Very good eye clinic. Thank you very much to Dr. med. Fiona Blain Febo. She takes time for her patients and explains everything in detail. The lady at reception Farah is super friendly and helpful. You get pretty early an appointment there.

If you want a fast examination of your eyes, it’s a good idea to make an appointment. But i doubt that all the doctors there are really competent. Perhaps mine was having a bad day…. Anyway, I had to take another appointment at a different doctor . Hearing a second opinion is sometimes a great idea.

We had scheduled an appointment two weeks prior and had stated that we were on a tight schedule and needed assurance that everything would be on time. We were left unattended with people coming in later passing us, having to wait over an hour. After approaching the desk twice we were allowed to see the doctor who didn’t take his time to explain what and why he was doing. There was a huge language deficit even though we had stated that we needed an English speaking doctor. Luckily I was around to translate, the doctor seemed to not be fluent in German either. We went through the struggle so you don’t have to, just look for a different optometrist.

Had to call several times for an appointment but once I got through, I got one within a week. I was in the office for less than 30 min total which I found really impressive. I only wanted a prescription update though so I was happy it went fast - I think if you want the time to befriend your doctor this is not the right practice for you. The doctor didn't explain much to me at first but when I asked questions about my prescription she was happy to clarify. And her english was fine.

Unprofessional reception staff, very busy clinic with longer wait times at the clinic and longer wait times for getting an appointment. My personal experience is that diagnosis capabilities are also not that great.

I got an appointment rather quickly (wrote them on WhatsApp). They are located in the center of Frankfurt and were easy to find. I only had to wait for about 10min. The doctor was friendly and efficient. The front desk staff could be more friendly, though.

I have scheduled an appointment for papilloma removal more than a month in advance. On the day of the appointment I arrived only to be told that my appointment was not correctly booked and I have to call again in another month and a half to reschedule. Waiting times are also often 1 hour plus. Will not go there again!

(+)Ophthalmologist is professional, briefly explained the medical issue. Actual time with doctor 5 minutes. (+) Appointments easily made via e-mail. (-)Unnecessary waiting time (1 hour 10min.) It is not clear in which order patients are called in.

Habe mich im Oktober lasern lassen. Lief alles gut. Erst die Voruntersuchung (50 Euro, für mich absolut kein Zeichen für Gier wie hier geschrieben wurde - es arbeitet nunmal niemand umsonst und die Voruntersuchung ist wichtig für den eigentlichen Eingriff). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, würde es jederzeit wieder machen. Vielen Dank

2013 habe ich mich dort Lasern lassen... im Prinzip war alles in Ordnung, aber nach diesen 2 Jahren habe ich eine Verschlechterung bemerkt, die nicht so freundlich entgegen genommen wurde. Ein anderer Augenarzt sagte, dass es nur noch 80% von 115% wären..... NACH 2 JAHREN?!?!?!? Da ich wegen der bisher guten Kritik eine Weiterempfehlung an meine Mutter getätigt habe, wollte ich ihr auch einen Termin vereinbaren. Termine gab es dann auf einmal nur noch Dienstags und mit einer Gebühr von 50€ für die Voruntersuchung...... Das gab es alles noch nicht damals.... Ist für mich persönlich ein Zeichen, dass dieses Unternehmen wegen ihrem Bekanntheitsgrad gierig und geld-geil geworden ist. Hab es dann gleich gelassen mit dem Termin für meine Mutter, aber die 5 Jahre Garantie muss ja wohl noch in Anspruch nehmen.... Schade, weil ich anfangs so begeistert war...

Wow I couldn’t believe it. Despite of an appointment at 10 am, I’ve been waiting for almost two hours along with other frustrating patients in the waiting area. Yet to be put in the inspection room, for another round of waiting. This is clearly a disastrous mismanagement and clinic admission. Worst experience ever.

Typical German health care experience: - impolite reception staff, ok doctor - very fast consultation like an assembly line - massively overbooked with long waiting times despite appointment (had to wait 1h10) - made me pay in cash and leave a 150€ deposit at the beginning as they do not trust my home address is real (apparently non german ID Cards having a different address than the one for the health insurance is beyond comprehension here, even though it is was never an issue anywhere else) - first time paid around 33€ for a diagnostic of one eye issue done in 5 min max, second time was a check up on that same eye which somehow lasted even less and cost c. 90€ Go here if you have endless time to wait, lots of money to spend and a lot of patience - I personally don’t.

I wrote them, was advised to come the next day, between the hours they treat emergencies. I had to wait for only 20 minutes. Dr Omer was very nice and did a good job prescribing me eyedrops for what seemed to have been an eye infection. One week later I am eye infection free. Completly recommend.

