizza was quite dry and not very hot, the potato salad was again a bit dry. Overall it was all a bit average. The cookie dough sweet was very good tho.

It would have been great if they offered dine in options currently. We ordered our pizza, and ate outside the orient on the benches, thankfully it was a sunny day, and the rain only started as we were finished eating. Other than that, speedy service, great selection, except salad bar and buffet for obvious reasons. 3/5 usually 5/5.

We had to wait 20 minutes as the staff refused to open an area they had sectioned off even though it was lunch time and the Trafford centre was very busy. There was hardly any pizza on the buffet and nothing vegetarian for my granddaughter, I had to ask for a plain cheese pizza. All in all our wait was almost an hour for the table and plain pizza . Most of the pizza slices were cold and chewy. Not very happy!

Great service and the food was lovely. 4 of us got a meal deal, starter, salad, pizza and drink. Good value for money.

We ordered 2 kids meals which were great. Our sharing pizza came out wrong so the manager said we could have free desserts. I swapped mine for a coffee which was very very weak and my husband's dessert turned up burnt. I understand these things happen but expected better.
