No pudieron entender el error, y quedé muy decepcionada con la actitud de la empresa, pues una multinacional versus una chica a la que le hacía mucha ilusión un colgante..pues tuve las de perder. Una pena, no volveré jamás. Deberían cambiar la política de empresa, pues hoy en día , desde mi punto de vista, esta desfasado.

    Sales associate sold us a dirty bracelet that had plenty of scratches. He didn't even bother cleaning the one I tried on, which was visibly dirty with fingerprints and scratches before I put it on. I assumed that he would get us a new one or at least clean the current one when we purchased. I didn't know that he packaged the same one, DIRTY and scratched until I got back to the hotel. I even tried cleaning it at my hotel with a cloth, because mistakes can happen, but it wouldn't clean and the scratches remained. I have never had such a terrible experience with Tiffany and Co. despite owning several pieces that I purchased from other locations.

    We are from Ukraine. We love Tiffany. I'm always trying to buy something for my wife in any city that we visit together. But this time we came to lovely Barcelona and it was very unpleasant to meet with Tiffany sales representative from russia in the store located on Pg. de Gràcia. She was very annoying, we never experienced anything like that in NY, Dubai or Milan. We don't want to speak with anybody from russia since they invade my country, destroying the cities and killing my citizens. So we were very disappointed. Probably we will never visit Tiffany again until we will 100% sure there will be nobody from russia. Will better spend my money somewhere else.

I understand there is a language barrier and i’m stepping into your culture, but patience is your job. I was trying on a link chain and asked the woman who was helping me if they could leave the piece out while i look around. (Meaning i want to see if they had any other silver necklace pieces). Our associate Fan was so helpful and even traveled to another Tiffany store for the perfect ring for us that was in stock before we traveled back home.
