Tried to sell a classical guitar of mine here worst experience I have ever had in this sort of situation , first of all the guy offered me £100 euros for the guitar I was prepared to take it then when I came back to accept they wanted me to play a guitar for some bizarre reason it seemed like a piss take so I declined and the deal was for my guitar not my playing. I had a passport logically they could have traced my sales verification back to the seller as they kept a receipt when I both it. but still in this police state of a country people like to alienate you any way they can even for the simplest of transactions . also I don't speak Spanish fast and sharp so obviously the guys can have fun with dubious comments but the main thing is they have no honour or respect 0 professionalism. The cash converters in Malaga for example always were polite and business like and knew how to have some back back bone and see a deal through. Also when buying stuff the often have only one arrogant female manager with a miserable expression on the till and they take ages to serve you. The worst CC I have been into.

Do not use this place!! I brought my Apple Watch back to be repaired after only having it 8 months the screen had suddenly stopped turning on as they say you have a 2 year warranty this shouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived the person asked what was wrong with it as there was nothing visibley wrong with it to which I explained it’s just not turning on. 5 weeks with no information I called up and asked when it would be fixed they said no problem it will be fixed in one week to then get a call back 1 hour later saying they won’t be fixing it as it’s been miss used to my surprise as I how can a watch be miss used with no damages on it. So I went into the store for a explanation the guy went and got my watch took it out the case with loads of scratches on and a crack on the corner of the screen!!! They had broke my watch!! As I am explaining to the guy this isn’t how I brought the watch in showing photo evidence he replied no I believe you but because it wasn’t me who took the watch in there not much I can do for you! He then said the only thing we can do is get the watch repaired for you but I have to pay!!!! They want me to pay for a broken screen that there technician broke! It’s a absolute disgrace stay well clear of this company I really wish I could give less that 1 star. I will never be using this company again

They offered 50€ for a camera objective worth more than 400€ which they sell 200€ in their shop. I thought it was a joke. Better Wallapop

Complete disrespect. The employee didn't want to 'test' my gaming controller by telling me he wouldn't stay 15 minutes more at the work. That happened at 8 and 15. It never happened that someone answered me like this! Why this guy is working here? This the value that employee have of your company? Insured negative review on my website. I will never go back to this place!

They sell most of the Used and Lightly used all brand electronics,(movil phones, computers, televisions, radios,mp3, Cd,DVD players, ) colectibles, videogames , instruments, board games, sound, photograhy devicess and retro objects. They offer a quality service,they even buy many second-hand devicess or objects to acceptable prices.

They gave me half the price of a new item -50% and more than a half -70% for a used item, considering the both items are well known registered brands and new in the market.

My experience with this shop wasn't selling, but buying, so I can only give a rating on that aspect. We were looking for a small electric appliance and indeed they had quite some options to choose from. We were approached at once and offered help and we were positively impressed by the honesty the sales lady responded to our questions.

Wanted to buy a controller which was on sale on the shelf, when I tried to pay the ticketed price for it they claimed it was sold and they had forgotten to take it off the shelf. Utterly disorganized and they then tried to sell me the another controller for twice the price!
