Living Featherstone in the most unprofessional designer boutique. The employees of this organization commits your work and later when you followup the spokesperson of the organization lets you know that they are not committing your work. Staffs simply let us go with zero guidance which includes, not taking initial payments or letting you know that they cannot meet your requirements. Professionalism: Very poor Customer Interaction: Rude Quality of work: Average, as you have to micromanage. Overall experience: Worst

I took my wife for designing a wedding veil for my sister. We checked with them if they could take our order as it was a short notice. The employees of the organization agreed it could be done and we verbally agreed the contract. However, next day we followed up regarding the same and the one amoung the team informed us they cannot meet our requirements so thy are backing off. My family and I lost our time since we trusted them. The thing is they didn't have the courtesy to inform us that they are backing off from.

Very bad customer service. The lady who works in Mathumoola store doesn't know how to behave towards customers. Getting very delay replies and not have mind to buy cloths from their store. Very worst.. No idea about thier dress quality. I went to their shop and I decide not to order dress from their boutique because of their bad customer service, attitude

The best boutique in Changanasseri, run by very young engineering graduates who are highly talented art and design. The work given to them is taken up with sincerity and dedication and delivered on time with perfection .They are experts in wedding gowns ,blouses and Kurtis and tops.They have their own collection of dress materials to suit each occasion.They undertake embroidery work of all kinds too.

The stitching was done very well and fits decently. It's budget friendly as well. The designer Sharlet is approachable and accommodating. But the overall customer service approach was very poor. The other staff employed in the boutique are very untrained and inconsiderate about the customers' time and needs. This gave a rather unprofessional feel to the whole interaction.
