Exceedingly comfy sofa's & Armchairs in each screen. Very friendly staff. Always happy to help. A feeling off being pampered as all food & drinks are brought to you in the screen. Nice menu to choose from. Fully licensed bar to boot. Excellent set up definitely recommend a visit. Or like me have a full membership that comes with great discounts and the ability to book 2 seats to watch any film any times as often as you want. Very easy to book online prior to you're visit. 👌👌👌

Every time we go here it's the same impeccable service and lovely environment. I hope it carries on as its truly a step above just going to a cinema.

Although I’m a fan of the concept and the idea, unfortunately the experience I had here wasn’t to my liking. I’d like to start off by saying that the staff were really friendly and the service was great. The issues I had was with the seating, tables and how things could be improved. The couch that me and my wife were sat on felt cramped and it didn’t feel as comfortable unfortunately. We also couldn’t stretch or extend our legs due to the couch being in an awkward area. There was also no way of figuring out which of the tables was ours, so we had no place to put the amount of food and drinks we ordered as the people next to us had put their food on there. There should be a table for the couch alone and this should be in the middle, or they should label the tables so that we know which seats they belong to. If they are labelled, then the waiters should put them directly on the table.

Where to start!!! Was a fab film (no time to die) at the best cinema I've visited.... full stop. Lovely atmosphere, great staff and to have a movie introduced then enjoy a bottle of wine while watching was pure refinement. Thank you!

Very nice cinema for couples to cuddle and chill on a sofa to watch a movie together👍 Usually not crowded in the afternoons, I went yesterday at 3:45pm to watch bodies bodies bodies, me and my boyfriend were the only ones in the room😂 Very polite and welcoming staff, the service is brilliant and the whole facility is just very high in standard☺️ 100% recommend for dates! ❤️

I really want to like this place. It is chic in the centre of Altrincham and offers a cinematic experience that is much more intimate than a regular style cinema. However during my two visits to this cinema I have had experiences with staff that have made me feel uncomfortable. After completing the feedback survey in which i documented my poor first experience I received an email from the manager apologising for our experience and offering us complimentary seats plus snacks and drinks. I was delighted to accept this generous and classy offer of a rectification of the situation. The venue wowed me a second time with its impressive appearance. The manager served us herself. It seemed nothing was too much trouble... I was told directly by the manager should we need anything else to come to her and she would sort it out. I took this to mean if we needed any other complimentary snacks and drinks from the bar so I went to ask for another popcorn as my children were hungry. The manager was stood nearby when I placed the order and was aware I was stood there when i asked at the bar for another popcorn. So when the other staff member tried to charge me for the popcorn I replied the manager is sorting it out. It was right after this the staff member serving me and the manager had a whispered exchange and the manager pulled a face and said "it's fine it's fine" to the staff member which was really embarrassing for me. It made me feel like I was taking the mickey and asking for something I hadn't been offered. This was about three quarters of the way through the film. After that I just felt like rubbish and was looking forward to leaving the premises. It's such a shame because the venue really is beautiful but having been treated as a substandard person on both occasions being a patron of Everyman Altrincham I don't think I will go back. Like most people I enjoy feeling as though I am a valued customer. Everyman Altrincham have made me feel like a nuisance and now a mickey taker which has been particularly unpleasant for me. The offer of complimentary tickets with refreshments would have completely changed my opinion of Everyman Altrincham but this unpleasant behaviour towards the end of my visit just ruined it and made it worse than my first visit. People dont remember what you do for them people remember how you made them feel.

Took my 80 year old auntie to watch James Bond yesterday. Her first visit to Everyman. She loved it. The lift made entry very easy, she admired the decor and general ambiance of the bar and seating areas. The food and drink she described as delicious and asked the team member to compliment the chef and bar staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the film with my auntie commenting on the quality of sound and vision. Already planning a return visit and recommending to the rest of her family. Fabulous!

when walking in it looks like a really nice place however when they asked for if for a 15 and we all gave ids that said we were 16 we were denied entry and never refunded the £80 we spent also the food is very expensive and so we’re the tickets NOT WORTH THE PRICE

it was nice until i wasn’t even let into the film?! they asked for id and we gave id yet we weren’t even let into the film. absolute joke considering we were in a group and the tickets (bought ONLINE) we’re paid by a member of the cinema.

It is a real gem. Although ticket prices are £12ish, the venue has 2 entrances - one off the shopping area with a lift and stairs, the other at the back by the market and eateries. The screens, bar/cafe and toilets are all on the same floor. It is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The bar serves a variety of drinks, you can order food and buy/pickup pre-booked online tickets. The actual screens are very clean and clear. In fact, the whole place was extremely clean. The seat rows are made up of single or double units. There is plenty of legroom (if you need it) and the seating is a bit like being at home on a good sofa. The sound was perfect and at one point a shot on screen - the sound came from behind me which added to the excitement of the film. Although Everyman has been in Altrincham for a number of years, I hadn't been before but it is where I will go in future. Highly recommend a visit.

A really lovely cinema. Welcoming and stylish bar area. Clean and elegant toilets. And service at your sofa seats in the actual screen room. How civilised!

Went for the first time on Saturday, great experience on a very busy evening. Super friendly staff, Tom the manager very helpful and attended to an issue we had with the food with minimum fuss, great customer service. Food was tasty, service was delayed understandably due to how busy it was but manager kept us all informed which was a nice touch. Seats were very comfy , nice cosy auditorium. Will definitely return again. Many thanks

Great local cinema offering a charming movie-going experience. Plush sofa-style seats and a spacious interior offers a cozy and sophisticated vibe. Staff are welcoming and attentive. A variety of food, snacks and drinks are available from the bar and brought to your seats. An excellent choice for a cinema outing.

