Nur weiterzuempfehlen! Durch Familienangehörige die bereits hier waren bin ich auf Empfehlung zu CareVision gegangen und kann die guten Erfahrungen nur bestätigen. Die Voruntersuchungen waren alle ganz einfach erledigt und ich hatte weder Bedenken noch Angst, also gar nicht lange überlegt und direkt den Termin vereinbart. Preislich: sehr, sehr fair auch im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern! Der Eingriff an sich war halb so schlimm und ging schneller als schnell vorbei. Davor, währenddessen und danach ging es mir bestens, was vermutlich auch an meiner Vorfreude auf das Danach lag und ich mich dort zu jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Die Atmosphäre während der op wurde sehr angenehm gestaltet, so dass auch kein Platz für Panik war. Mit beruhigender Stimme wurde immer genau gesagt was gerade passiert, ich habe davon nicht viel gesehen außer einen grünen Punkt. Obwohl die Augen offen sind dabei, konnte ich keine „gruseligen“ Werkzeuge am Auge identifizieren und in dem Sinne auch nicht wirklich sehen was da passiert. Gespürt hat man dank Betäubungstropfen auch absolut gar nichts. Zwei Stunden und einen kurzen Erholungsschlaf später konnte ich schon alles mindestens genauso gut wie mit meiner Brille sehen. Keine Schmerzen, keine Lichtempfindlichkeit, kein brennen Juckreiz oder Ähnliches, als wäre nie etwas gewesen. Am selben Abend saß ich schon im Restaurant und habe ganz fasziniert alle Schilder um mich herum aus der Ferne gelesen, auch wenn mich der Text darauf weniger interessiert hatte - ich war begeistert. Am nächsten Tag die erste Kontrolle, alles super 160% Sehvermögen - WOW! Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stufe ich als sehr gut ein. Natürlich sollte man sich der möglichen Risiken eines Eingriffs dieser Art bewusst sein, über die ich auch aufgeklärt wurde. Gute Abwicklung, trockene Augen erwähnt und Dr Sjapic hat mit Papierstreifen die Tränenproduktion geprüft. Mittlerer einstelliger mm Bereich, daher <10mm und es wurde statt zur Lasik zur TransPRK geraten. Da ich mich vorab sehr viel informiert hatte, war ich mir bei der Lasik eh nicht so sicher und hatte vorab schon überlegt, ob man die längere Heilungsphase der TransPRK eher akzeptieren sollte und so ggf. ein "besseres" Ergebnis hat. Ein Video eines Schweizer Arztes hatte zumindest die neue PRK (TransPRK) vor Lasik empfohlen, da das Auge dann "stabiler" ist und die TransPRK auch recht flott verheilt. Daher war ich mir sicher, dass die TransPRK statt der Lasik die richtige Wahl für mich ist. Die Wahl der OP fiel auf die Vorweihnachtszeit, dass man die Feiertage und den Urlaub für die Erholung nutzen kann und nicht extra 1-2 Wochen Urlaub nehmen muss. OP war am Samstag den 17.12. in Frankfurt (nicht in Darmstadt) und auch sehr spontan möglich. Danke an Hr. Dr. Sjapic und Fr. Holstein :-) Professioneller Ablauf und man braucht unbedingt eine Begleitperson. Nach TransPRK war der Blick wie durch Milchglas (med. Kontaktlinse + Tropfen) aber man sieht etwas. Die nächsten 2 Tage konnte man kaum etwas sehen (blendempfindlich) und ich habe mich komplett in einem abgedunkelten Raum zurückgezogen. Hier Ausruhen, viel Tropfen (2x medizinische Tropfen + 1x Feuchtigkeit) und am besten Jemand in der Nähe haben, der einen etwas unterstützen kann (z.B. Kochen). Ich habe hier durchgehend eine Sonnenbrille getragen um meine Augen etwas vor dem Licht aber auch vor versehentlichem "Reingreifen" zu schützen - hat gut geklappt. Mindestens 1 Woche Urlaub einplanen. Ab dem 3.Tag wurde es dann wirklich Tag für Tag besser. Nach 5 Tagen wurde die erste Untersuchung in Darmstadt durchgeführt und die med. Kontaktlinse entfernt (Autofahren nicht selbst möglich) und die Sicht wurde klarer aber trotzdem war man noch recht blendempfindlich (Hornhaut noch nicht ganz glatt). Daher war die Sonnenbrille noch mein bester Freund, aber ab hier immer seltener. Aktuell knapp 2 Wochen nach der OP hatte ich den 2ten Untersuchung (Autofahren möglich). Seit der ersten Untersuchung ging es Tag für Tag bergauf. Ich sehe nun auf beiden Augen ohne Brille (ziemlich) gut. Ein Auge immer perfekt scharf, das Andere schwankt scheinbar noch etwas und ist gefühlt minimal unschärfer (trotzdem aber eine gute Sehkraft!). Sehtest bei 2ter Untersuchung ergibt bereits jetzt 100% Sehstärke auf beiden Augen, obwohl die Hornhaut noch nicht ganz regeneriert ist. Hier ist scheinbar noch eine ganz leichte Überlappung/Verästelung der Hornhaut vorhanden, die wohl auch für die Blendempfindlichkeit und leicht unscharfe Sicht verantwortlich ist bzw. inwischen wohl eher war. Hier muss man noch etwas Geduld haben und Kortison Tropfen sowie Feuchtigkeitstropfen nutzen. Ich hoffe, dass die Hornhaut nun noch sauber/ordentlich heilt und sich dann ein gänzlich perfektes Sichtbild einstellt. Bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden! Ich hoffe das bleibt so und das es keine Überraschungen gibt. Nächste Untersuchung ist die Enduntersuchung und für Mitte März 2023 geplant. Bewertung wird zeitnah aktualisiert.