Voruntersuchung und OP im August 2015 erfolgreich verlaufen. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach einer Nacht bereits keine gereizten Augen mehr und gute Sehstärke. Alles lief einfacher als ich erwartet hätte. Jederzeit wieder! 1Jahr später: 100% Sehstärke erreicht, ich kann mich kaum noch erinnern wie es vorher war. Die OP war eine der besten Entscheidungen meines Lebens.

Habe mich an verschiedenen Stellen beraten lassen und für Lasikland entschieden. Warum? Sie benutzen dort die neuste Methodik und haben viel Erfahrung und Routine. Die Ärztin operiert täglich, deutschlandweit. Ist 3 Jahre her, und ich sehe nach wie vor 100%. Jahrelang Kontaktlinsen zu tragen war im Nachhinein für die Augen anstrengender, als die ersten Monate Augen zu tropfen und etwas geduldig zu sein. Die Welt wurde klarer und hell. Vielen Dank

Ich hatte am 14/03/2016 eine Voruntersuchung mit Option auf OP. Klar, ich war mir nicht sicher ob ich es machen wollte. Da Lasikland am günstigsten ist fragt man sich ob hier am flaschen Ende gespart wird. Aber nicht in diesem Fall. Die Voruntersuchung kostet 50 Euro. Ich habe lange gewartet, über 2 Stunden. Dazwichen immer wieder kleine Messungen verschiede Arten. -3,0 Rechts, und -3,75 Links. Leichte Myopie. Dann kam endlich die erste Beratung, die Optikerin. Man wird ausführlich aufgeklärt; hier erfolgt auch die endgültige Messung. Sie erklärt welche Methoden in Frage kommen. Bei mir war es nur Femto-Lasik. Dies ist die schnellste Methode und die am wenigsten schmerzhaft, oder ich sollte sagen überhaupt nicht schmerzhaft. Danach nochmal ins Wartezimmer. Anschliessend kommt die ärtzliche Untersuchung. Die Ärtzin nahm sich viel Zeit alle Fragen zu beantworten. Und dann war es so weit. Meine Verunsicherungen waren so ziemlich verschwunden. Ich setzte mich noch ein wenig ins Wartezimmer und dann wurde ich aufgerufen. Man bekommt hier Betäubungtropfen in die Augen und eine Beruhigungstablette. Auf dem Stuhl wartend war ich kurz vorm einschlafen und dann....der nächste bitte. Also ich....Die OP ist kinderleicht nicht schmerzhaft, aber ein bisschen unangenehm. Das ganze dauert max 15 Minuten. In den kurzen Momenten als ich meine Augen offen halten konnte, erkannte ich schon alle Schriften um mir herum. Also gute Zeichen. Ich bekam eine Sonnenbrille. Die nächste drei Stunden habe ich nur geschlafen, die Augen brennen sehr stark (für alle Fälle nach den Eingriff eine IBU einnehmen) und als ich aufwachte brannten die Augen schon nicht mehr, und obwohl die Sonnebrille noch auf war (die sollte man 3 Tage lang nicht abgesetzen), konnte ich alles lesen. Ein Traum. Heute, ein Tag später, und nach der heutigen Nachuntersuchung, schreibe ich diese Resenzion selber. Die Sicht ist ein wenig eingetrübt aber es wurde gesagt das es vom Tag zu Tag qualitativ zunimmt. Ich merke es auch. Ich kann es sicherlich empfelehn. Kosten: 1850 Euro.

Es war die beste Entscheidung, die ich treffen konnte, meine Augen bei Lasikland in Frankfurt lasern zu lassen! Habe mir davor verschiedene Kliniken angeschaut und musste dabei erhebliche Preisunterschiede feststellen. Lasikland bietet dabei super Qualität zu einem absolut fairen Preis! Nicht umsonst geben Sie 5 Jahre Garatie auf Ihre Leistung - was andere Kliniken, die wesentich mehr Geld verlangen, nicht von sich behaupten können! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht - ich habe mich zu jedem Zeitpunkt wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Bereits einen Tag nach dem Eingriff hatte ich schon wieder 100% Sehkraft! Ich bin überglücklich und kann Lasikland einfach nur jedem empfehlen, der mit dem Gedanken spielt sich seine Augen lasern zu lassen!

The clinic is well located, nice staff, everybody speaks enough English. They managed to schedule an appointment for the next day, super flexible and comfortable. However, the doctor seemed a little impatient, wanted to get the job done. Consultation lasted less than 10min and she didn't really let me explain my concerns and wishes. It is a good place to go if you only need prescription for new glasses or something very easy...quick and simple. I wouldn't trust them with more serious issues though. If you're looking for a real doctor, someone you can trust, I would not recommend this place.
