The playroom is located in the Europolis shopping center on Mira Avenue. From the entrance to the shopping center from Mira Avenue to the Zamania playroom, it’s a long walk with your child. At the entrance to Zamania there is a locker room. The staff is polite. It’s clean at the entrance. There are lockers for storing personal belongings. The toilets are clean. I didn’t like all the equipment. folding houses made of foam and leatherette, worn out and dirty in appearance. Large cubes made of foam also don’t look very good. The overall impression is good. The child is delighted. I bought the ticket on a promotion, it’s nice. There was a promotion at the reception too, but it was more profitable -50% off cost. I enjoyed jumping on the trampoline myself; it’s included in the ticket price for a child. I thought it was a bit stuffy.

A good place for a children's birthday party. This year we didn’t take rooms (too small, no windows) but took them next to the playroom, and this was the best decision. Everything was beautifully decorated for the holiday. We celebrated on a weekday and it was very comfortable; until 13:00 our children were practically alone in the playroom. Attention all parents! Children under 18 years old cannot be left alone here! There is nowhere for parents to sit on the playground; they will have to either stand or go sit in a cafe. At the entrance you are forced to download an application; without it you are not allowed in. You cannot leave valuables, although there are safes there, but for some reason they are all closed. The toilets are clean, but there are no paper towels. The playground itself is quite small, some attractions are suitable for children aged 5 or 6 years old. The bungee was closed. They weren’t allowed on the trampoline - there was a lady sitting with a phone and she wouldn’t let anyone under 5 years old, it was a complete disgrace! In general, parents definitely won’t need to relax there; preschool children will like it there, but there’s nothing to do there for more than two hours, and tickets are only sold for the whole day. First and last time in Zamania.

Dirty floors, mold on the walls, devastation and dust. Although the park was closed for a long time for renovations. In fact, only the entrance lobby and cafe were restored and the price was increased. It won’t be possible to go here for one two hours; it will take you a whole day in the end. Well, old moldy climbing frames and trampolines are not worth that kind of money...

I’ll tell it like it is. Everything that is in the 4th photo is the entire famous “Zamania” in the Europolis shopping center. After payment for 2 children in the amount of 3780 rubles. It immediately became clear why from the entrance it was not visible what exactly was inside. You can’t leave your children and go shopping in the shopping center, that’s what the girls said at the entrance. In my opinion, if they charge 1,700 per child, then you can hire more staff and if the child starts acting up, call and warn the parents. We’ve been to various similar establishments and everywhere is much cheaper, and you also have the choice of buying an entrance ticket for 1-2,3-4 hours or for the whole day. At least there are gaming centers that are more interesting, with a larger area and cheaper. In fact, you won’t stay here for more than 1-2 hours. This place is not worth the money, they probably pay off the expensive rent with one-time visits, since we definitely won’t go here a second time!