Und zur Fahrerlaubnisberhörde muss ich auch nochmal. In zwei Monaten habe ich wieder einen Termin bekommen...

Ich bin so glücklich das ich ohne Brille sehen kann!! Hatte am Samstag mein Lasern Termin und bin über glücklich. Super Arzt und ein sehr nettes, professionelles Team! Habe mich sehr aufgehoben gefühlt und würde es immer wieder machen! Vielen Dank an Care Vision.

Eine neue Lebensqualität. Ich hatte meine OP am 12.05.23 bei Doc Rafiezadeh in FfM und schon wenige Stunden nach der klassischen LASIK wieder 90 Prozent Sehkraft. Meine Ausgangswerte waren -3,5 und -3,25 mit Hornhautverkrümmung von 0,25. Bin männlich, 46 Jahre alt und hatte keine Einschränkungen oder Komplikationen bei der OP. Ich hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt Schmerzen und kann diesbezüglich wirklich jeden beruhigen. Auch hatte ich null Probleme mit Lichtempfindlichkeit und war komplett eigenständig und zu keiner Zeit außer Gefecht gesetzt oder auf fremde Hilfe angewiesen. Der Doc ist sehr freundlich und einfühlsam. Er erklärt viel und beruhigt den Patient. Den Tropfenplan sollte man natürlich beachten und einhalten. Die Kosten für die drei Präparate betragen knapp 50€. Nach einer Woche hatte ich dann meine Zielvorgabe von 110% Sehleistung erreicht und bin eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Leider habe ich im Dunkeln noch sehr unter störenden Lichthöfen zu leiden. Das wurde allerdings als Nebenwirkung in den ersten Monaten angegeben und ich hoffe sehr, daß sich dies noch abstellt. Ebenso ein leichtes Brennen der Augen bei längerer Bildschirmarbeit, wofür man natürlich noch die Tropfen hat. Für eine Änderung des Führerscheins benötigt man ggf. ein Attest vom Augenarzt was noch einmal über 100€ kostet. Mein Augenarzt attestierte darüber hinaus eine verbliebene Fehlsichtigkeit von -0.25 & -0.5 Damit werde ich Care Vision noch einmal konfrontieren.

Great environment, terrible services; don't be fooled! Dr. Raquel Socías is their "face" who seems to be an excellent professional. But it's no guarantee that she'd do your operation. Despite the promise that she'd do my procedure, it was done by another doctor, who was simply too crude and inconsiderate. I was made to wait for eight hours on the operation day because of some technical problem with their machine. (I wonder why they only have one machine at their operation hub in Frankfurt!?) As I complained, I was promised that they'e cover my overnight stay cost in Frankfurt. Despite much effort to get a document and a bill from the place where I stayed (a hospital), they simply didn't pay a penny back. Marta Diaz-Leante, their manager, instead treated me like a beggar afterwards! I'm also not satisfied with my vision. It's too blurry and changes much after 5 months of the procedure when it should've been stabilised.

