in
Portharcourt
Rivers
state

but
as
an
outsider,
you
will
not
be
able
to
access
this
place,
as
the
security
access
is
very
tight.
But
it
boast
of
the
best
swimming
pool
in
the
state,
the
residence
and
guest
houses
are
okay
to
leave
in
as
a
lot
of
foreigners
lives
there.also
available
is
a
great
restaurant,
a
volleyball
court,lawn
tennis
courts,
basketball
court,
a
run
way
for
biking
and
jogging,
a
big
football
pitch.
And
also
you
have
quite
a
number
of
indoor
games
like
chess,
scrabble,
draughts,
to
mention
a
few.
It
also
houses
some
great
bars
for
foreign
and
local
services.you
are
sure
to
have
a
good
time
here
in
a
serene,
safe
and
friendly
environment
with
high
security
sense.
When
next
you
visit
Portharcourt
and
have
a
friend

works

Shell,