Hi. Went to the cinema . Didn't watch a movie. Ordered food as it was halal food on the menu. In the whole Altrincham its the only place that sells halal food.We needed some food in us. Our sugar level had dropped. Weather was mega hot. The staff at the bar were 5/5. Food was 2/5 because of the chips. The burger was lovely. The ratings 2 as chips were reheated and left over remains. Soggy and not eatable. My husband and I have a disability etic. Eating that was bad. Paid 32pound for 2 burgers but the chips what a waste of charge. The lady was lovely who toke our order.

Good food and bar, staff very pleasant, good with kids, screens are nice and small, and clean. Prices aren't cheap but honestly not much more than the big cinema chains. Always have a good experience here

Staff were great and it's a nice building, food and drink were nice. If I was nitpicking, there was a scatter cushion on the sofa which was so big I couldn't get comfortable with it, you get a little table, it's not really big enough for much beyond a drink & they didn't bring napkins with the food. But really it was a really good experience in a really nice environment.

Great cinema… but terribly slow drinks service. Refused us service at the bar… said someone would come to our table. 15 minutes later… no one had.

Went to the baby showing on a Tuesday. Such a great idea.. cake and coffee was delicious. Really impressed that the lady who served me was able to tell me whether the cakes were DF confidently.

The venue itself is amazing! Comfy sofas with a boutique feel. A little more expensive than bigger cinemas but worth paying the premium. On arrival we went to the bar and were told to take a seat as it’s table service. It wasn’t busy, maybe us and 2 other couples so when we had sat there for ten minutes and hadn’t placed an order (no one else was being served either) we went back to the bar. Yep, they forgot us. We ordered a sundae and a large glass of red wine. That cost over £18! The wine was £12 for one glass. So overall… great venue, poor service, expensive Didn’t help that we saw The Meg 2 which is arguably one of the worst films ever.

Fantastic Cinema with very good food and drink. Waiter service to your sofa/chair- just catch a waiter/waitress, order from them and pay using contactless. The viewing sofas are very plush with individual cushions for added comfort. The sound system is awesome and the screens are good quality and about the right size. I saw Dune here last night - a good film made even better by a terrific venue - 3Hrs went by very quickly! A tad pricey but worth it in my opinion.

Great atmosphere and staff. Good selection of food and drinks served either in the lounge or in the theatre. Very comfortable seating providing unimpeded views of the screen. A great cinema experience.

What a lovely experience to sit in comfort while watching a brilliant film and with food brought to you. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended. 10/10

Remarkable for the space. This film likewise offers an unwinding and top notch food and drink scene. We didn't see a film, however appreciated espresso and cake during a work day morning. There was a lot of room for prams and youngsters and it was truly agreeable. Could be an extraordinary spot for mum and infants to meet!

Fantastic service from genuinely friendly people. We hadn't expected such great customer service, but mix that with great food and wine and it was a wonderful experience. Well done to all and we will be back very soon.

If the manager phones you following an application and you have a discussion which is positive, don’t get too excited if he promises he will phone you back. At the end of my phone interview, I was guaranteed a call back a week later….that was six weeks ago. I then happened to go in and watch a movie, and when I commented to the manager on the bar what had happened (not sure if was the same person), he became very sheepish about it

Love this place, don't get to go often enough. Comfortable seats, plenty of leg room, really relaxed way of enjoying a film.

Staff are welcoming and make great efforts to see to your needs quickly. A truly indulgent but amazing way to watch a film you really want to see. Thoroughly recommend, but order food to your seat for the fullest experience.

Visited last weekend, food took an hour and a half into the film to arrive, after asking 3 separate members of staff about our order. Food was given to us barely warm. After contacting once now being completely ignored. Shocking for £80

Everyman is my local cinema. Great venue, very comfy sofas just like watching a film in the comfort of your own home. Well ventilateed and spacious so youre not sitting on top of each other. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Food delicious and service spot on. You may pay a little more at this venue but you pay for the premium experience woukd definitely recommend.

Me and my partner decided to visit the everyman in Altrincham as we have recently relocated. We usually visit the one in Manchester City centre (St. Johns) which by the way is amazing. We was very disappointed as this visit we had another negative experience (we had only been here once before) The first experience visiting the woman who served us was extremely rude and unwelcoming, and had a face on her. Once our drinks were brought to us it was as if she had just served us straight rum rather than a Mojito, and this is coming from someone who likes their cocktails strong. The second experience we had (two days ago) the first thing we were greeted to was a “where is your tickets” and a look of annoyance. The man was incredibly rude and once we were seated he never bothered to ask if we wanted to order anything despite the room being practically empty, instead he went and served other customers. He was then extremely rude to one of his co-workers. I can well and truly say we won’t be coming here again. I’ve never made a complaint in my life but the rudeness here is atrocious. I’d highly recommend anyone to go to alternative Everymans.

Ladies night out - group of 6 of us we had been for a meal in Altrincham prior to coming to Everyman to watch Top Gun 2 and we’re feeling a little deflated as we had received bad service in the restaurant, within 2 mins of walking into Everyman our night turned around Owen could not have been anymore helpful, seated us so we weren’t waiting at the bar advising us on drinks and how long we had until the film started excellent customer service will definitely be back. Thank you

Top place for good drinks & some nice food .. good music & not too loud, so people can hear each other .. Good food quality & reasonably priced :)

What a fantastic cinema! Ice cold beer, great burgers and the staff are absolutely wonderful! I’ll be watching all my films here from now on. It feels like your watching the film in your own very fancy lounge room being waited on hand a foot. Comfortable is an understatement. In the words of Arnie… “I’ll be back”