The process with Care Vision has been extremely smooth and efficient. I had a first phone call on a Friday. That same day they were able to schedule my first check-up to determine whether I was a good candidate for Lasik. I was, so the following Friday I was scheduled for my surgery. I was operated on Friday afternoon, and had my check-up next Saturday. Already after day 1 I could see significantly better and could do all without glasses. Furthermore, the entire team has been always easy to reach in case of questions, and the information given is always transparent and in a friendly manner. The information given is always very clear and transparent, and the explanation regarding procedure, recovery and complications is given in an easy to understand manner. To anyone looking for a trusted partner in eye care, I can fully recommend Care Vision.

Ich hatte im Juni 2022 meine Behandlung in Frankfurt und würde es immer wieder machen. Der Umgang in der Praxis war stets respektvoll und professionell. Keine langen Wartezeiten und es wurde sich immer Zeit für meine Fragen genommen. Selbst während des Eingriffs wurde jeder Schritt im Detail erklärt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team :)

Leider nicht ganz geglückt. Habe ICL implantiert bekommen. Linkes Auge hat ein Rest Hornhautverkrümmung, bedeutet ich kann abends am TV schlecht sehen, ins Kino brauch ich gar nicht gehen. Das Licht bricht irgendwie und es stört ungemein. Sehkraft aber sehr gut, heißt man macht jetzt nichts mehr. Ein weiterer Eingriff ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Im Alltag natürlich super, aber das ist schon sehr belastend, wenn man mal schön gemütlich was im Fernsehen schauen will.

Meine OP wurde einen Tag vorher abgesagt, weil doch „irgendwas nicht stimmte“. Zuvor gab es 2 Untersuchungen, da war alles ok. Urlaub usw hatte ich schon alles geplant und ein Hotel genommen. Absolut schlimme Erfahrung, nicht zu empfehlen!!

13 Monate nach der OP bin ich bei +3,25 und +2,75 Dioptrien mit einer Hornhautverkrümmung von 1.25 li und re. Es war eine Femto LASIK mit geplanter Unterkorrektur. (Ausgangswerte waren +5.25 und +4.75) Aber angepeilt waren +1.25 und +0.75 OHNE Verkrümmungen. „Sie kommen danach gut ohne Brille im Alltag aus“. Der Fairness halber muss gesagt werden: Mir wurde eine Nachkorrektur angeboten, die ich abgelehnt habe, da leider kein Vertrauensverhältnis mehr besteht. 2.500€ rausgeschmissen für nichts. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, aber das Ergebnis ist absolut nicht gut.

Leider habe ich keine guten Erfahrungen mit Care Vision in Frankfurt gemacht. Nachdem meine Augen untersucht wurden, war eine Lasik Behandlung geplant. Also dass die Hornhaut umgeklappt wird und man direkt wieder klar sehen kann. An dem Tag des Eingriffes sagte der Arzt plötzlich, er behandele mich nicht mit der Lasik Methode. Nur die PRK/Lasek, bei welcher die Hornhaut ganz abgeschnitten wird, wollte er durchführen. Hier sieht man erst nach 4 Wochen wieder klar, wenn die Hornhaut wieder nachgewachsen ist. Für mich war das ein enormer Einschnitt, da ich extra zur OP nach Frankfurt gefahren bin und vor Ort gesagt bekomme, wir machen es nur mit der anderen Methode. Ich habe mich dennoch dafür entschieden, da ich die OP unbedingt wollte. Während des Eingriffes war ich etwas ängstlich, da der Arzt, während er an meinem Auge schnitt, sich mit der Schwester über Alltagsdinge unterhielt. Am liebsten hätte ich etwas gesagt, aber ich hatte Angst, dass mein Auge sich dabei bewegen könnte. Es dauerte tatsächlich 4 Wochen, bis ich wieder klar sehen konnte. Heute (10 Jahre später und Anfang 30) habe ich feststellen müssen, dass ich wieder eine Brille benötige. Ich habe mich an Care Vision gewendet. Mir wurde eine Untersuchung für 70€ angeboten. Sollte ich tatsächlich wieder eine Brille benötigen, müsste ich die Nachbehandlung komplett selbst bezahlen. Auf die Bitte hin, mir entgegen zu kommen, bekam ich keine Antwort. Kein guter Service in meinen Augen. Ich habe mich geärgert.

Die Betreuung und Beratung ließ keine meiner Fragen offen. Zu jedem Zeitpunkt fühlte ich mich aufmerksam und aufrichtig betreut. Ich empfehle Care Vision sehr gern weiter.
