With the tour package the room is big and cosy and also practical . Nice sweet and warm at the cold winter

will be honest, the building, the hardware is old. The rooms are old-fashioned and it is next to both the fire station and police station, so it is a little loud time to time. but the software, the service was really good. all the staffs were nice, the lobby lounge has some really reasonably-priced decent desserts (their pound cake and tartes were so delicious) , and the bar and restaurants are a little pricey but really good. During the low season the price is reasonable, and it’s got a very good location between kobe and osaka, near to the station. enjoyed it

Went to the beer garden here on July 7th. Overall an ok experience but certainly nothing to recommend. Food quality was standard and perhaps average at best. Bar staff need to realise that serving white wine at room temperature is not acceptable. Lift your game management.

Staff were very friendly and professional, (yes room was outdated) but very clean. Breakfast was great, wide wariety of food and drinks. Daily room cleaning. Very pleased. Close to a train station, not JR, but everything is quite close from here.

The rooms are large, clean and quiet. Although the rooms are somewhat dated, they are very comfortable. There are several restaurants on site, and the lobby is comfortable and inviting. The main reason for my rating is the assistance received by the staff. Not only did they help with logistics to get to our next destination, they were also very accommodating and helpful in other ways. For example, after we had checked out to begin our day, we exited the hotel and it was raining. A cab pulled up and one of the hotel staff came outside. He’d taken initiative to call us a taxi, because it was raining. He also informed us that a typhoon was approaching, so we may not be able to proceed with our intent to go to Tokushima. So we went back inside the hotel asked if we could stay another night. Even though it was prior to 7 am, he issued us a key for a new room, and a bus schedule to assist us with our travels when we are able to depart. Service above and beyond.
